Though I agree that all blog posts definitely aren't equal in quality, I'm a bit surprised by this decision to change the calculation rules of a month-long bounty campaign during the last two hours... On top of that, looking at the google sheets for accepted blog posts, I was wondering if they would be able to review all the blog posts by the deadline they set (today, 6 PM). And 2 hours before closing, they now add an extra layer of reviewing ? Wow, let's wait and see. EDIT : I just saw that my second article (French one) was refused RIGHT NOW, after being accepted for almost two weeks.
It's definitely original content, not an ANN translation, more than 1000 characters, with two links to the ICO.
I didn't think I would turn into one of those bounty-hunting whiners, but here I am, and this is unfair. I guess I won't get any explanation now, and considering the closing approaching in less than 2 hours, team is apparently just botching their way out of the task now.

I am wondering how many people will not claim their bounties.  Tomorrow we will see. will they ever distribute the unclaimed bounties to those who claim? that i wish  Better to migrate Iconomi to sidechain on Lisk network,

What if it's being DDOS because of Iconomi? Then Lisk will be DDOSED. Lisk has api limiting built right into the code. We spent months testing DDos and DOS. Any attempt at DDoS will result in a network ban of the ip. Nothing is safe from DDoS attacks, doesn't matter how much it has been tried out. The Lisk DDOS was pretty scary and we don't want that to happen to ICONOMI. A lot of investors lost their money during that time.  You need to talk to our Supreme Leader Vitalik. We find it very disheartening here amongst our team that the majority of posts have been made by people who clearly have not been to university. If anyone has, they would surely know that one does not simply have to publish any thesis or research publicly, as most intend to go off to work in private on innovative science, and so, at no point did we specify that Arthur was a PhD of anything... everyone just came to that conclusion. ATM no bounties have been considered, but we'll re evaluate ASAP.

REAL investors/speculators are sik and tired of reading pages and pages of bounty whores spamming for their pennies... i mean even the first page is just garbage, bounty this, bounty that. turns off me from investing right away, especially if 300 account farmers are just gonna dump on actual investors ;/ Agreed. I hope they get this fixed within the next 5 days or ICN may need delay launch until the chain stabilizes.
if nobody can even create a contract until it's fixed by another hardfork update this could get serious.
Even lisk is more stable than this... I run and maintain dozen public Lisk api's, and can't get a single Ethereum contract to register after switching to Parity and re-syncing this is scary. Two dozen coin ecosystems are effected by this. By the looks of it, They have the fork hot-fix but are hesitating to publish it. With any luck he listens to Gavin, and pulls the trigger. Fingers crossed.
As it stands, right now, an exchange couldn't add ICN or ANY Ethereum token if they wanted to.
I think Iconomi should delay it. I mean, what if they are a target due to the popularity of the coin. Delay it. It hasn't quite reached that point yet because if they push a hardfork update it can be fixed... but it could happen indeed. 5 days ... I'm "on the edge" here hehe This reflects nothing against Iconomi at least... ... other than the possibility of an unwanted/unplanned delay because some russian nerd demigod dev wizard hesitated at the helm. shhhh do not offend our Supreme Leader Vitalik You could get us killed. |

I'd recommend on giving the telegram channel a miss. There are very vicious Bounty Hunters there. They traumatised me so much that I peed my pants.  yes its funny  to read whats is written there on telegram, i speak few languages and its really bad how some bounty reacting on good maid rules and scared of been executed from bounty reward...if if they follow the rules should be no problems yeah, they can't even take a joke. All I said was whether i could get a bounty for asking about bounties..... |
