6741  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin price now and something interesting on: October 24, 2020, 11:13:21 PM
It's possible that there are average joe doing what we call "stacking sats", just small buy won't harm and it's not a marathon. If someone has a goal to reach at least 1 BTC then go for it, you can do it by accumulating overtime. So probably it will continue even if the price goes even higher in the future. It's a long journey for most traders but if you would look at how it can change your life forever then it's going to be worth.
6742  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This will make any positive impact in crypto space? on: October 24, 2020, 10:21:17 PM
Nah, I don't see any positive impact of this news, specially coming from Russia? As I have said in the past, they are not crypto friendly country because crypto will give freedom to its people and that's what the government wants. Yes, they have their own CBDC but for what? just to be used locally? then how can it affect crypto in general? Besides the tax owning or using it, another burden for Russia. So any news coming from the Russian government regarding crypto should be taken with a grain of salt of.
6743  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your plans for the coming bull on: October 24, 2020, 09:50:47 PM
I think everyone is getting excited now, seeing the price hitting above $13k and with December still far away, for sure some of you may have put their plans, not just this coming Christmas, but in the next coming years. I have plans, but it seems I will have to re-adjust though, so I'm thinking not to have plans at all and let the bull run comes and then I will reconsider everything. Specially that we are still in the pandemic, lots of uncertainties to come.
6744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Inoue vs. Moloney - October 31 on: October 24, 2020, 09:24:58 PM
I also updated the original thread so that you can see the odds on different sport bookies. But it doesn't change that much, still Inoue is highly favoured to win. Just one week away, everyone is focus on this because we are waiting for Inoue to win because of the potential mega fight with Casimero.
Probably this is the best odds for Moloney if bettors are still looking for an upset.

6.82 for Moloney  to win, that's a decent odds, but chances are low like Casimero's opponent, but like I said, if some are looking for an upset, this could be it. Consider this, it's Inoue's first fight in the US, things could be different than the previous fights.

That's decent of course, being a gambler you know that, I'm taking that for fun but I won't expect a lot from Moloney as this fight was already selected by the promoter to build up Inoue, so he would be a cash cow for Bob Arum.

Bob Arum is really known for that, cherry pick fights, highlighting his fighters tools and skills. Very good and attractive odds and we love that, and as my rule, .5-1 mBTC to an underdog with a good odds doesn't hurt, and at least you can enjoy watching the fights and rooting for him.
Bob Arum is trying to find a boxer and build it like Manny Pacquiao, unfortunately with his current boxers, there's no one that has the potential of Manny Pacquiao, even Inoue and maybe he will not find again in this entire lifetime.

He won't fine any, Lol, Manny is like once in every 50 years boxers.

The bet we put depends entirely on our range, you can put $100 or more if you think you can afford to lose it, or it's okay to throw that in a certain fight.

Right, but at the current odds on Inoue, as an experience bettor on boxing, you can throw that amount $100 and up with that odds. Let's wait if sport bookies are going to open up more odd line for us. As @mirakal, one more week before the fight, a lot of time for them to give us good betting options just like any previous fights.
6745  Local / Pilipinas / Re: BTC stuck in limbo on: October 23, 2020, 11:39:52 PM
At according dito, https://coinb.in/#fees ang recommended fees is 36 Sat/Byte, so talagang mababa ang na set mo. So you might wait for days, worst case scenario unless na free up ang mempool.

6746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Ripple considering moving to UK on: October 23, 2020, 11:19:37 PM
Brad Garlinghouse of that he visited UK last month because he has plans to move their as US is really making it hard for them to exist on their backyard.

Quote
“What you see in the U.K. is a clear taxonomy, and the U.K.’s FCA took a leadership role in characterizing how we should think about these different assets and their use cases,” Garlinghouse said.

