Got 0.005 BTC credited to an account of mine today and gambled for some profit.

That's my earnings from today
683  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Block Explorer do you use ? on: September 30, 2015, 09:27:13 PM
I use https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC because it has more features than blockchain and less downtime too
684  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 30, 2015, 09:20:00 PM
Do you think there are any millionairs who gamble with slots?

Yea there are. I saw a documentary about wall streeters, they trade afternoon, then at night they all go into casinos to gamble the money they earned afternoon.

Many wallstreeters gamble all day.

but with slots Huh

if they are smart enough to profit in wallstreet, I think they would not pick the highest house edge game
685  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: September 30, 2015, 09:14:54 PM
everything seems to be working just perfectly fine for me im wondering what is happening with all these downtimes of primedice its sometimes irritating

server problems, I think, as Stunna said.

probably not ddos attacks
686  Other / Meta / Re: Image code on: September 30, 2015, 09:09:42 PM
Is the code [/img] [img] not working correctly?

I see a lot of time no picture but just the link

code won't work for newbie, at least until they are Juniors

or they just put the link instead of the image because of the image proxy
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: September 30, 2015, 09:06:39 PM
I'm in the profit side.

But I like BTC, it allows international money transfer for cheaper, but I can live without it(and with less money sadly)
688  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can I go about choosing a software wallet when there appear to be so many? on: September 30, 2015, 09:01:30 PM
I use electrum for the ease of install.

In fact all centralized wallets are more or less the same, so if you won't install the core, pick any other wallet
689  Other / Off-topic / Re: What's your least favorite thing about Bitcoin? on: September 30, 2015, 08:56:58 PM
few places to spend BTC Sad
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do if it became reversible like paypal? on: September 30, 2015, 08:55:44 PM
I would not use.

Why use a new experimental thing for the same purpose and same features, when there is already an old and estabilished stuff?
691  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: September 30, 2015, 04:42:16 AM
months of sidewazzzzzzzzze

people always complained that BTC is too volatile and no serious user would adopt BTC because it is too volatile.

now BTC is stable and people keep complaining Huh
692  Other / Meta / Re: What's the deal with bitcoin.com? on: September 30, 2015, 04:35:31 AM
I think bitcoin.com is a pishing site.

If you write bitcoin.com, it will be changed to bitcoin.org(at least happened in the past)
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be profitable in long term ? on: September 30, 2015, 04:33:05 AM
Gambling for Long Term Profit is not possible

Amount Lost always = amount bet X house edge

In the long run

No way else to put it... Math Angry

Some games don't have house edge, like sportbetting, so you in theory can win in the long run, no matter how long is your run.

And dice house edge is low, so it is always likely that the variance plays in your favor short term and you get profit, if you know when to stop
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 30, 2015, 04:27:58 AM
It is not wron, people should always be able to do their own decisions.

But if they can't(that is, when they get addicted) they should not be allowed to keep playing. Of course the majority is not addicted people
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can you earn with gambling? on: September 30, 2015, 04:20:43 AM
there are people that manage to win millions with bets, but of course you'll need to risk much or have lotery luck.

it's up to you to decide how much you are willing to risk and what odds are you seeking
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: September 30, 2015, 04:15:16 AM
I don't know the future of bitcoin, but I have a simple goal / investment strategy:

1. Buy as much BTC as I can.
2. HODL and wait for the price to go up.
3. Sell all my BTC one month before the zombies take over. Buy a sailboat. Live zombie-free off the coast of Belize.

But that's me.

Regards,
Christopher

I doubt that any apocalipse will be announced with 1 month before.

And since in the apocalipse price will drop because there will be no net to use BTC, I think you should have a better exit plan
697  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ancient Booty Discovered in Transylvania on: September 30, 2015, 02:43:45 AM
How is this related to Dracula and vampires?

Because we all know that all transilvanian things are related to Dracula and vampires somehow
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If using cryptocurrencies become a crime, will you be a criminal? on: September 30, 2015, 02:09:42 AM
Yes, if what I can get is more what I can lose.

I don't think crypto crime will be equal or worse than drug crime for example
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the use of Bitcoin is kind of complicate? on: September 30, 2015, 01:23:35 AM
That's the price of more security and more control over your money

But I don't think it is that complicated if you take into consideration all steps you need to follow in order to get a credit card or bank account
700  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will you support systemic extermination of those behind the fukushima cover up? on: September 29, 2015, 08:02:43 PM
Whatever, it won't undo the fukushima thing and its effects
