681  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you start from zero cash and make a living with the opportunities in crypto? on: March 16, 2018, 05:55:31 PM
Yes, you can surely make some money without doing much of capital investments.
I remember when I was looking for cryptocurrency opportunities, I bumped into the idea of bounty campaigns as a medium to hold some of those new projects and be a part of it for the long run.

I would not have imagined at the end from what I get paid, to have actually risk such an amount on a single project as investment anyway, but at least since I am working for it, it makes a lot of sense. Either you have capital or you have skills or resources to give out. One will just have to play but starting with zero cash is very possible.
682  Economy / Economics / Re: Choosing the one | What I think! - Real Job or Full Time Crypto! on: March 16, 2018, 05:23:42 PM
In my opinion, I would choose Full time crypto, because in crypto you have a good future and in short period of time you have already earn profit and savings. Even if we can't predict what will happen next, but we believe and trust on bitcoin. If we compare in real job we have no savings and we don't get profit. But if we work on Crypto we have a chance that we have earn a lot of profit.

I think in coming three to four years people will start choosing full time crypto because in crypto their profit is to limited and they can earn millions in smaller time and I will also prefer to full time crypto.
A friend of mine while on his job saw great opportunity in trading and while on the job he started learning and practicing with just little until he was so sure he could go in big and during this time, that he was even learning, he had just short period to make use of to do his thing, and then over time from his savings, he left his job, started trading big time and within six months, he has achieved what he could not have thought imagining he would achieve in his life if he had stayed on his job.

Hence, at the end it depends on everyone and how smart they are to opportunities before taking a blind step and regretting it. Trading for him is now a full time job.
683  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin on: March 16, 2018, 04:46:00 PM
There is a possibility that bitcoin will drop to even 5k! but it will move upward higher than what it falls. I really hoping that this will happen so soon!

Well, let us wait for that possibility to become a reality first, but from what I am expecting though, we may have to just see how this play our considering that the market looks bearish anyway but I am actually expecting a double bottom instead and that is just my own opinion as I do not expect a huge decrease in the market as it is now but we may never know until it happens. I am looking at $6700 to $7000 region though.
684  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in NEO ? on: March 16, 2018, 03:05:27 PM
I think investing in Neo makes a lot of sense
But you can try wave too; cos there are lot of platforms using wave which had the tendency to make wave one of the best tokens you can ever hodl

Most importantly
Hold tightly
DOnt be hypertensive
Very lot of sense and NEM that he has been holding as well is not a bad one. I think all he has to do is to learn how to play his card with fiats and most especially his holdings, to be able to buy them back later on at the bottom, but NEO, WAVES, NEM, though in the same category is good enough for coins that one can hold and believe they will do well in the long term.

Hey OP, just chill out a bit as NEO is on a free fall right now, but you can watch out for how to enter a long term trade, but if you want to insist on holding any of them, you can still do so anyway, considering that most market has really hit the bottom including the NEM you are holding which has shown sign of upward movement and strength lately. You have good choices of coin, except XRP of course, (sorry!) and if you feel you want to invest now in any of them, you can go ahead.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 16, 2018, 08:10:45 AM
Can you prove your wordings or have you any link which says like this? Never spread rumor as many altcoins already proved their value and established and investors first choice. May be some altcoins do scam after their ICO but not all altcoins are scam.
Here is the link to an interview he did yesterday where he clearly states they are all scams or 99.5% of them
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsaSVf5YxfI
I am not actually going to be disputing the fact that a lot of the altcoins are rubbish and they serve no purpose, but the ones he has mentioned was where he actually spoiled everything. Clearly most of the altcoins have nothing to offer and they are just there occupying the whole space doing nothing except for being pumped and dumped which clearly only enriches the whales and the devs holding a larger portion of the coin.

Bitcoin is no doubt the legacy coin, but the alts with good intentions and solution providing ones will turn out fine at the end. It is a big market, so there is room for everyone.
686  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO regulations and there impact on investors on: March 16, 2018, 06:43:26 AM
Ok interesting, I think ICOs should be somehow regulated of course to avoid a lot of loses for people, but they should not be restricted, as it is future of digital world for me.
This whole issue started from scammers and then started from investors who are not smart and keep ending as a victim of these scammers. It is becoming appalling at some point at the way people complain and I just keep imagining that how on earth would anyone have fallen for such.

