Not in this release. It has the prep-code for it, and we are still debating Segwit.
Well if their is a community vote, I vote for segwit. I have been a community member since 2013. Unless I'm mistaken whoever mines 51% of the coin controls the direction it takes - which is why BitCoin itself is s-scared of super pools steering BTC in a new direction eg SegWit with one of the various wallet versions out there... |

Same IP(s) or same location? Spoofing the location would be fairly trivial.
Same geolocation. If someone knew Muhammed Zakir's previous location and knew that this issue would come up in advance, they could use a proxy located in the right area. But it's rather unlikely. @theymos: TomatoCage's UID appears to have been hacked, when challenged to provide a signed message, they went offline. |

It would be valuable if you could record STD testing in the blockchain. I know adult porn stars and prostitutes in places where it's legal like Amsterdam have to get regular STD tests, recording them in the blockchain would be immutable proof that somebody is free from sexually transmitted disease, seems pretty valuable to me.
