681  Other / Meta / Re: How can I increase my merit? on: March 01, 2020, 05:29:12 AM
I guess its better for you not to think about gaining merits just behave normally, communicate with other members normally, help them if you know the answer to their questions. Create useful threads but use search button first before creating a thread it might already exist, you can also help your local members at local board. But those are not required to be a good member of the forum. Also, be knowlegeable about forum rules. Merits will come your way don't be pressure about it.
682  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 2FA HW security keys. on: February 29, 2020, 11:19:35 PM
This sounds cool, can we import our google authenticator keys to this authenticator dongle and vice versa? do you have a video on how to use this and what is the price range just curious. If its really affordable and flexible for sure I am gonna buy it, thanks for the info.
683  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safety Precautions Towards Investment on: February 27, 2020, 10:53:26 PM
Most of us really wants a free money, who does not want a free money? I am a newbie before but later on I realize collecting sh*tcoins will not do good to you or bring profits, sooner or later they will realized that, we will learned from our mistakes. The majority of sh*tcoins are creating bounty here in the forum they want exposure, free promotion and the worst scammed investors and bounty hunters, completely a waste of time. so better DYOR.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are now showing up on: February 25, 2020, 11:57:26 PM
I have seen several new projects getting listed at Binance right now, some get free listing and some are direct listing. I trust Binance verification on these projects I guess they will not allow scam project to ruin their name. Looks like these projects already ride the train and waiting to go forward.
Also, these new projects popping out it is not new since I registered here last 2017 these new coins/token there is no stopping them they keep popping out every week or month. Just DYOR about these new projects.
685  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online gambling or Casino gambling? on: February 25, 2020, 11:41:26 PM
Just looking at the title I already know which is better and it is Online gambling, Apart from Convenience online gambling offers anonymity we are safe from bad people that conventional casinos have, we will not have the stress thinking for our safety just enjoy the game, and we can play peacefully.
Also, the use of cryptocurrency without restrictions really improves online casino features.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Support Deposit and Withdrawaals in Hongkong on: February 25, 2020, 11:27:48 PM
I guess Binance is the most improved exchange platform around the world, they are trying new things every time and adding new features, Expected for the best exchange I know I have no doubt maybe in the future almost all local currency will be available in their platform. Not only Binance some exchanges also accepting and offers withdrawal to local fiat now.
687  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Alt Coin And Shit Coin on: February 25, 2020, 11:13:47 PM
You have come to the right place, Bitcointalk is where all started we have Bitcoin boards, Altcoin, Trading, etc. We can learn a lot of things here it is an all in one website and also we have a lot of experts here in different fields. I will differentiate them from my own understanding. Any coins created after Bitcoin are called "Altcoin" whether it is useless or not it is Altcoin. Sh*tcoin are those coins with no real use cases they have no purpose some have decent value and some didn't even have a decent volume. And there is still one left "Scam coin" you need to be careful about coins you are going to buy. Review each one of them they might be a fraud/scam.
688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you borrow money as your bankroll if you trust your skills in gambling? on: February 25, 2020, 10:50:14 PM
If you are really confident with your skill go for it, but the risk is all yours, Borrowing funds is too risky you might end up getting debt if it will turn out badly. We always have a bad day I hope if you continue your plans you will get profit and return the funds as soon as possible. I myself never tried that the possibility of getting a double amount of your debt is always there. Good luck.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to survive if you lose more than 80% of your Capital? on: February 25, 2020, 10:34:52 PM
If you are trading on spot there is no way to stress out if the coin you invest is a good coin. We are on bear market it is natural to lose when you invested few years ago and hodl until now. We have new trading features now its called "FUTURES" Like binance futures. It is more risky than traditional spot trading,  you might loss all in just minutes but you can also get high profit at the same time. Handling situations is really on us, on futures I can't allow to loss more than 80% we need to set stop loss.
690  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Legitimacy/Alternate ways of earning crypto on: February 25, 2020, 09:35:43 PM
Coinbase is existing now for a long time, they are a decent both wallet and exchange. The one you are talking you can earn about small amount of crypto is called airdrop it is like a quiz from new projects that are listed om their wallet. But doing a KYC in their platform is really worth it? I guess not for few bucks in exchange with your data but if you trust them I guess its just fine but there is always a risk. If your purpose is just to trade better go on binance where KYC is not required.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Binance beat Ethereum on: February 25, 2020, 06:10:02 PM
First Binance Chain does not have smart contracts and not designed to kill Ethereum. BNB is more on Utility while Ethereum can offer more in terms of DApps, Smart contracts, As of now Binance chain is very fast, A blockchain that has a lower amount of users is faster of course. But there is a chance that BNB can beat Ethereum in terms of coinmarketcap, Sometimes trust is better than the performance if BNB could achieve that, Bitcoin is not that fast and they have bigger fees on a transaction but they have the trust of the people.
692  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: One of the Richest Man in Russia Launching his own Token on: February 25, 2020, 05:45:32 PM
Thanks for sharing, Great Article, Last year I heard some celebrities launching their own currency, One of them is Manny Pacquiao I don't have any update on this project but it is quite silenced I don't know if it is canceled or not. I hope this one will be more active and really useful to the public.
Launching a coin without a real use case will result in a failure. But not at all times, there are some joke coins that gain success like DOGE. It seems this man is making more money that's a wise move if they will succeed and this coin use cases seem to be okay.
693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Reminder for staking!! on: February 25, 2020, 04:51:31 PM
Thanks for reminding us, For those users that didn't know this yet better do and get it done as soon as possible it is not guaranteed to help you recover your account but this might give you a chance, I have done staking few years after I registered I am not aware of this thing too before and for sure many other members are still not aware. I use this to sign my BTC address before https://brainwalletx.github.io/#sign you can also verify here.

