As many of the people here will be using escrows since he is a new user, I would recommend stop taking orders for a week of 2, so people receive the orders and can confirm. Then you would also have a great reputation to start off and will certainly get many more orders (with escrow ofcourse )

Its actually hard to martingale from 0.04 to 1.2 BTC considering the minimum bet of 1 satoshi. You would be doing well over a million bets I believe to get there, as you will be winning a low base bet each time and 1 bad streak could wipe off everything. You might have been lucky.

Well, people don't create multiple accounts to take advantage of these giveaways, but are given the advantage. I usually create a new account on every gamble site, whenever I gamble, and its in no way unfair, unless I am taking advanatge of deposit bonuses/other bonuses.

I think that should be right, there are micro tables for 0.01/0.02 but I think, it has increased to 0.02/0.04.  So a 0.001 deposit should work just fine.
