if he pays out all the accounts he has info for, then he'll be paying payb.tc 168300+ btc.

he has info for me, and my account.

Exactly what I wanted to hear. Thank you.

Please proceed to the queu where you can leave your finger prints Wink

Thanks Zyk

Please donīt even think of deleting or changing your databases besides uniting the ill gotten interest in escrow.

As that would be the conclusive end to any proposed panic - hoarding Wink

Thanks Zyk

It will be time to look forward, ( if coins are coming back or not).

I would be happy to see Bitcoinmax providing,  in the near future , the same kind of services. Please propose  a new xPT, with a steady revenue flow, and I will be your "customer" again.

Yep that would be the way you can generate your next paycheck and make up for failing to extrapolate the future this time  !!!

but before that :   for the sake of your customers, start dealing with the pressing demands of the present

And if you finally please get your sleepy head around this:......it is foremost your objective to enter in just!!! not selfish bancrupcy distribution

as if leaving the OP like that means you will be forced by your investors to hand over the data.......zykloogish?

Please heed my advice this time as nobody wants to see you teared and feathered in the end...... I love Bitcoinmax

Cheers Zyk
684  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 30, 2012, 07:43:28 AM
it is very unlikely that i will be sending pirate the details of bitcoinmax accounts.

Do you mean that in the general sense of the complete account list, or even in the individual cases where you've been specifically asked to?  Disclaimer: I'd like my BTCMax info passed to pirate ASAP, by the Fri deadline at the very latest.

i think this information is totally irrelevant to *my* account at BST.

Do you mean your personal account or the totality of the BTCMax PPT?

Either way, pirate's announcement of default and statement of terms for the ensuing wind-down make that information *very* relevant.

I hope you choose to accept the terms of the wind-down, so we (your customers) don't get left out of whatever settlement may be forthcoming.

One more thing, and this is a biggie.  The reason pirate wants to pay us PPT customers directly is to ensure that there is no funny business with the settlements.

Lawyered up or not, at this point it makes sense for him to remove as much counterparty risk as possible, to best minimize chances of further uncertainty/rancor/dissatisfaction/unpaid accounts and ensuing litigation or other negative consequences.

i only have one account at BST. it contains everything.

whether there is any 'funny business' within bitcoinmax is also irrelevant to pirate and my BST account being paid out. if he can prove he sent ~168300 to me (and everyone by now knows my bst withdrawal address - 19kEo3qmuUdAQb1Q7VZhRwahw5v3NSZCeW), then that's as far as his responsibility goes.

As long as you do "funny buiseness" at bitcoinmax of course bitlane is first and your "investors" get zilch......

Sorry to tell you but please distance yourself now from " funny buiseness" and fix it in the OP, how youīd exactly distribute any payment from pirate!?

Would be silly if you yourself had an account at bitcoinmax...is it?   I see , that the bitcoinmax site is down, so no data accessible right now for us.......

Please keep it safe.....as bitcoinmax was and still is the best service and bank interface in bitcoinworld !!.....many thanks for you payb.tc for all your efforts!

Its just that one canīt  ignore asking a borrower about his buiseness model before laying out principal of your investors to him --- and if having done so....

you force him to disclose it on the way....or you yourself are responsible for the lost principle.....especially if you mix your coins , your investment in Bcst , the incoming

coins of account holders and your privat wallets the way you disclosed it to me.

Thanks Zyk

685  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 30, 2012, 06:48:53 AM
In truth, Payb.tc is the only "account" of BCS&T, and therefore is owed the entire amount. I'm not sure how I feel about pirate getting your entire customer list, with bitcoin addresses and email addresses.

+1

i don't see how bitcoinmax account details have anything to do with pirate or BS&T.

it's pretty simple... he needs to pay out my BS&T account to my BS&T withdrawal address.

if only a smaller proportion of that can be paid out, then i'll pass that smaller % on to bitcoinmax account holders.

the "FIFO" thing was only a side-effect of ordering by USER ID (a number), but it doesn't mean if only only get 50% back later accounts will miss out... if i only get 50% back, then all accounts will get 50% back.

You could have clarified this in the Op, when i first asked you to do.....as Bitcoinmax could still have been considered  a legal but failed buiseness, who will distribute remnants evenly.