Regulation will obviously change a lot of things and then at least help those set of people in their investments as that would obviously send the scammers packing, but it will start being a tough environment to enter for small players.
687  Economy / Marketplace / Re: China calling for a wider ban on Crypto currency trading ? on: March 15, 2018, 11:27:07 AM
Just after the Korean news that Korea going to shut down all Crypto exchanges completely. A similar news coming from China now. here is the link for the news

https://www.coindesk.com/pboc-official-calls-for-wider-ban-on-chinese-crypto-trading-report/?utm_content=buffer291bb&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter.com&utm_campaign=buffer

The news is usually not effective in the market.

South Korea started the same program to regulate the market.

It is difficult to completely ban the encryption of money, but China can control it fairly rigorously.
Obviously they always feel pained in their heart that it is impossible to just rule out the cryptocurrency space completely like that and the best they can only do is to regulate it, not if decentralized exchanges start taking the part of the day in the long run anyway. All the above, a lot of fake news comes from China a lot and the communities are the ones paying attention to this without even verifying anything which makes it possible for some set of people to want to capitalize on the news for their own benefit.
688  Economy / Marketplace / Re: issues on the internet on: March 15, 2018, 10:57:41 AM
positive and negative issue were very influential for cryptocurrency price but we cannot make positive issue to make the price rise up because only global communities which have strong influence such as the government can do that and we as crypto users only can following the market movement
It has always been influential and it will keep being influential and that is what makes up the fundamental anyway. Most of the reaction to the market do not even come from this forum even though it is a little bit part of it since it is a big discussion forum, and some may want to get to view people's opinion.

But in general, there are so many sources where one can get information from, so nothing can be filtered and it does not matter how the person want to make use of the information as they have the decision to make at the end.
689  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: March 15, 2018, 09:00:48 AM
- If you are bad at analyzing market during huge swings better stop trading and keep holding  coins that you have.
- If you know how to make profits than big swings are opportunity to make some quick bucks.
- Most of the time when dump starts people get panic and start selling way below the button and can't get back before another surge, so its better to not follow the trend when it is too late.
A lot of people have considered trading the market and saying holding is bullshit since they could have sell and buy back at the bottom, but what they do not understand is that if you are not a trader and you do not have the knowledge, you always be stuck at one point or gambling your position which could even make such an individual to end up losing more. I totally agree with you and anyone who apparently does not have any business with the chart or the knowledge of trading should just stick to the line of HODLING.
690  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people buy high and sell low on: March 15, 2018, 06:40:06 AM
I've been one of those people, the people that buy at the high points of crypto and then sell low, losing my money and then later on losing out on a good amount of profits which I could've made. I'd like to know some of the reasons that people do this, besides doing it to cut their losses as that one is my reason.

Thanks guys!

You are under that bandwagon system. You go on to things that most people are in. When the price of a coin increases, you think that people are into that coin and will gonna keep on increasing so you buy. When the price of that coin decreases, you are feeling worried that it may keep on decreasing, so you sell. In other words, you are a panic buyer and seller.
Bandwagon of weak hands in the market. I wonder why anyone would actually invest into something, and then dash other people their cash even when they have not earned what they expect to. The market is volatile and if we say there won't be huge fluctuations, then we would all be lying since it is even a new market which is decentralized, but still, some rather than being patient, panic, and give the whales more chance to keep stealing from them.
691  Economy / Economics / Re: If you achieve your target in crypto field then what you are going to do next? on: March 15, 2018, 06:03:31 AM
If I hit the target in crypto field I think I will move on another venture and that is real esate.  Aside from investing in real estate, I also wanted to invest in different business such as buy and sell.  Cryptocurrency is a good investment but as said, do not put all your egg in one basket so diversify is one good option.
Moving into a different venture offline is actually a very good way to make use of the huge amount one may have realized from cryptocurrency and real estate is a very good option. For someone like me, I have always liked the idea of investing in real estate as well as oil and gas and I feel if I can get a very good target, those areas would be my first target and being able to build on that will keep giving me an established opportunity to invest more into cryptocurrencies over time.

