681  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Have people been forced to pay tax over Bitcoin yet? on: March 31, 2018, 06:00:59 AM
I think it depends on the government of our country but as we know bitcoin was decentralized and cannot forced to pay taxes over bitcoin.I think the charges or fees when we transferred money is consider as our taxes. They have not enough rule to imposed a tax to those bitcoiners.
Whether we want it or not, in the near future practically all states will consider the issue of taxation simultaneously with the decision of the issue of legalization of the crypto currency. This is one of the important stages in the formation and development of the crypto currency. The profit tax on operations with the crypto currency and the capital gains tax with the retention of the crypto currency will be accepted in most countries and then we will have to pay it. In different countries, its terms of payment and the amount of tax will differ, but it will be installed on a par with it. Commission fees for the conduct of transactions can not be considered a tax payment, it's just the cost of maintaining the health of the system blockchein. Taxes are paid to the state and credited to the state budget and this is its difference from other payments.
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding is bullshit? on: March 31, 2018, 05:05:57 AM
Not all coins and tokens give the same good profits. It is necessary to choose well the project that is behind these coins. We need to constantly monitor this project. If you keep certain coins you need to know what exactly you are waiting for, what events in the existence of this coin and before which time it will be profitable. Without this, the simple retention of coins is meaningless.
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will the market recover? on: March 31, 2018, 04:30:30 AM
I see earlier forecasts for the recovery of the market were much more optimistic. In my practice, there has not been such a long drop in the market yet. People are already tired of seeing almost one fall. Everyone is waiting for the general revival. Personally, I expect it every day and every day with hope look in CoinMarketCap whether a sharp increase in the rate of bitcoin, and with it all the crypto currency.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding crypto coins as of now still profitable? on: March 30, 2018, 04:40:18 AM
Ive been holding coins for months , and every month i flip it in the market. But now, its different, The price of the coin keeps going down. Is it still okay as of now to hodl crypto coins? or better to sold it already in the market.
Now, when the crypto-currency market has fallen very much in price, it's silly to speculate about whether it's worth selling your coins at this time. At this time, we have nothing to do but to hold them and expect the market to grow. Only when he rises again, one can speak of their sale. Those who are now selling their coins will suffer losses. Since now everything has almost equally fallen in price, it is still possible to transfer their assets to more promising ones, and then, taking into account the specific situation. Earn now can only traders at fluctuations in prices. The rest must wait for the revival of the market.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with the rewards you received? on: March 30, 2018, 04:23:58 AM
I always prefer to hold those coins as the reward received is very less to book profit. I just simply forget about it. Maybe one day, those few tokens will yield me a lot of profit if it is a success.
I think this is really a good choice, but there is one thing but. That's just the same as my friend had a coin, which stood after ICO 1 dollar. After some time, it grew to $ 6, and now it costs $ 0.5. In this connection, the question arises. Was it not easier to sell it at a peak and to re-buy?
Indeed, all this is called trade. It is necessary to learn in time to extract profit and use it, otherwise the meaning of the occupation all this disappears. The received tokens should be immediately evaluated from the perspective of their prospects and held up to a certain point. Partially, tokens should be transferred to bitcoin, ethereum or other well-known coins, and partially output to fiat and used for own needs. Life is diverse and in advance to give general advice how to act in this or that situation is impossible.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We do not need government and bank any more on: March 30, 2018, 03:57:41 AM
If someone thinks that we are able to live without the government, banks and the state, he is deeply mistaken. Without this form of social order, there will simply be chaos, which will immediately be used by individual armed groups of people who will migrate, rob and kill people. So far, people have not thought up anything better from the state and the government to protect themselves from their own kind, and therefore we still need a state and government, and the state and the government need banks to plan the country's economic development and implement their plans financially. Here, as always, we need a golden mean, grinding public relations with respect to the crypto currency. And this process is very long.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in ICO, still promising? on: March 29, 2018, 07:19:57 PM
I think that ICO will always attract investors to its opportunity to find a very useful token, which, moreover, can bring very good profits. I think that the popularity of ICO can soon increase significantly after the states begin to regulate this process. And the regulation of ICO by government bodies or public organizations has long been ripe for a long time and France among the first started to write such a normative act, which would primarily protect the rights of investors.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Finally spring bull run is coming? on: March 29, 2018, 06:49:05 PM
Many hoped for the rise of the crypto-currency market from the onset of March, when the spring month will begin. However, this did not happen. Apparently, not the last negative role here again played a variety of negative information, which regularly comes in relation to the crypto currency. Therefore, hope is now in April. There are no significant obstacles to the recovery and growth of the crypto-currency market, and it can begin to recover on any given day. I think everyone is already very tired of seeing this long drop of their coins.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO 2018 on: March 29, 2018, 06:36:04 PM
ICO projects this year probably will be no less than in the past, however, it is possible that investors this year will already learn from their own and others' mistakes and will be more selective in their investment and fraud projects ICO will be smaller. I also expect that this year different states will introduce regulation of the ICO. An example in this can serve as France, which has begun to write a regulatory document on the regulation of ICO projects in order to protect the rights of investors.
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH back to the price ~ $ 300 on: March 29, 2018, 06:23:41 PM
ETH is falling very strong compared to its $ 12xx early this year, will you buy it now?
Now, according to CoinMarketCap, the price of ethereum has fallen to 410 dollars. Therefore, it is possible that the price of this coin may soon fall to $ 300. This is of no significant importance. Vseravno, as soon as the crypto-currency market starts to rise, the ethereum course will also grow along with it. This coin is very promising and in demand, so in its further growth I am absolutely sure.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monthly income and Bank account statement for a KYC on: March 28, 2018, 06:03:26 AM
Just recently I saw an ICO that asking a monthly income and bank account statement for a KYC. It's said on their KYC form that it is important for them to know the financial capacity of their token holders or buyers.
What can you say about this requirements?
Somebody here did it before?

