6701  Economy / Economics / Re: A Public Market is Turning 'Cashless' in the Philippines on: December 15, 2018, 01:59:07 PM
China has achieved a higher adoption rate on mobile payment than any other major economic entities in the world.
China started well in adopting bitcoin and blockchain but then they slow down. They banned crytpo & ICO and lost their way to be a leader in blockchain technology. Philippines, on the other hand are taking positive steps towards adoption and legalization of digital currencies in their country.
6702  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic crash in 2019! on: December 15, 2018, 01:47:18 PM
I think that some global event will occur in 2019, which will be revolutionary. The collapse of the world economy is a relative concept, for whom the collapse will be growth and for someone a fall. Obviously the crowd will suffer.

Actually there are some clear signs which indicate that economic crisis is around the corner and it may happen by mid of 2019. This will be the end of Us Dollars and money will be transformed into digital currency which can take bitcoin to new high levels.
6703  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin now the biggest bubble of all time? on: December 15, 2018, 01:34:03 PM
I most likely now agree that the bitcoin is a bubble, because well, you can’t so quickly blow something up to incredible heights and also quickly burst the bubble to the lowest bottoms, this is only possible with bitcoin and almost all cryptocurrency, because almost all cryptocurrency depends from bitcoin. I think bitcoin will be considered a bubble until the government takes bitcoin and the whole cryptocurrency in their hands.

If the government takes Bitcoin in their hands, it will be the end of real decentralized cryptocurrency. Traders will be not able to make as much money as they can do it now. As for the bubbles...BTC is not one of them.

Bitcoin is not a bubble at all. As far as governments are concerned , they may not be interested in legalizing bitcoin because they think it will be threat for their own financial system of the country. Bitcoin was meant to be decentralized and it should remain like this.
6704  Economy / Economics / Re: the future of crypto is good or bad on: December 15, 2018, 01:14:47 PM
Invest that which you can lose into cryptocurrency as it investment has no guarantee due to cryptocurrency volatile nature it market can not be predicted and it subject to changes at every point in time since it a decentralized commodity it price is subject to it demand in the market. So just carry out your own personal research and make your decision.

Even though crypto future is very secure yet it is not advisable to invest everything in crypto. No matter how how profitable is crypto, we should only invest what we can afford to lose. Bitcoin can go up and down in a matter of seconds, so we should be careful for this risk.
6705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No Christmas gifts this year, all my money in Bitcoin on: December 15, 2018, 01:04:19 PM
Of course, everyone loves gifts but it doesn't have to be expensive things. The main thing is your attention. Bitcoin made a gift to many last Christmas, and in the coming year, perhaps we should expect a surprise on another holiday.
Bitcoin does made a good surprising gift last Christmas but that doesnt justify that it will do the same this year because this market is different and I warned people about their high expectation on crypto currencies market to experience bull run because this year market has changed ever since the Q3 of this year.

This year is totally different than last year. In last year, near the chrismas bitcoin was at its peak and everyone was enjoying the profits. This year bitcoin is very near to its bottom and many people who are traders are in a loss.
6706  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin Going To Zero? on: December 13, 2018, 06:14:25 PM
do not invent. With Bitcoin, everything will be fine in the future and I am sure that it will cost $ 20k.
Of course the opinion that you say that the price of bitcoin will go to $ 20K, is a dream for all who follow crypto because in recent months bitcoin has been in a really unpleasant price. hopefully the price will rise in the near future

Bitcoin will never go to zero as a digital currency , But yes for an individual it can go to zero if he /she lost bitcoin in trading , gambling or scam investments. Bitcoin did touch 20K and it will again touch it and it is a reality, not a dream.
6707  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not worry about the future of Bitcoin! It is just beginning on: December 12, 2018, 05:50:49 PM
People care less about bitcoin itself ,they are only worried about how much profits they are going to get ,only few people wants bitcoin to reach other levels ,I'm a bit worried myself not because of my holdings but the future of bitcoin,I want it to be successful and well knowed so much that people can't do without it

Bitcoin is the real future. If you feel uneasy seeing your portfolio at this moment i would suggest to stay away from crypto market for the time being. Beginning next year things will be much better in the favor of crypto currencies and hopefully ETF will be approved also.
6708  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A simple proof that Bitcoin has zero value on: December 08, 2018, 06:52:10 PM
I think that btc is the best coin ever and it is necessary to invest in it now when the price is lower than it is going to be in the nearest future. To my mind, it is better to use crypto now while the market is unstable

Even for a moment if we say that bitcoin is useless and will have no real value, yet it is worth to keep bitcoin with us. Why ? Because the whales are making great profit from it and we can also earn good money on every pump of the coins.
6709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am a loser. My only question now is, how do I tell my wife on: December 08, 2018, 06:29:24 PM
I mortgaged my house to buy $300,000 of ETH at 800.   I dod not tell her.   This house was paid off in full.  Now I cant make the mortgage payments with my job.  I cant even sell the ETH easily because I live in NH.   Should i keep holding?   Tired of making excuses about wherr all the money is going.   I guess I'm what you call a loser.   Thanks everyone.