Investing in the cryptocurrency world is for life, but sometimes I always feel the holding thing sometimes is too over hyped and with trend following, it is good sometimes to utilize those moments to get the best from the market by playing with the fluctuations in prices for long term holders. A lot of us keep holding and then we see our investments flashing through our eyes every time, go high today, drop hugely tomorrow and then you feel so stupid holding all along.
692  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading actually worth it? on: March 14, 2018, 06:07:51 PM
Trading is very worth it especially when you become very experience that you can earn millions within days and of course billion within months so that's the benefit in trading especially when the market is volatile.
In fact, when I started trading, I regretted the fact that I did not start trading earlier before now as I imagine what I would have been worth by now. Sometimes, you need somethings to happen in your life to stir you up into leaving your comfort zones and that was how I learned how to trade and since then it has been more than worth it.

As long as you are eager to learn and practice all that you have learned, trading over time becomes so easy as you get better with experience.
693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bad Psychology of Traders on: March 14, 2018, 05:30:28 PM
In order not to depend on impulsive decisions, you need to make a trading plan with entry and exit points from the position. It is important to adhere to this plan and not change it constantly without extreme necessity.
It will be as simple as anything. There is no way you can make any trading plan or strategy if you do not have the knowledge of what you are doing which is what makes a lot of newbies who think trading is a way to make more money to keep making mistakes and end up getting their funds terribly reduced in the long run based on their mistakes of not learning first before starting to trade. In such occasions, there is just no way they will not get more emotional and keep making mistakes.
694  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do people use bad exchanges like YoBIt? on: March 14, 2018, 03:38:11 PM
I think there are some alt coins only available on YoBit, or the price of some coins, or the fees are lower than other exchanges.

But for my opinion, we should not use these exchanges if not necessary.
No, let me correct that. There are some shitcoins good for pump and dump that is available on Yobit and apparently not available on any reputable exchange. I guess a lot of newbie traders like the idea of pump and dump, so I am not surprised and they would not mind bag holding a shit coin in a shit exchange. it is just crazy that as much as we keep saying this, a lot of people still take the whole thing unserious and when they have problem they keep running to the forum to complain. Serves them right.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To quit gambling is to quit yourself on: March 14, 2018, 03:03:48 PM
Guys, I know that many of you have already discussed this issue regarding quitting gambling as it is addictive, and I know that this thread is just like any other one. But forgive me because I am really sick of seeing people committing suicide because they are in big debts. I would like to speak my mind.
All people have different minds like gambling for them are for fun or to earn big or this is for past time so i think the meaning of gambling are risk for fun, earn and past time,So better to prepare yourself in that situation and killing yourself by that is so unpredictable because there's no assurance in gambling but only a chance
Some people really do not see gambling as fun and this forum is enough to testify to that. Have you seen some questions being asked by some newbies looking for ways to make profit and more money from gambling ?

Some are always fond of looking for things in the wrong places, and as a result of that, while looking for those things, they always end up getting lost themselves which some of them ends up devitalized to the state of doing anything negative to their own selves.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: March 14, 2018, 12:36:19 PM
Apart from that, of course the online game and gambling are very different characteristics in it, many people have a different hobbies, and it can be more focused on gambling than playing online games. In essence I think it's depends on each people, sometime some people judge an online game., it just for a kids.
For me personally, I like the both for a pleasure purposes., but I spend more time on playing online games like a mobile legends.
Yes, certainly every people has different mode of hobbies if where they find amusement for them self and it is true that the most likely to play online games is on the minor age. The people like to play gambling is those who are already learn to value profit and entertainment as will. So we cannot encourage everyone to play this or that since every individual are unique and all our like is differ from each other.
Yeah, and those hobbies all depends on what we find interesting. The same way some find gambling interesting, some do not, and the same way some find playing of game interesting, some people find it appalling. So, at the end, every man have what they unwind with and that is where the whole idea of fun comes in any way since I cannot do what I do not like and as long as I can control those impulses when I need to, I am good.
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling addiction a disease? on: March 13, 2018, 01:11:04 PM
Yes it is, I know a few people who suffer for it, and it hurts not only the one who gamble but their entire family.
Every addiction is a disease, as long as it is something that is uneasy to sure, then it is even a huge one that can spread pretty fast and overwhelm you before you even know it. There is a thin line between gambling as a normal human being and entering the addictive world because that is where the advantage you have to control the impulse has been taken away from you and once you are in that lane, it is a big one to deal with.
698  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit Cycling on: March 13, 2018, 11:21:38 AM
So I was interested in how to obtain merit and so I looked at a few profiles of members with a large amount of merits (250+) and saw that a few seemed to be sending merits backwards and forwards to each other repeatedly. I’m assuming they were either to friends or his alts but surely this is against BCT rules and should be cracked down upon?

