Già in un MacBook Air serve una adattatore per USB-A. chiaramente il sistema va aggiornato e tennuto al passo non e' che fai una pennetta usb e te ne scordi e fine dei giochi nel frattempo sei in vita devi "curare" il sistema di backup per gli eredi.. non puoi farlo una volta e ciao! potrebbe esserci anche il caso di dover aggiornare il video, cambiare metodo etc insomma avete capito, non e' una cosa la fai e te lo scordi |

Rielaboro leggermente meglio ciò che ho scritto pochi giorni fa e in passato: possiedo un solo Trezor con firmware bitcoin-only, ho suddiviso il seed in tre blocchi, ho acquistato tre "Billfodl" (uno dei vari supporti di metallo resistenti che esistono in commercio), in uno ho inserito i blocchi 1 e 2, in un altro i blocchi 2 e 3 e nell'ultimo i blocchi 1 e 3. Uno dei tre Billfold è in una cassetta di sicurezza in banca, così come un altro dei tre è in una cassetta di sicurezza presso un altro istituto bancario, un terzo è invece al sicuro a casa nostra, così come il dispositivo Trezor. In questo modo un furto o la perdita o distruzione di uno dei tre non implica aver perso il seed, poichè chiaramente ne servono e ne bastano due. In ognuno dei trei posti sono indicate istruzioni per la mia famiglia, ossia recuperare il seed completo, contattare avvocato, commercialista e notaio (i quali sono comunque già al corrente della cosa in linea di massima, senza dettagli) e insieme a loro fissare un incontro con CheckSig (scelta semplicemente per immagine di affidabilità e per semplicità) e stabilire come procedere per vendere e incassare il controvalore o depositare in custodia, a seconda di quel che la mia famiglia si sentirà di fare.

Il lavoro remoto lo stanno introducendo da varie parti ma un pò hanno paura a metterlo full perché potrebbe far uscire troppa gente dalle città, e nelle città più grosse sono stati tirati su un sacco di immobili, servizi, etc. Oltre a rendere le città ad esclusiva dei più ricchi, che comunque possono permettersi di fare ben altro che starsene solo in città, sembra si voglia consolidare lo status di un certo modello di città come modello di vita e che gli altri si arrangino. Tra l'altro continuano a menarla sulla questione tecnologica ma in 30 anni non vedo particolari vantaggi da questa fantomatica tecnologia, le città sono più o meno sempre quelle. Ecco perché monitoro la situazione con attenzione, non voglio farmi fregare e che mi frega se hanno costruito tanto o hanno messo troppi servizi, mica e' un problema mio? se un pirla investe in 1000 edifici per far coworking e poi cambia il vento, devo assumermi io il suo rischio? manco per 1 cazzo imprenditori si e' sia nel bene che nel male lo smart working aiuta - ambiente - vivere piu sereni - il portafoglio quindi sticazzi |

Converrebbe una rata di mutuo più bassa di quella d'affitto fuori città dando comunque un senso all'acquisto che non sia solo la questione della spesa mensile. Il guaio è trovare zone decenti... io sono abbastanza esigente da questo punto di vista. Figuriamoci per gli affitti dove l'offerta è praticamente 1/5 di quella delle vendite. Il mercato immobiliare sta andando fuori controllo un po' ovunque, non solo in Italia. Io vi posso parlare di Los Angeles, qui il costo medio per l'affitto di un 1 bedroom (che sarebbe un bilocale) è di $2,400 al mese, e spesso si tratta di appartamenti degli anni '60 che vengono giusto ripitturati. Di tanto in tanto per qualche strano motivo l'algoritmo di FB mi fa apparire post di gruppi di italiani all'estero che cercano casa in Germania piuttosto che in Olanda o Australia e pure lì si leggono prezzi che sono veramente alti, robe che o sei in due e hai una doppia entrata, o hai un lavoro altamente specializzato, oppure devi cercarti casa in zone fuori mano. A prescindere dal discorso affitto o acquisto mi pare che il problema dell'avere un posto per vivere stia diventando sempre più serio. Io sono a favore del libero mercato e del capitalismo però qui stiamo veramente arrivando agli estremi, stiamo andando in una direzione dove ci saranno solamente ultra ricchi e tutti gli altri saranno poveri e meno poveri, non sono sicuro che sarebbe bello vivere in una società del genere a quel punto.
