6701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Watch out for the following on: June 10, 2020, 05:28:53 AM
1. Too many of them and you need to choose whoever you are following and likes of their predictions. Don't be too excited about everything they say. It's okay to be educated but you should know the limit of it.
2. Not every word of these billionaires are words of wisdom, sometimes it's words of marketing.
3. Just don't trade if you can't avail and practice it with small amounts.
6702  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can crypto Project gets 10,000 KYC on: June 08, 2020, 11:36:13 PM
First of all, what's the purpose? for what? Why there's a target of 10k people signing with KYC? AFAIK, most projects are aiming to target sales and good market cap.
But not with this.
6703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My top five favorite poker movie scenes... on: June 08, 2020, 11:16:18 PM
Thanks for the list, I haven't watched gambling related movies or scenes for a long time.
For me, the texas hold'em tournament in Casino Royale is the best movie poker scene in cinematic history. Probably because of Daniel Craig’s acting performance. Definitely the best Bond so far in my opinion.
I've heard the movie many times but still haven't watched it.
6704  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any updates of sudangold bounty? on: June 08, 2020, 10:55:04 PM
What's that swap means in bounty?

for bounty payment you should always check the social media channel of the project you are participating  to know when they will send the payment for bounties.
This is the right thing to do whenever you don't know what's happening with the bounty you have joined or if they're still going to pay you. But if you have done that and you still can't be sure, it's also good to ask the community's thought about these bounties.
6705  Economy / Economics / Re: Does Currency Value Falls During Recession? on: June 08, 2020, 10:14:34 PM
Based on the idea it's a GLOBAL recession then the value of products is based on the value of other products.

Since real estate and stocks make up a HUGE amount of assets, I'd say cash rises due to this. But your cash still probably buys the same amount of grains&veg as it did in the past... If oil falls, transportation cost decreases too, if it rises, transport cost increases. Increase in transport cost is passed onto customers (a decrease is quietly ignored by logistics firms)...
This is what I've noticed. When there's a surge in oil prices, most other sectors are affected and they also rise in expense. It's the number 1 commodity for these businesses to continue and operate.
At the same time government tends to print a lot of money during recession to support the people and the economy which is slightly detrimental for us for the long run only .

Economic decline would affect everything including Fiat.

When we are talking about the security factor one should understand that :
It is only viable for a small percentage of population, rest are suffering to even maintain normal lifestyle for their families.
Yup, those band aid solutions by the government will mostly affect a lot of people that's under the average level of living. They'll be the people that can feel the effect of it in the long run.
6706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMetro - $6 in crypto on: June 08, 2020, 09:34:19 PM
I have never heard of the platform and if it's also requiring the users to do KYC and deposit at the same. Are you guys still going to go just for the 5 euros and you'll settle it by doing KYC?
It's a great opportunity for those who owns fake docs of personal data that can be used to verify several identities by one user. Simply because no one will sell his personal info for 6$ if he won't use the platform for long run. I know that CoinMetro is a legit exchange tough, but this kind of offers may infect its reputation more than it may help to increase the traffic and get more users.
Last time i followed a similar offer (it was years ago), i waited several days to finish the KYC process and after that the support told me that the contest is over and i will get nothing. I wasn't that disoppointed because i stopped doing KYC after this case for whatever the reasons are .
That is a possible reason for something like this. They can simply cancel it anytime if they had enough KYC applications and for the users that have sent documents hoping for this small amount, it's a big disappointment. You're not even thinking of huge favor for doing that yet you haven't paid.
I trust more to avoid KYC.

If you have parts of the password, you can contact a special service that will help you crack the password from your wallet. But don't ever lose your password again.
There's no other service that I've been to be good and suggested most of the time. And that's the wallet recovery that's been suggested by OmegaStar.
I have My Private key and i want to import to my wallet but Request BIP38 Password