Thanks for your inputs, But my point here even with Global Internet connection goes down worldwide bitcoin network is still running at space right? People on space can use bitcoins continuously even if something like that will happen but I hope not, internet has been a part of our daily lives now Cheesy. Of course, people on earth cannot access it.

@DdmrDdmr
Thanks for the video I will be watching it to learn more about this topic.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Global Internet connection goes down and Bitcoin Network is not affected. on: February 24, 2020, 03:58:37 PM
Yes, You have read it correctly. I am amazed myself, Recently I found out even if the Global Internet connection goes down, Bitcoin Network is not affected at all. Why and How? I just find out this website called Blockstream I am not promoting it whatsoever. They bring bitcoin into space they have this thing called Blockstream Satellite and running 24/7 for free around the world with different satellite every continent. I might be wrong on how I understood it I don't know how true is this but I am excited what is your views and opinions about this?

696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: February 24, 2020, 04:10:19 AM
I have made similar thread before but I close it already because someone replied to me and he has a point. But it always depends on the person. I guess it is good for some gamblers but for others not.

If we start to register our stats we will quit gambling almost immediately because in most cases the lost amount would be more than the won amount.
697  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Have you heard about Instant Exchanges before? on: February 23, 2020, 01:54:45 PM
Quote
An instant crypto exchange is an exchange solution that aggregates prices and liquidity from multiple custodial trading exchanges.
Can you name 1 of this "Instant Exchanges" are you talking about? It seems like you are talking about like this one https://coinswitch.co/app/exchange

You retain the full owner of your cryptocurrencies because they are save directly on your wallet in which you have your private key and seed recovery phrase.
This sounds like a DEX (Decentralized exchange) to me. Some wallets like Trust Wallet can trade within their wallet by using DEX.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: For those who wears a signature of gamble service campaigns on: February 23, 2020, 06:01:00 AM
I like that mindset of yours, I join a gambling signature before It is not required but as a participant and I am promoting it I need to try and test it myself. We can have confidence in promoting a service that you really know not just wearing their signature. Of course, I do gamble but not regularly.
Some signature sends directly the payment on the account of their website and it will tempt you to do some bets.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe Coingecko's Exchange Liquidity rank? on: February 23, 2020, 04:57:00 AM
There is no 100% accurate buddy, dealing with a bunch of exchanges those are just statistics on reported or adjusted volume, I know they get the data from API's which can easily be manipulated by bots generating fake volume. The top 1 exchange might not be really the top 1. That's how it works. For me, I rank exchanges by Trust and my number one is Binance.
700  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Buy cryptocurrencies without KYC. on: February 23, 2020, 04:22:47 AM
Some people are not a fan of KYC because they are afraid their data might be stolen by hackers someday, I guess you are one of them, but some platforms are really strict they need some security I guess doing a KYC is fine as long as it is a trusted platform. There is some wallet that offers these services like Wirex, Atomic wallet and many more. Also, Binance is offering this service. Those platforms are trusted so I don't mind doing a KYC.
If you are under age, you should wait until you can get a credit card you owned.
