Selling all of my BTC for PayPal.

Rules:

Must be Full Member or over.
Must not have a valid negative trust
I will not send first unless you are trusted, escrow is accepted.
Chargingback results in a scam report and more.

15-20% rate on all trades, depending on amount.

Since you plan on selling all your btc, why not just use services like LocalBitcoin? Wouldn't that almost be a guaranteed safe way to sell?

I don't know who I am selling to, I can get chargedbacked on.