I have also met such information that the ICO team requires the provision of such information about your financial capabilities. I consider this to be utter absurdity. When you buy a product, and the token is not very different from other products, if it does not yet provide any additional rights, as they are granted by the rights of company shares, you do not need to know your financial capabilities. This is required only if you take the money on credit, then this information is important for the creditors. In other cases, your financial capabilities should not be of any interest to anyone, these are your personal data.
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: March 28, 2018, 05:46:17 AM
What to do with tokens obtained as a result of participating in a generosity campaign depends mainly on two factors: how much do you feel the value of this received token, that is, whether it will eventually grow in value and whether money is needed at that time to cover running costs. If the token is confident in the prospects, and there are no financial difficulties, then it is best to keep the received tokens at least until the time when the project does not work at full power. Well, there already, depending on other circumstances that have arisen.
693  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover on: March 28, 2018, 05:34:38 AM
I do not agree with this statement. The crypto-currency market is not the stock market. He is very changeable and able to reorientate much faster than it seems. For him and a few months may be enough to recover. For years, you definitely will not need it. Therefore, in this opinion I am more optimistic and I hope that I am right.
694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think digital currency will ever replace paper money? on: March 27, 2018, 04:51:56 AM
Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.

What do you guys think? Wink
Paper money can disappear in the near future in megacities, but not in rural areas. In general, I do not believe that paper money will be replaced by cash or cash. Especially it concerns digital money. Their widespread implementation in the near future is quite problematic, since a large part of the world's population has not even heard about them, and the very introduction of crypto currency into our lives will present significant organizational and technical problems. This is a rather lengthy process and it will not be completed soon.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction fee just 1 cent for 10,000 dollars on: March 27, 2018, 04:41:29 AM
Now the transaction fee has become such lower that we are now able to send even 10,000 dollars for just 1 cent as transaction fee.

Now the transaction volume has gone down to just 135k transactions per day.

Is this change in transaction fee due to segwit activation or due to decrease in crypto hype which is noticed nowadays?

https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/87819l/bitcoin_transction_fee_10000_for_1_cent_cheaper/
Transaction fees in one cent for the transfer of the amount in bitcoin, equal to $ 10,000? I can not believe it. Of course, if earlier there were about 400,000 transactions with bitcoin per day, then the current 135,000 greatly affects the reduction of commission fees. However, future improvements to bitcoin will finally be able to solve this bitcoin problem and it can finally be used for everyday purchases, which many still dream of.
696  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-25] Bitcoin to See Significant Improvements in Privacy and Scaling on: March 27, 2018, 04:28:44 AM
The problem of scaling is one of the most important current problems of bitcoin and its solution opens the door for its use in everyday needs. If on its basis it is possible to conclude smart contracts, then the role of bitcoin will significantly increase. Bitcoin will become a full-fledged king of the crypto currency.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 countries that banned bitcoin on: March 26, 2018, 05:45:00 PM
In other sources, among the five countries that have banned crypto currency, Indonesia is listed instead of Nepal.
I think that the bans in these countries have taken place on the one hand because the government is afraid of granting financial freedom to its citizens, and on the other hand, they have the opportunity to do this, because human rights and freedoms in these countries are infringed. In the future, this position of the above-mentioned countries will change under the influence of most countries of the world.
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin VS. GOLD on: March 26, 2018, 05:21:55 PM
Will the bitcoin replace the Gold? If there is A war coming everyone will run to the Bitcoin instead of the gold?
Some analyst  say that in 5 years BTC will be less than $100 while GOLD will be above 10K, your thoghts?
I did my risk mangment and split my investments, boght PAX coin to be on the safe side.

link for more info: https://payperex.com

What to choose - gold or bitcoin during the war, depends on many factors. If the war is local, it is almost the same: gold can be turned into non-cash money and withdrawn from the country. If the war is global, then I would prefer gold, because in such conditions the Internet can already be turned off, and gold has always been and will be a commodity for all cataclysms. In this regard, their financial assets must be kept in bitcoin and gold. Relying on one thing would be a mistake.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people attract for the BitCoin than other crypto currency? on: March 26, 2018, 05:06:06 PM
In my opinion, everyone already knows the answer to this question. About bitcoin is known to almost everyone who has ever been interested in crypto currency. A few know about the existence of altcoyins. This is one of the reasons why bitcoin is so popular. In addition, the media quite often declare how expensive bitcoin is and therefore people are trying to invest in bitcoin to get a good profit.
700  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-26] France’s Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire Plans ICO Regulations on: March 26, 2018, 04:55:58 PM
This is really very good news. The French finance minister wants to provide for legislative regulation of initial coin issue (ICO) issues, which have long been ripe, because everyone is talking about fraud in ICO. Moreover, such regulation will be conducted to protect the rights of investors, which is very important. If France develops rules that are loyal to the crypto currency, then they can become a model for the introduction of similar rules in other countries.