Itīs to late now ..... its considered an intended ponzi !!....for claryfying that it ainīt so  --now:   you please subtract all the interest earned during operation from each accounts balance

( because that are all - ill gotten gains ) and take those BTC in escrow....when any payment comes from pirate you start paying back principal from bottom up !!

Example: there are coming as many coins as you got accounts :  each account one coin......and so on till the smallest account is closed out first.....zykloogish?

and please post this in OP !                                ---do this before pirate will do this for you---

Cheers Zyk

It is highly unethical bordering on illegal to hand over users data to a third party without their express permission.

agreed, and following that, it's questionable whether handing over *some* would be useful, if i can't hand over *all*.

You better do now what you are told to do.....stop your endless ignorance and change the implied payout order

before its going to become ever more futile to go on with your panic holding.

Are those 20 in your wallet not Andies coins?

Of course if you prefer please hand over all Wink

futile endeavour to have taught zykloogish then Undecided

Where the fuck is payb.tc in all of this?!?! havent heard from him yet...

Probably collapsed. lol

And as there is at least one companheiro, who still doesnīt look forward to panic holding, as he intends  to satisfy his lenders  without any  blinking.......

he is the only one, who is on the right track as he is used to zykloogish even when pretending he is not. Wink

… for what nefarious purpose could pirate want lenders names for?

I don't know, but here are a few guesses, some of which had been mentioned here already.

  • He wants to protect his pass-through helpers by taking the business relationship and the debt upon himself before his bankruptcy is obvious to everybody. This is quite unlikely behavior for a criminal, but perhaps he wants to keep his helpers for another coup.
  • He wants to send individual messages to the people whose money he stole, for the purpose of confusing and delaying.
  • He wants to use the addresses to pull people into his next coup, perhaps a Ponzi scheme with a lower interest rate than 3,300% per year.

Any more ideas?

Number 4   :     but that doesnīt count, cause its zykooglish :

Pirate just covers his traces....he of course has a failed buiseness and Payb.tc was trying to run  his own ponzi on that... (bitcoinmax freely translated in zykooglish: "payout goes first to me, then to the to the oldest accounts, the OP need not be messed with this details and the fun begins now!" .. with the help of everybody who is crying me first now

and the help of people, who have forgotten how to spell their names in english, when trying to read and understand zykgooglish. At least pirate hasnīt lost all his senses, so we can still

hope;)

Thanks for switching on brain cells

it still would be fraud

Oh my,

if i only would be able to speak such a convincing english, than may be the loot of a fraud needs to be given back to the defrauded?

Ask BCB , Micron or the holy pope in which way  Karma could be leveled in such a case !?

Everybody panickhoarding yet?

690  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 29, 2012, 05:19:31 PM
The request is odd. Is it a advice from the attorney of Pirate? Or something more fishy like a pending police investigation already starting?

If I had a bitcoinmax account I wouldn't be confortable with this.
It seems he only wants the balance, forum/IRC name/or any other confirmation of the account , and Bitcoin withdraw address.
Not much to base a pending police investigation though, not even email addresses are needed here.

Quote
balance, forum / IRC name (or any other way of linking and confirming the account) and Bitcoin withdraw address

Then why would he do this? To be sure everyone is paid equally? He's not legally responsible if a passthrough operator doesn't return the coins.

Can't wait for Friday to know more about this.

Maybe he would not be responsible in the case of a GLBSE PPT or with bitcoinmax, but in my case he would. My PPT continued to use the deposit address I had on my BS&T account. In other words, I was using a sub-account, when you guys all think they don't exist, with the money going straight to Pirate in the event I deposited some Wink Oh, and I'm not the only one.

May i give you the care you had for me back in timely warnings, o meu companheiro?

Everybody of course is responsible for his actions not only other people and even as there are plenty of companheiros

the guilty is always the same but its not going to be divided , not even for the oldest heros.

Are you too doing some panic hoarding?

Cada um o seu bicho, ne?

691  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 29, 2012, 05:05:55 PM
Maybe pirate just wants the subaccounts to receive their payout at the exact same time as everyone else so that if there is a massive sell-off of BTC they don't miss out on the opportunity to sell.

Right...because he's ALL ABOUT timing and caring about his Investors, once he has what he wants....
I am not agreeing with Mel, but for what nefarious purpose could pirate want lenders names for?