Who can help me I have 4BTC
Be careful if a stranger contacts you and gives you a link of recovery, they can be phishing links or malware. Just look to the profile and see if they are trusted or not.
Very well said mate. As the user and owner of our accounts we should take the responsibility. We should how to take care of our accounts in order to avoid casualties. If we have too much accounts from different platforms, we should write a list of all emails and passwords of our accounts in order for us to avoid forgotten passwords and also if we forget our passwords at least we have a list to look on.
Especially if it's the private keys, it's our bitcoin bank account in real world. And that detail must be kept as if it's part of your important asset in life.
@seller60, how do you do? did you able to import or retrieve it?
6709  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC/ETH contract in Ebay, looks very shady??? on: June 06, 2020, 05:43:09 PM
If I see "guaranteed" it's already a red flag.
I would not be trusting any cloud contract on eBay. Cloud mining in general is weak.
Yeah, even the legit mining companies can't give this confidence and most of their contracts are sold out. So, if something like this pop, it's already fishy.
6710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin ??? on: June 06, 2020, 05:15:55 PM
With over 5000+ cryptocurrencies available it’s hard to know which have a future and which are destined for the dustbin of history. In this article, I try to find a balance and outline 10 altcoins that have the greatest potential for growth and the lowest potential for loss in 2020.
1. Ethereum (ETH)
2. Ripple (XRP)
3. Litecoin (LTC)
4. Binance Coin (BNB)
5. Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
6. Neo (NEO)
7. Tezos (XTZ)
8. Zcash (ZEC)
9. EOS (EOS)
10. Bitcoin SV (BSV)
These are the top 10 altcoins in this market, investing in it can also make you lose but obviously the rate will be much lower than other altcoins. This will certainly be the choice of many people here to limit losses
Yes, not everything that's in the top 10 altcoins can fairly give you good profits. I have removed the most known fork of bitcoins and I don't think that they're good to include with anyone's portfolio. Although, we have our own opinion regarding these coins.
But the majority doesn't like the said coins.
6711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best altcoin ??? on: June 05, 2020, 07:23:50 PM
That large profit? there is no one that will ever give you a specific altcoin that can give you that. Because if someone knows, he's the first one to take that advantage.
Altcoins market is also vulnerable and volatile so you cannot assure yourself to have that request of yours. You can get as many as suggestions that you want but you need to work for your research for each of them.
6712  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and COVID on: June 04, 2020, 07:31:37 PM
Many more people need to think of Bitcoin as a safe haven for the next big rise. But Bitcoin can't help with the economic problems we face today, everything stopped, people need to find a way to start all over again, but where to find the money for that!? Just people who invested in Bitcoin earlier have benefits now, that should be a good lesson for all new investors.
Bitcoin can help us individually. Maybe you're thinking about bitcoin lifting up the whole world's economy, it's not like that. Some people who also invested in bitcoin have no choice but to exchange it in fiat because of the short in cash.
It can be the reality but if you are on the other side and you managed to keep your bitcoins and never sold, you can say that you are doing well.

6714  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020 rising altcoin on: June 04, 2020, 05:14:29 PM
in my opinion 2020 has shown that eth does not give up the second position
ETH is amazing so it's always a plus to have it. Due to the rumors and updates regarding the PoS 2.0, this is gaining momentum and you shouldn't miss that.
I have been holding my ETH with the hopes that I can get a good return after waiting for a long time in losses.
6715  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How long will Bounty hunters continue to be helpless? on: June 04, 2020, 04:21:09 PM
It's unfair yeah but no forces everyone to become a bounty hunter. You have no option but to follow the rules given to you. And just like the typical bounty hunting in some legit companies, they have certain measurements of how they'll pay their bounty hunters. But in this case, there's even no assurance that the bounty hunters will be paid. The locking of bounty rewards shouldn't be prolonged by the developers so that they can simply give the incentive that bounty hunters want.
6716  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Trading on exchanges inside your very own wallet on: June 04, 2020, 03:01:01 PM
If traders and holders can trade on Exchange in their wallet that they own the private keys it will reduce exchange hacks, I'm not talking about dex because this idea is better than DEX, I know some wallets like coinomi and atomic support insta swap using external platforms like shapeshift or uniswap kinda but just think about it

This is something I'm looking forward to, while many might think it's impossible I think it's damn possible, what do you think
It's a good idea and some wallets might adopt this feature. I think it will be a big competition that wallets in the future will include this as a part of the requirement or another extended feature.
You don't actually have to register and you can easily swap or exchange within your wallet.
6717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coss Exchange Unethical Behaviour on: June 04, 2020, 02:33:15 PM
I have done all the things raising support ticket in their platform multiple tickets also telegram channel but did not get satisfying result . About authenticity of exchange it was one of the well known exchange with decent daily transaction . Also they were giving devidend for holding coss token in exchange. So i believed in exchange and kept coin in exchange . even i had other token in exchange but now turn out to everything 0.
It is true that their reputation before isn't questioned and one of the most suggested exchanges. But lately, I don't know why there's a sudden change in their behavior such as with your case.
Their token is also one of the most suggested for dividends. If you still won't get replies and actions from them, it's hard to say that you should already lie-low with it and think of what you want to think about them.
6718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson vs Holyfield Charity Fight on: June 04, 2020, 02:01:00 PM
Neither should be fighting imo. Both are old AF! Sad seeing old past it fighters still fighting.
Age isn't a problem. They have a good reason to make this fight happen and it won't happen if there's no agreement and consent from both parties.
It's a show match up so there's no need to worry.
6719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 coin in this month? on: June 04, 2020, 01:34:13 PM
It's not like that.
You can't give a list of altcoins and ask which coin will ever be getting a good return. No, it won't happen that someone has the power to predict that you can get 56% of return exactly for this month.
6720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some Alts for long run investment. on: June 04, 2020, 01:00:50 PM
I don't really have good predictions about new Alts for my long-term investment. Your investment above is a good choice according to. but you predict if some of the Alts names above have good prospects in the future, where do you predict ?? because if I invest for the long term stay eth and btc
Your last words are truthful. As I always say with other investors that ask for the opinion which coin to buy and don't know what to buy. Bitcoin is a safe option but if they look for an altcoin, ETH will always be the first coin of choice.
There are tons of altcoins in the CMC and you will never know which of them is worth buying. As long as you do research and make a decision that you'll never regret, you have to choose the right coin such as ETH.