“The outcome of that was clarity that XRP is not a security and is used as a currency. With that clarity, it would be advantageous for Ripple to operate in the U.K.”

https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/23/crypto-firm-ripple-considers-relocating-to-london-over-us-regulation.html

I don't think that it will make any difference though for Ripple investors, but it will be better if they can find home outside of the US if they think that they are somewhat being harassed and it's hard for them to continue their businesses there.
6747  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CRYPTO TREND HYPE.... on: October 23, 2020, 10:25:11 PM
HEY guys today i thinking about steps of crypto from year to year .
let me share with you that what actually i think . when i start mY work with crypto in 2017
that time crypto trend is going named ICO , after that in 2018 to 19 trend is going froward to MASTER NODS

AND now in 2020 new hype is NFT AND DEFI

NOW 2021 IS COMING

WHAT YOU THINK WHATS NEXT TREND OR HYPE.

i believe if NFT and defi still become the trend in 2021 my friend
just wait for the second waves from NFT and defi, i'am sure the second waves will come in 2021

Yes, they will continue until a new hype has been created, that's how the market works, ICO died because of IEO and then Defi comes along and everyone moves to along with it, NFT hasn't gain much traction though because of Defi but as soon as people started to shift then everyone will follow. So as of now, we haven't seen anything new so both of these are good in 2021 until someone invented a new hype in altcoin market. Nothing last in crypto, it's adaptable and continue to evolved. So expect the unexpected.
6748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK Company adopts Bitcoin as treasury reserve assets on: October 23, 2020, 10:03:56 PM
Would they work for the benefit of bitcoins or will infact keep the profit of the company as priority.
Since they can very easily modify the price of the market for their personal profits.

It works both ways, if these companies keep investing on bitcoin then there's a chance that this might be the catalyst for the next bull run. I remember way back after the bubble has been burst early in 2018 and asking where should be the money will come if we are going on another run, another all time high in the future. So I guess this is the answer, institutional money coming from companies flowing into bitcoin ecosystem. Definitely, everyone even average joe's have their sights for personal profits, so for me this is a win-win situation, it's just a matter on when to get our profits, when bitcoin hits a new all time high? 6 digits in the future?

6750  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: SEC issued $5 million penalty to KIK Interactive For Unregistered Offering on: October 23, 2020, 09:00:06 PM
I mean it was really expected that it will favoured SEC right?
US Sec seem to be crypto enthusiast though penalty is expected but the fund issued it a huge blow on the project because I once they have to shut down their messenger app in other to focus on the US SEC case and I think the company need to add more features on their concepts maybe it will them with the penalty fund.

There are some commissioner like Hester Peirce and even the Chairman himself Jay Clayton who we might say that is a pro crypto, but it doesn't mean that they won't execute their mission, that is "to protect US investors". And that's what happened here, after a one year long batter of KIK, who have seen ups and downs on their project, the decision handed down was not in their favour. So they really have to pay that penalty of up to $5 million and move forward with their project. They are still salvaging what's left, but the case really put a big toll on the project as the prices went flat when the case against them started.

Anong tingin nyu dito?

'Potential' Russell Westbrook trade would bring him to Eastern Conference

How about TRON though? Not shilling for them but transactions are quick as far as I know. I'm not really sure about those privacy coins, I think this is what most of the altcoins selling point though, you gonna love them, but the questions remains, it their blockchain really secure? How many confirmations times are needed as compare to bitcoin?
6754  Local / Pamilihan / Re: coins.ph to gambling sites or vice versa. on: October 22, 2020, 10:11:04 PM

6755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Gervonta Davis vs Leo Santa Cruz - Oct 31 on: October 22, 2020, 09:39:23 PM
I have updated the OP with the current odds, thanks.

Quote
“October 31st is going to be the biggest fight of my career,” Santa Cruz said in a press release Friday to announce the date and site switch of his fight versus Davis. “I’m going to fight a very tough opponent, maybe the toughest opponent of my career. Two titles are going to be on the line, and this will be my first time headlining a pay-per-view. So, I’m doing everything that I can to put on a good show. Davis is known for his power. But I think with my experience and ring IQ, I can break him down. He’s probably going to be very aggressive in the early rounds. But if I do what I’m supposed to do, and execute our game plan, I will win.”

https://www.boxingscene.com/santa-cruz-with-my-experience-ring-iq-i-break-down-gervonta-davis--152639

Yes, it will be Leo's toughest fight, but I would say that ring IQ belongs to Davis as well, he is a face first boxer because of his volume punching. I hope that his chin will hold against Davis power punches though, this is going to be an exciting and if Davis wins, possible that a Lopez vs Davis will happen sometime in the future.
6756  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this is the start of mass adoption in Bitcoin? or Nah? on: October 22, 2020, 09:14:50 PM
Pypal's acceptance of cryptocurrency will definitely boost the confidence among the mass about cryptos! So yes, possibly we can call it a great push towards mass adoption. However, from what I know, paypal will not provide wallet services. It will just allow people to transact in cryptos through an intermediary.  I am not sure how it will work in reality but I guess it will definitely bosst the confidence of people! Let's hope for the best!