Unless it is to make sure you are the very last to be paid back?

learn zykgloogish please and you need not put so many Huh to the world you live in Wink Cool

just try to answer for yourself, if you think that you deserve to keep the interest earned at bitcoinmax......

and then just try the same with principal.....

you may have some serious questions at hand along the way then...

feel free to post them --we will find an answer....and a translator am sure Wink

Cheers Zyk
692  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [BitcoinMax.com] Closing down on: August 29, 2012, 04:09:43 PM
In this case even with their permission, because it facilitates a breach of the pooling agreement. If Pirate negotiates a private settlement with one of those people, that defrauds the others out of their agreed upon share of the payment by Pirate on that debt.
Even if an agreement would have existed, it would have been broken with the first sale of an account. It doesn't really matter who buys BS&T/PPT accounts. Any sale removes the current account owner from the queue list in exchange for a financial gain. So if you need to mark someone as a fraudster for whatever reason, you would have to mark everybody who offered, sold and bought accounts. Amongst those are some of the forum's big/respected posters. Those accounts are in some way pretty similar to GLBSE shares, so you would need to mark those traders too.

Payb.tc has stated before that accounts will be paid in a FIFO manner: oldest accounts first. If it's Pirate or Payb.tc who pays back doesn't really matter. If you look around, many already linked their accounts by posting offers here in the forum.

Edit: fixed misleading typo

Does anyone else have trouble following zyk's posts?

You should ask if someone understands zyk's posts. Less people need to answer lol

As you donīt understand easy questions (even as iīd rather guess you donīt dare to answer ) and everybody asks why pirate is allegedly proceeding like this,

may i post  the multiple choice for dummies again ? :

Quote
Yep there is still and always the divide, which is caused by trying to put the right tag on the whole scenery !!!!

Was this a legitimate but highly risky  buiseness adventure where people could gamble (invest) their money on (in) or was it designed right at the beginning as a defrauding scheme to

enrich the perpetrators ?!!!!

Why all this highly annoying discussions about ones believes and different moral standings???                              Its all cheap talk!

If it hasnīt been outlined because of willfully ignorance and nobody got the right to ask what will come when the money stream stops , as things are fine as long as they

work----it has to be shown now  :                                                                                                            Facts are not that easily to ignore!

The smoking gun is the distribution of the allegedly remaining funds of this failed enterprise :

Where is this remnant money going in a bankrupcy ?

And where will the coins remain in a defrauding scam??

Everybody who can answer those two questions will readily know what the mindset behind this was and what is still going on !

Get to your senses people   -    and stop smoke and bullshiting  the facts !!

Hope that there comes at least 1 single coin to bitcoinmax that i know where i participated

Cheers Zyk

Nope, no idea.  What language is that?

The gordic knot is not to be disentangled easily by everyone

Only when shown everybody could do it......

Apparently you both still canīt

Cheers Zyk

Hopefully that post didnīt give you a headache

and at least the two questions are should be understandable even to the oxford type of english man.....

 - not being able to answer and post a take on those two questions is of course easily understandable by me --

And anotherone bites the dust

Thanks John.   I'm assuming it'll be fairly trivial for payb.tc to pull out all names and amounts from the database, but then I'm not familiar with the setup.

Hopefully the account transfers don't cause a problem, but I guess he can just add the amounts of the sold accounts to the buyers accounts and report those instead.

You won't see a single bitcent back you British retard. ONLY account holder will be paid by Pirate DIRECTLY and everyone who purchased debt will get what they deserve.

.....now go fix your fucking teeth and defend your sexual ambiguity.

Everybody should really hope for that bitcoinmax at least is given 5300 coins  after the haircut! Cool

Only then should the fun mentioned in the OP get going.....

But you need not to be an oracle to know, that this fun will be prevented, as there is coming zilch, nada überhaupt nichts.

But may this announcement of default ingnite some patsys at least to try to think about the wherewithall?

No of course , nothing to be seen here Huh

We choose to bet on black, the others went on red ?    ---     unluckily it came 0!

Lets move on------Pay.bc already got the next one up his sleeve

Now that the captain defaulted, is he still allowed to keep his former dealings secret and applauded as this would cause unwanted competition?

yeah an X and an U are really difficult to be distinguished
