I will update this thread periodically as a performance record of this small altcoin portfolio.
Seem like you were wrong with Poly, its price is ~0.2$. I agree with you about this coin. The nearest peak was 1$, and Poly've just listed on Binance, Its price should have increased, but BTC price down and and affect the whole market. |

This time, my opinion is, except your criteria above, we can consider ICOs from China, they rarely public information on Bitcointalk or other ICO-listing sites, but we can see that they often reached hardcap then after ICO and listed on exchange, Their token still kept the ICO price.

Yes Cryptocurrencies market cap hit its lowest value in this year. So if base on the situation, you can consider buying Altcoins this time. The market can get worse, but it's safe if you enter at the lowest price so far.