I think you better telling her the truth about the condition. Explain her about cryptocurrency and about market movement and your portfolio. I am believe she will understand if you are honest with her. Maybe you can hold your coin but i am believe you can not predict where market move.

Even though you are loser or winner, you should tell your wife about it. If you wife is your real partner, only then she will always be with you and help you in every situation. On the other hand, if she is not willing to stand with you in dark times, she should be deserve to be your wife.
6710  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto replacing fiat? on: December 08, 2018, 06:03:17 PM
This is unlikely because the purpose of crypto is to make online exchanges fast, safe and anonymous. It's not a complete replacement for Fiat and especially many governments have not yet accepted the crypto as legitimate so I disagree with this view of you.

If there is some economic crisis or we see US dollar under lot of pressure, then would be a time people will be thinking of keeping their money in some trust able source and that will be time when bitcoin will became real currency and eventually replace the fiat.
6711  Economy / Economics / Re: Will people come back to gold on: December 08, 2018, 05:51:39 PM
Why not? it could happen. Because as long as the price of the digital currency has deteriorated , people will switch to investing their money by buying gold. Gold is the safest asset in the long run. And gold will always be profitable for most people to make investments.

I am confused by these thread, why would people come back to Gold? Gold is still one of the best investment for a long time now, people will not come back to Gold, if you will be saying it I guess it will be, they will be now focusing more on Gold than Bitcoin in which I think they are still doing in the past since most of them are thinking that Bitcoin is just a bubble.

People will not come back to gold. There is no real use of gold rather than just keep it save for long term. You cannot do trading or use it as a currency like bitcoin.
6712  Economy / Economics / Re: Technology improves we work more. on: December 08, 2018, 05:13:42 PM
I think the development of technology creates everything that is practically fast and efficient because the progress of the era and technology in my opinion works a little and gets maximum results

Even though the technology eases life of people bit at the same time there are so many things which are done in less time and people find less time to complete all of the stuff. Technology has made mankind like like a robot.  Huh
6713  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TROUBLED, PANIC ? READ THIS on: December 08, 2018, 04:25:36 PM
to all panic sellers,

WHO AM I ?
1> HODLER
2> Guy who lost 80% + on alt coins [around 130 BTC ]
[ means not only btc price is going down, the amount of bitcoin i hold are going down too]
3> my mining farm is not able to cope even my daily expenses
[ yes i am mining and i will keep mining no matter what]

Facts :
1> btc is down, accept it.
2> btc is down for everyone, 10000s guys like you have there money in it, you are not alone
3> so you say that you are down 70% down on your investment, how can you be down if you not sell, you bough XXX btc, which is same amount now.
4> market is not stupid
for every guy selling = there is one guy buying

Understand this
if there is no trust in crypto world then market would simply go to zero if it fell even 10%, everyone would start selling if they don't believe, and no one will buy it.
5> this forum is being manipulated by fake panic creating posts, by newbies accounts.
6> BTC trading is banned in INDIA, CHINA and people are still investing. cause our governments are corrupt.
7> all small nations are already full into crypto, people simple don't trust centralized money distributions
8> binance, bittrex, bitfinex are largest bitcoin exchanges, they don't make money in $$$ dollars, they make profit in crypto, did they shut down there website ? no because its been used now more then over.
[ they own top 10 biggest balance bitcoin addresses, are they selling ? no]
9> everyday lots of applications and companies are implementing crypto, so forget the price, use case is exponentially growing

REMEMBER : MARKETING TIP if you ever wanted to exit a market leave when it goes 20%-30% down, and that time is long gone, so the best a& wise decision is to hodl and smile at these whales manipulation to buy bitcoin lower

Whats Best Now ?
1> open you exchange place sell order at 7X Amount you bought, and enjoy movies and games for a while.
2> Hold on before investing in ICO at the moment.
3> dump shit coins, that are not minable

COINS you should trust:

1> minable
2> not centralized

here is the full list, https://coinmarketcap.com/coins/views/filter-non-mineable/

dump rest of centerlized shit

I think you have lost it some where, but now you can't find it

First of all there is NO MINABLE coin now, as no mining is profitable, all mining is now > than cost of electricity, so you want to mine and lose money? More power to  you, this is an idiot game, a MINE doesn't mine GOLD unless there is a profit to be made.

