6741  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 22, 2014, 02:50:54 AM
A 1Th/s X3 sub-unit generates the same revenue today as an X1 would have made at the end of February.

This is some serious ass-rape that's going on here.

Is that a bottle of lube behind the X3?
6743  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: WARNING: Black Arrow Scam on: July 21, 2014, 09:04:26 AM
Update: 21st of July 2014

1. Batch 1 & 2 shipping:

X1 -- now shipping to re-sellers and a few direct customers.
   X3 -- hasn't shipped.

2. Refunds refused.

3. Shipping is stated to be complete by the end of the month.

4. Many of the X1 customers who have received an incomplete and obsolete unit complain that they had requested a refund.
6744  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 21, 2014, 01:28:50 AM
Consider this scenario:

a. After months of cooling in oil the obsolete hash boards are removed and built into X3 miners for customers.

b. The miners are shipped to angry customers.

c. The customers plug in the units and start hashing in spite of the fact they'll never recover more than 10% of their investment.

d. The heat from the ASICs vaporizes the residue oil on the hash boards and quickly fills the room with an explosive vapor.

e. The capacitors that can't explode produce only sparks.

Unknown with ? Address

Some say it's GHash.IO, but who's providing the hashing power?

I know for a fact it's not Joe Dirt because he hasn't received his miner yet.

Be sure to get your orders in

Shipping in "two weeks" i bet

Do all these companies have some secret pact to screw everybody?

My dog didn't have too many fleas when I got him but then in January he started dragging his ass on watts per Gh/s. This lasted for 2 months then he started barking "next week" for 3 months. Most recently he's puked up a few 80Gh/s units to randomly selected customers.

My dog is a sick flea infested little bitch!

So we're now about a week after they were supposed to start X3's and not a word, something really horrific must be happening that they are not willing to tell us.

The X3 has back plane problems and can't work. The X3 hash boards have been undergoing physiotherapy at the cloud hashing facility since May. They're going to return to work for customers after a few more months of difficulty jumps.

A little excitement today.

Go my 2nd X-1 in the mail.

Pulled it out of the box and set it up on my desk plugged the cable into the back of the unit and then into the powerstrip. There was a thunderous electrical crackle and spark and the room went dark.

Looks like the power supply died and popped the circuit breaker along with it.

This is the first piece of electrical equipment I have had die straight out of the box that I can remember. It sure does smell bad!

Hmm I'm struggling over here. I can't get my unit stable at all (BTC guild spamming 20 idle notifications a day...) and I can't upgrade its firmware.

I'd guess it's overheating due to improperly applied thermal paste.

We've been ripped off and the best conspiracy theory wins!

All that matters is that our money is gone. What exactly the dog did with it before he ate it is something we may never know.

Then suddenly BA had a plentiful stock of BitFurry boards in-hand for sale cheap.
