You can able to figure your income per gpu in whattomine, and i suggest to use ethermine.org or nanopool.org and the best miner as of today is claymore and phoenix, but if you are using rx 570 4gb cards it will not able to mine ethereum neither etc because of the DAG of ethereum chain.

I saw few topics about this and the other one also, I think hackers may target the potential miner here in this forum specially the owner of huge GPU rig, hoping that they can get the certain amount of minted coin, and also some people here that might store crypos in their PC.

ETH DAG was moved from HDD to VRAMs v4.0:
- no DAG files anymore.
- removed "-dir" option.
- Bug fixes.
you all might wanna try old claymore ETH miner below version 4.0 take a look...might work or might not. Interesting, that Dag creation for 4gb cards gives a pain, well if it is working it will gives a constant relief to us and to all rx 570 4gb user, by the way since this is an old version of claymore, do you think that the old amd driver will work for it? How about blockchain driver? |

I saw that i have a comment in this thread wayback 2018 in the high demand of mining, but i tried this one as of this moment with the latest radeon driver, seems it's good because the tools pop up and says that it was successful, but when i run the miner nothing changes, the 3 cards that i\ve been set to compute mode manually work well and increase the hashrate, while the others remain 10MH, I am using rx 570 4gb cards, does the dev of this tools have a latest update?
I've used this tool after every driver install/update and it's worked on each one I've tried including 20.4.2. Just gotta remember to reboot after you use it. Thanks I though it was not useful for the latest driver, It bring headache the manual configuration, you can wait morethan 10 minutes in every each card that you manually set to compute in AMD software, I will try it again. Thanks for the heads up! |

I have tried many bios mod that are available in anoraks forum some of them are okay but most of the mod there brick my gpu, I was able to bring it back in the factory mod but the code error 43 is my unsolve problem. Anyway my asus strx rx 570 4gb with the 1119 1900 mem clock/core got 27.8-28MH

What confuses me about this BTC2 coin is the fact that this Bitcoin fork dropped from $ 35 to 4 cents last year. This is a very strong fall.
I think that is the most tragic fall of BTC2, as you can see the coin are still stable and resist the strong competition in the market, many of forks is now delisted in the market but BTC2 remain stronger. |

Is there any gain by over locking in the config file instead of using something like afterburner?
I use afterburner and it works pretty damn good. Just wondering if there is some sort of performance gain to do it in the config for the miner instead.
Using Afterburner will frustrate you, better to make your own experiment in doing some trial and error in the command line of Phoenix miner or you can modify your card and set a proper strap for every card yo have, but moding is too risky it may damage and brick your card. |

It's a long time when i posted a question in this thread, now i just want to ask it again, Is this miner support AMD cards today? I've been interested and would like to try this miner on my AMD rigs, it would be great if the dev got the attention and create a code for reds.
Opps seems I didn't see the old comment, so at last this miner now supported AMD, how's the performance of this miner is it worth to try?

September 3 2020 - Version 2.3 wallets released: Mandatory update that needs to be done before September 17. Details and downloads at Bitcoin 2's Github. To update your wallet, you just need to download the archive, stop your wallet and let it fully shutdown, and then copy the executable files in the bitcoin2-bin folder to replace the ones you had installed already. Masternodes also need to be updated. Glad to see the latest development and update by the Bitcoin2 team, I would like to know if there is an additional settings or it needed to change my current masternode settings in my wallet directory? or in my MN server provider? |

Hmmm, looks interesting, I might be the one who will try your method mate and since that the RX 570 4gb series is now on the brink of deteriorating in mining ETH/ETC because of DAG, now if it is your method fixing your old gpu's dag problem, it might be the solution of this coming dag that can kill the rx 570 4gb..

I think you bought a moded gpu who've been use in mining, I think the solution for your problem is, Download AMD Patcher 1.4.7 you will need it after this step >> uninstall your AMD driver using DDU there's a latest version that are available now, but make sure you will do it in a safe mode, after doing that, install the Radeon 20.4.2 after installing do not restart your PC, it's time to use the AMD patcher, run it as admin then you've done, restart your PC and it will fix your problem.
