Why Waves price dropping fast?
I like it so I can buy cheap waves, surely will be back after a few days, waves is becoming stable and I believe it will rise up big. Glad the price still below ICO so I can take the opportunity to save and buy more. Where were you when dolores was actively trolling around here while bounties were distributed as well. It almost dropped below $0.10, 10 waves per dollar is hell of a bargain. It will not happen again unless something crazy will happen to the platform. if the full node code sucks it might happen. I don't think this will be the case. well I hope not. Read the thread. Is strange that not full node from beginning. How the fiat gateways will be implement? The current price isn't bad, considering it was 20k a few weeks ago. The people that lost money sold based on their own choices, they can't blame the Waves team for the market if they would have waited maybe 6 months from now they could be up 10x but they sold at 20-25k in a panic and now it's back up over 30k. waves raised 30094 BTC according to ICO statistics
BTC was worth around 540$ at a time when ICO has ended
so Waves marketcap was 16250760$ at a time when ICO has ended
1 Wave equaled ~0,1625 $
as far as i can see we're well in the money for some time since BTC is ~640$ and waves marketcap is 20518200$
we earned like 25% so far... all is good

Well... I think its fair to say that the waves price is recovering despite the negativity in recent weeks. Holding is probably the best and safest thing you could do now. Lets hope the devs announce more partnerships and developments as well as exchanges.

In a few months you will be kicking yourself for not upping your collection somewhat. I agree with this, doing all I can to get more at these prices too. I would like to hold waves long term I wish I haven't bought more at 20k rate  just sell it now. the price will dump very soon under 20k rate. i guess the waves guys are just now planing to close the btt thread again, because there will be a delay of the main network (no its not a network IF you RUN JUST ONE NODE). regarding to the roadmap they have to deliver too much until end of july. there will be a 100% delay of development, closing of all public threads coming again. I just wonder why are they not opening the chat channel on slack but i guess they just want to destroy the possibility of waves going mainstream. I warned here several time on not buying for ICO price as the project was overpaid and Waves team will make several bombs of destroying the project. So we saw
1. start on a tiny exchange. price broke by 50% down
2. closing/reopening your thread. Its like nobody closed the thread, when they collected too much, this project was completely over-valued-ed. Why did not they close like digixdao after 5 Mill or mycelium, setting a limit? I guess greed will destroy that whats left.
Guys, dont expect to get the main net in time (actually they are selling the one node as the "main net"). Dont buy in now at the top. The price will crash, when they will not deliver in time. And believe me, Sasha never delivered anything in time and he is having alot of history about alot of failed projects. Look in the past to see the perspectives of waves.

But you are right the price is way too high... 20000sats with be much better value, i would even say 15000sats That was before DAO crash when it seemed a pump was inevitable for everything. Now it's a different story. The true pump will take time. The lower it falls the better it is for accumulation for when it does pump. once its dumped, people lost fate, cummunity broken, there is no coin anymore, which can get pumped. in case of waves its like 50/50 chance. this was a fail from the beginning and now you should wonder or hope its going a different path? why. my wallett is sometimes showing wrong amounts. its not always and the worst is when i switch between different accounts. is it because of chromes cache?? will it help when i delete it before entering an account or is there another solution for that?
You mean on different web logins? Or do you have Lisk locally installed? p.e. on https://login.lisk.io and on the other lisk mirrors. the amounts are switching fast. |