I think you have a point, but the rules doesn’t have that limitation. You have the freedom to send śmerits according to your discretion to a constructive post or someone deserve it. If you have found abusive use of this system, it is better to report it in meta as there is an existing thread about that. And just move this post, as it isn’t belong in Marketplace. Merit System discussion is a forum related issue that can be found in Meta Section. Proof is needed in accusing someone a friend of or an alt if anyone to establish this connection.
If that is really true... Don't you think that will be difficult to prove? Yeah! You are right about proof instead of throwing wild accusation.
Apparently, it would be difficult to prove and it would just count as mere accusation as the person in question can easily deny it unless it is just glaring to the point that a sane human can know that a particular post does not deserve a huge merit. I have seen a shit post with a huge merit before and I just smiled, funny enough, someone already reported the linked accounts and the person was dealt with, so at the end, there are some that are being punished if glaring.
699  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to Crash further till 1000$? on: March 13, 2018, 10:30:00 AM
It's crashing real hard. Dropped 40% in a week! Maybe another 40% drop in this weekend! It's seems like it is falling down the hill. What do you think?

I don't think it will ever happen. I strongly believe too that bitcoin will never fall down to 5K USD mark again and i am rooting for it's response when it pump up to 11K USD a couple of days after the bloodbath. I think bitcoin will just hover around 8K USD to 9K USD only.

Remember, bitcoin value depend on supply and demand so let say if South Korean and Japanese fully forbid bitcoin , it will affect on bitcoin instantly.
As for now, bitcoin on rate $ 11.000 because they still believe on bitcoin !

Of course I hope that more country also legalize bitcoin so it never lower than $ 10.000 !

Your statement makes no sense.
Please tell me why Japan and South Korea, the 2 major countries in Asia who are pushing and supporting crypto on a huge scale should make out of a sudden a 180 degree turn and destroy what they are building since 2 years. The crypto space is growing strong over there. They are making huge money, also from taxes.
And regarding the 10k, well 9500USD it is now with dumping coming. Thanks to Binance.
Oh no, please do not put the blame on my best exchange, binance was not even hacked after all, some users only ended up getting their own accounts vulnerable. However, if you check the news, you should have known by now that MtGox trustee was behind the whole huge dump and even though some have said it is just an excuse, but the truth is that it was part of it, and it did not help the market at all. You can check the story out on Google.
700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Have Any Fear Bitcoin Might Crash Someday. on: March 13, 2018, 08:13:51 AM
Yes. I'm scared that one day bitcoin will go disappear because only bitcoin I earn money in an easy way. Aside of that, I don't have any job. I have many 'What if's' when people say that bitcoin will gone soon. I'm so afraid of that. Hope it won't.

So which one are you afraid of? BTC crashes or do not have a job?
Should you realize that now you need a real job, how do you make BTC your permanent job if you are worried BTC will disappear?
I can see why he does not have a real job because even the little one he is getting as benefit for being a part of the community, he does not even understand a single bit of it. One thing is that people will always have their own opinion and if he perceives bitcoin to crash in the long run, he can keep selling the little ones he has been getting out of panic, while the ones who are smart will keep collecting it.
