EDIT: There's some discussion about the legality/need of providing information about all the sub-accounts. In truth, Payb.tc is the only "account" of BCS&T, and therefore is owed the entire amount. I'm not sure how I feel about pirate getting your entire customer list, with bitcoin addresses and email addresses.
There are NO EMAIL ADDRESSES! Nobody never asked my email in PM and there are NO emails in the web interface. Paybtc, please send my account to pirate. I don't mind.

NO emails NO info at all, its all about withdrawal addresses! I don't think Pirate needs any info, he just wants to do the payment directly not through PPT OPs. Now the question is why he would want to do that? It is obvious that he wants to track accounts especially the PPT accounts he is currently buying @ low price! and pay it back without informing anyone! What is special about PPT? probably it is the accounts most exposed to buyers "today" and is being sold at low price! extremely low [currently<20%]. He would have a plan by now to payback on multiple stages and it is smart of him to search for the sub-accounts he bought, to pay it back first. This way he will be paying himself, shutting down sub-accounts and without even informing anyone about such payback stage! while the majority of the account holders will be still waiting in line, and welling to sell their accounts at low price, even lower.

He needs direct control over sub-accounts, to payback the sub-accounts he bought at low price "first" and WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE. This will result in more accounts falling at lower prices as account holders wouldn't stand the expanded payback delay with zero information being announced, while Pirate keeps collecting such accounts and payback himself. I guess he is already doing this now. His intention is not to let anyone know about the slow payback process. Thats why he doesn't want PPT OPs in the middle, to keep hiding his activities.

Wow, crappy timing. I can just hear my wife in that situation..."We're on vacation and all you do is worry about your stupid coin bit thing business."

Do you actually KNOW that he's on holiday or are you just guessing due to him not appearing for a couple days here?

My missing coins and I are in it for the long haul. At this point all I can do is wait, assume a loss, and if they come back fantastic.

Then why would he do this? To be sure everyone is paid equally? He's not legally responsible if a passthrough operator doesn't return the coins.
Nobody will ever be paid anything, except if the pirate is caught with some money. Can't wait for Friday to know more about this.
You don't have to wait until Friday. You know everything already, except for the next attempt of the pirate to confuse you.

… for what nefarious purpose could pirate want lenders names for?
I don't know, but here are a few guesses, some of which had been mentioned here already. - He wants to protect his pass-through helpers by taking the business relationship and the debt upon himself before his bankruptcy is obvious to everybody. This is quite unlikely behavior for a criminal, but perhaps he wants to keep his helpers for another coup.
- He wants to send individual messages to the people whose money he stole, for the purpose of confusing and delaying.
- He wants to use the addresses to pull people into his next coup, perhaps a Ponzi scheme with a lower interest rate than 3,300% per year.
Any more ideas?