Yeah, and because Paypal has a lot of users, this might get crypto to mass adoption, but we have to think that it won't happen that quick though, it will take years before we can see it. As for this news, this is positive, because for me, we need third party to really get the ecosystem and global adoption going. I know it sounds weird, because we wanted a p2p, but having Paypal will add as intermediary will somewhat increase the usage of bitcoin so it will have a net positive effect in the future.
6757  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we ready for the ^POMP^ yet? on: October 21, 2020, 11:47:41 PM
Since PayPal announced its allowance of cryptocurrencies, BTC soared high towards $13k and I can see that the rally already began for BTC. Is it party time or shall we wait a bit longer? Rally has started, the question is - towards which side? If this news throws BTC down, then let's get ready for another leg down towards $8k and buy BTC cheap? Or shall I buy BTC right now? Is $13k cheap atm and can I go for a 10x leverage position at this price?

Party is here already so I don't think that we need to wait longer. As for the entry, best is during when we have relatively stable at $10K, for me the price is expensive at $13k. So let's see if this rally could pump as high as $13K-$16K. And in your second scenario of a downward spiral to $8K then it's good, we can buy cheap and discounted bitcoin then. I'll just keep holding my bitcoin that's I save and wait for a massive rally next year. It's not that huge, but I guess for now that's enough for me.

https://explorer.bitcoinvault.global/address/RX7DVpjAaLZAhgwzKzEdqbxb3bAdrK6vDJ

And term nila dyan eh "Mining City Mining Balance Wallet Address

6759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ]: Boxing - Anthony Joshua vs Kubrat Pulev on: October 21, 2020, 10:59:03 PM
Looking at the odds on one of the bookies, Anthony Joshua 1.08 Kubrat Pulev 6.40, seems interesting since we have seen how Ruiz beat AJ back then.

I don't like the odds for AJ though, not attractive for boxing gamblers. Probably much better to look at which rounds AJ will KO Pulev.  Smiley

You don't need to put your bet right now, you can wait like a day before the fight to place your bet, you'll see a lot of betting odds for this fight.
As for me, I am not really a big fan of Joshua, and I learn going with the Favorites all the time is a bad strategy, I'll go for Pulev this time and hope for an upset.

I usually bet a day or two before the fight, I don't want to over complicate my analysis,  Smiley

So there's another controversy,

https://www.boxing247.com/boxing-news/kubrat-pulev-in-hot-water-over-racist-comment/161425

Quote
“He has a very powerful punch, undeniably,” Pulev said at the press conference, before adding, when asked what other strengths Joshua has, this clanger: “What are his other strengths? His tan is better than mine.”

Majority branded this as racist remarks from Pulev, and with the the social movement we have right now, I'm pretty sure he irked some sports personalities again. Joshua hasn't comment though, but in any case, Joshua here should get the job done.

Or maybe Pulev is just trying to sell the fights.
6760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: October 21, 2020, 10:39:20 PM
Wilder's apparently taken a vow of silence. He has not been heard of in a long time. Fury and his promoters say they no longer have any obligation to have the trilogy fight and are now looking for a new opponent to prepare for him for facing Anthony Joshua next year. I don't think Wilder's team will put up a legal fight to try and force the rematch to happen next. Wilder is still a top 3 heavyweight so his chance will come up again.

I think the cancellation of the third fight would be on Wilder's advantage because he need to but some time to bring back the confidence in him as he was battered on their last fight. AFAIK, the rematch clause has expiration so i don't think the camp of Wilder will take a legal action here.

Definitely it will be a big advantage for Wilder so that finally he can reset his mind first and have some confidence before facing Fury again in this trilogy. Yes there is a stipulation that a rematch clause could end, but the thing is that when they outline it prior, there's no pandemic or something, so again, maybe the next time that those boxing lawyers or promoted a rematch clause, maybe they have to think about this kind of scenario.
