YouTube reviews, comments, twitter posts, twitter audit, articles in crypto media, The time of ICO madness of 2016/17 is gone and now, nobody will invest a single penny in the project like Humanityone. Announcements on bitcointalk and bounty campaign will bring you nothing. You might collect couple of hundred dollars or couple of thousands if you are lucky and that's it. The real investors are available in venture funds, conferences and live crypto forums. You will need a good budget to do all that staff properly.
