Well, I will tell a change in my personal view about digital assets when I know Bitcoin and altcoins

Before knowing Bitcoin and altcoins
Actually, I never think that there are no other popular digital assets besides stock asset. I assume people don't really like digital asset like the stock because it is difficult to learn and understand. So, the digital asset is only for all people but it is for certain people only.

After knowing Bitcoin and altcoins  
I realize that the digital asset is something interesting and not difficult to understand through having Bitcoin or altcoins as our digital assets. Those are easy to manage and to own by anyone. The digital asset becomes popular and attracts all people around the world through crypto innovation.

Setahu saya adanya proyek scam [scam project] atau proyek gagal [failed project]. Kalo maksud agan adalah proyek yang tidak mampu mencapai target minimal pada penjualan token mereka [softcap], itu disebut proyek gagal [failed project]. Ingat, bukan scam atau bersifat scam ya.

Menurut saya, kalau masalah definisi atau penjelasan mengenai apa itu ICO, IEO atau STO, orang-orang tidak akan kesulitan mencari infonya dengan googling. Sebenarnya akan lebih menarik jika agan mengkaji tiga jenis penjualan awal token tersebut dari segi :

• Perbedaan antara ICO, IEO dan STO
• Kelebihan dan kekurangan dari ICO, IEO atau STO
• Potensi keberlangsungan dari ICO, IEO dan STO ke depannya

Saya kira jika agan menambahkan ketiga hal tersebut, maka thread agan akan cukup informatif dan useful bagi banyak member. Karena saya masih banyak menemukan beberapa member yang masih belum paham terkait ke tiga hal tersebut.

Betul, tidak ada yang namanya investasi gratisan. Bahkan yang ikutan program bounty pun butuh modal paling tidak untuk koneksi internet. Terkait dengan jaminan kesuksesan suatu proyek, itu tidak dapat diukur sepenuhnya dari kesuksesan sebuah IEO atau ICO. Kesuksesan IEO / ICO tersebut hanyalah salah satu indikator kesuksesan saja. To be honest, I feel the same as you. All of us should know that crypto upholds anonymity and decentralization. With KYC, it breaks anonymity, and it deflects the purpose of crypto itself. But we mustn't deny that KYC is needed to eliminate fraudsters. So, what is the solution? For now, I don't really know a perfect solution for this case. I think we must find out another way that smashes fraudsters but it also doesn't break anonymity.

If you want to create an issue about a crypto project, I suggest you enclose the links. At least, you enclose the links of its ANN and its official website. Anyway, the website [btcblack.org] cannot be accessed, and I cannot see sufficient information about the team members on its ANN. I think it is too risky if you want to invest in this project with too lack information.

Kalo dalam pandangan saya, berikut adalah kemungkinan beberapa penyebabnya :

1. Kurang percaya diri / pesimis
Ada member yang tidak yakin bisa rank up karena pesimis bisa mendapatkan merit dari kualitas postingannya.  

2. Tidak berniat rank up
Ada kemungkinan beberapa member memang tidak berniat rank up dengan alasan rank nya sudah dirasa cukup untuk ikut bounty [ex : Full/Sr] atau mereka tidak ingin repot menaikkan rank.

3. Gampang menyerah
Ada beberapa member yang terlihat menyerah setelah beberapa kali mencoba mendapatkan merit tapi hasilnya nihil.

4. Jarang aktif di forum
Ada kemungkinan beberapa member memang tidak terlalu aktif di forum. Mungkin karena kesibukan real job atau menggunakan forum hanya untuk mencari informasi terkait trading atau investasi saja.

5. Minim usaha
Ada juga member yang terlihat hanya mencoba-coba untuk bisa rank up. Hanya membuat reply seadanya untuk mencoba keberuntungan mendapatkan merit. Kurang memperhatikan kualitas dan kelayakan postnya.

6. Tidak mengoptimalkan fasilitas yang ada
Sebenarnya sudah ada fasiltas dan guide agar bisa mendapatkan merit dan rank up.

However, the necessity of KYC is from the team of the projects commonly, not from the Bounty Manager, right?
Many BM sometimes doesn't tell the bounty hunters at first that they will need KYC to get or receive the rewards.
However, in the middle or at the end of the bounty program, the team changes the rules. Anyone who wants to get and be able to receive the tokens or ICO must fulfill KYC because it is is an obligation from the bank or others. IN this case, It may also happen to the BM, they also should fulfill the KYC process in order to receive the rewards from the team of the projects.
In my opinion, the important thing is that the real data of the project team and developers proved by their ID document in order to ensure to the investors and bounty hunters that they are real, they are not scammers.