So mining is no longer 'mining' now its just 'wasting electricity, and losing money'

Your other point 'centralization', what a joke, all MINERS are made by one company BITMAIN, and all mining hardware call's home through MAMA-BITMAIN, and uses their mining-pools, so what in the HELL do you mean when you talk 'centralization', everything has been centralized for years, there isn't any minable, non-centralized crypto on this planet.

what i meant was minable = decentralized depended on number of nodes

this is why i said dump the centralized shit, not dump the tokens, and pos

Example =>

waves = minable for me
ripple = shitcoin for me

got the example ?

Ripple although is centralized but yet it is at number 2 position right now. Even though i also do not like Ripple but still i trade ripple often and get good profits. The reason is that there are many forces behind ripple which keep on pumping ripple at regular intervals.
6714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some "whales" preparing for selling operations? on: December 08, 2018, 04:12:40 PM
A big amount of btc moved from one wallet to a few smaller wallets doesn't mean anything.
They might sell here and there, but they won't sell everything.Crypto whales aren't that stupid. They might sell 50% and hold 50% waiting for the next bull run in 2020.

You never know what whales are planning to do. Moving the bitcoins from one wallets to many small bitcoin wallets could mean nothing but rather to create fear of panic in market, normal people sells and whales buy more. Just think like how whales may be thinking to make profit.
6715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Last block... 22 minutes ago... ? on: December 08, 2018, 04:04:34 PM
Wow... howcome it takes so long? Last block was 22 minutes ago.
Does this happen often?

Code:
552994
22 minutes
1940
ViaBTC
1.022.642

You are just creating a Fud here and those newbie who are not aware of mining and block chain will feel unnecessary worried after reading your posts comments. I think every thing is normal with bitcoin transactions and their is nothing to be worried about.
6716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason Behind Bitcoin’s Price Crash Revealed on: December 08, 2018, 01:45:04 PM
Bitcoin investors in the united states are selling off their crypto to pay off capital gain tax. First time investor in bitcoin are faced with large capital gain taxes from the profit they made in 2017.

First of all, bitcoin is not only limited to United states and even if we believe US citizens are dumping bitcoins to avoid taxes , then we cannot have such a major dump only because of one country. I think negative news all around and delay of  ETF is the major cause of recent dump.
6717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people have btc? on: December 08, 2018, 01:17:33 PM
Just to get an idea of how many people are using bitcoin.
Its really hard to determine the number of people who used bitcoin. But during this time that bitcoin is still falling , it makes me realize that what if the number of investors decreases because of this? Well it doesnt matter though. But I know that there are some ways so they can easily the number of user.

yes, if anyone know how many people actually using bitcoins that will be helpful to determine the overall interest of people in this currencies. The more the people uses bitcoin more will be demand and it will help in increase of volume of bitcoins.
6718  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Holding BTC at this satge is a bad idea? on: December 07, 2018, 06:13:22 PM
BTC is showing weakness and loosing ground day by day I think it is the time for the investors to book profit who are on profit and minimize losses who already suffered a big loss. Can anybody enlighten me on this issue now?

I don't think that holding it now is a bad idea, don't look at the bad scenario of the present value that has it now. Instead, you better take advantage the opportunity to buy them now while the price was in cheap value, before its too late. Remember, regret always comes at the last. So you supposed to grab the chance we had it now dude.

I think bitcoin is at its very low and it may now go below 3000$. With this in mind, anyone who buys now at current price, has a very good chance that he /she will get good profit as soon as the market recovers at start of next year hopefully.
6719  Economy / Economics / Re: The market is looking healthy and greener all over again on: December 06, 2018, 06:21:02 PM
well yeah this can be move again into red, because there is still have christmas and new year holiday, i think in that period will make some of market will crush again. we know if that would happen like years before christmas many investor will take out they money

There is already no money in crypto currency and if more money is being taken out, then we can see more Red blood all over the crypto market. I really wonder how low bitcoin can go from here ? Roll Eyes
6720  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Do you think that crypto exchanges are dead? on: December 05, 2018, 05:37:02 PM
Of course i don't think it's dead, though market is fluctuating but it doesn't mean that way. Sometimes we believe on many speculations over the internet without knowing the real situation.

Yes i am agree with you. There are still lots of token volume trading into crypto market. So if anyone say crypto market is dead they are living in fools paradise. Every exchanger doing fully trade in 24 hours. So don't give panic with such kind of news. Claver person now investing into market and they will be big gainer in near future. Be stay with market.

Crypto market is not dead and so are the exchanges. Good exchanges are performing very well. You can take the example of Binance which is the number 1 exchange and now are planing to introduce the true decentralize exchange platform
