im about 1000 invested 2/3 into a ico that recently ended, i was invested early in edgeless already made double my money in that than i hold 1/3 of the rest in my sleeper coin haha

Have you checked your wallet first to confirm if it has not been sent. ya wallet is at zero lol il wait til next week and if nothing comes il just see if i can contact the dev directly no biggie. |

Please: no tax, no ICO. Just let the Dev's do their stuff. Let the dogs (us) eat.
That way the Dev's will get paid. Thus far, I see a great job.
A PoS coin that is private. Shadowcash and Dash are dying. Peercoin and Blackcoin are "has been" and not private.
Let the Dev's focus on one thing: a great coin. Invest to mint, rather that buy hardware and toss in a month or two.
I see a mega-shift happening here. From PoW to PoS. From "pubic" to "private." Cloakcoin has both.

just look at edgeless perfect example not on any major exchanges yet volume is decent and price going up stop worrying, the wetrust team only puts in the whole not a investment thing to cover there asses from legal standpoint, it has to go on a exchange, will it be a big one right away prob not in the future likely, if there is demand for it exchanges will list it because they make profits off the trading, buy and hold and ul be happy in the long run.

than you would know the guy that runs factom has said things that he doesnt care about price on the exchanges yet you hold it? sounds like a double standard to me, trust will get listed on a exchange the ipo is down to its last 4 hours and people are investing as we speak so clearly uve gotten your point across to noone.

donations are a joke.... who wants to donate when they gain nothing more than those that dont donate. Makes no sense.
I like this idea, a smaller super block, than the tax to keep it topped up, one of the best things I like about cloak is the smaller supply of just under 5 million. Maybe if you went the route of doing a new cloak burn the olds for the new ones put a time frame to make the claim and any unclaimed go to development idk if thats ethical or not though, i personally dont have a issue with it but maybe some might? |

Ltc has already risen 20% since mining the first segwit block, but i think u meant take off beyound that but ya at least until where we see where segwit is in a couple days when its time to mine the next round of blocks

I still see post of people relating to cloak as a pump n dump from three years ago thats another reason why i support this route, drop the coin from cloak as well, a fresh start isnt a bad idea to let it be known this isnt the old cloak least my own 2 cents

Any interest in an ICO to fund development?
Yes, that was something else that cropped up in the funding discussions. Move the project to a new code base (porting Enigma and CloakShield) and new chain and burning Cloak in exchange for the new Cloak coins. The coins could all be pre-generated and exchanged directly for Cloak. In terms of an ICO, extra coins could be generated at the same time and sold off during the ICO to raise funding. Moving to a new code base would ensure everything is up to date and most likely allow us to get a few new features for free. If we're going to change the PoS algo, block/transaction format (for better privacy) it would make sense to do that during the refresh so we don't have to carry code to deal with the previous blockchain format, which would keep things nice and lean. Personally, I think this is my favoured option. There are outfits who would manage the ICO and take care of things such as exchange listing. Not sure if that would get us onto Poloniex, but it would be worth some investigation. The funding from an ICO could enable us to do some really great stuff imho. For sustained funding for the future, it would make sense for the network to generate funding for a Cloak Foundation during the mining process, which could be used to fund the project for the future long-term. Once a governance system is in place, the Cloak community can decide how that funding is spent, on what features it's spent and also have some control over the level of foundation funding. I think it's critical to get the fundamentals for the future hashed out as soon as possible. Funding also greatly affects the roadmap for Cloak. With more funding, there are more resources and we can be a lot more ambitious with our plans. id support this route if the timeframe to accomplish this wasnt crazy long like a year or so |

I believe whales can only make damage at the moment. They are interested only in profit they don't care about technology, to expect help from them is same as expect from Wall Street to save the world from hunger! They will pump it again and dump it immediately after releasing of code, no matter how code is good they will destroy every chance for success with greed. I def agree with you stay on the path we are on and let it speak for itself dont need no manipulation |

I can tell which people who never played the stock market. The price went up on very low volume. But hey, people get excited to pay off their house with the investments in Cloak.
yea its crazy how much the price moves with the volume so low which means people are holding for something big i dont see that being a issue. |

I took the a few mins to add the number i could be off a bit but so far looks like the total stakes is 75850 going into the last week for the sig campaign which equates to just under 8 per stake which will prob drop to under 7 per stake for this last week which really isnt bad.
