Why should be Sane leave Bayern Munich ? The latest news i readed and know was that Leroy Sane rejected an offer from Barcelona 2 Days ago.
And i guess after the first game in this season and how he has played nobody want that he will be leave Munich now.
I also dont know how Barca would be getting this 65 million deal to be done at the moment with there debts they have.

I just have seen today the review and best scene of that game between Dortmund and Cologne and i must have to say that Dortmund was very lucky to get this 3points.
So its more a crazy storie how the goal was scored as the coach from Dortmund wanted already to get Malen out from the match and wanted to bring Jamie Bynoe Gittens for him.
But that change was not possible as other players asked to get out , so yeah im happy that Dortmund got the points even they dosnt have played very well.

I am glad and happy that Dortmund managed in the end to win there game against Cologne as it was looking like that they making a draw.
I havnt seen that game and how they played but must be not that good if they only got 1 Goal scored and that in the last minutes in game.
Fingers crossed that Frankfurt will be win there todays game also against Darmstadt , at the moment they are leading with 1 scored goal.

Sehr gerne und Bitteschön , freut mich zu hören und zu lesen das es was bringt und ich helfen kann und konnte mit meinen Beiträgen.
Ich möchte halt das jeder der damit zu tun hat oder betroffen davon ist genau bescheid weiß und er die möglichkeit hat seine Coins wieder zu bekommen.

I have knowen that the Leverkusen game against Leipzig would be not that easy but i thought that Leipzig would be win after last week they managed to win against Bayern Munich.
I havnt seen the game or readed any statistics and have only seen the result of the todays game , sad my bet was on a win for Leipzig.

Another crazy result is from Augsburg vs Gladbach with an 4:4 damn , crazy results on the fist matchday.

I would say that it was for sure a very good start for Harry Kane and Bayern Munich with an assist and a goal.
The whole team of Bayern Munich has played very well and specially Sane was in agood mood i think.

Es gibt ein Update von den Liquidatoren für alle Cryptopia Benutzer vom 17.0.2023 !

In dem letzten und gesetzlich Verpflichteten Status Report vom 12 Juni wurde bereits erwähnt das die nächsten Schritte ein Antrag beim Gerichtshof ,
für das kommende Vorhaben ( Auszahlung und Handhabung an die Benutzer) sein wird.

Dieser Antrag wurde am 31. Juli 2023 gestellt und beinhaltet folgendes:

• Vereinbarung eines Datums , an dem das Treuhandvermögen und damit die Beträge der Kontoinhaber berechnet werden;
• Genehmigung des vorgestellten Verteilungsmodells für die Kryptowährungen an Kontoinhaber
• Die festlegung eines Stichtags für die Teilnahme von Kontoinhabern am Anspruchsverfahren
• Eine Bestätigung das für nicht beanspruchte Kryptowährungen eine Möglichkeit besteht die nicht beanspruchten Kryptowährungen zu verwenden ,
  um den Kontoinhabern eventuelle Kosten zu erstatten und den Kontoinhabern gegebenenfalls die Kryptowährungsverluste die im zusammenhang mit dem Hack erlitten wurden damit zu erstatten
• Eine Genehmigung eines Prüfverfahrens für Kontoinhaber hinsichtlich eventueller Streitigkeiten, die sich auf Schadensersatz ergeben könnten
• Es Cryptopia erlaubt , keine Maßnahmen zur Auszahlung bestimmter Kryptowährungen zu ergreifen, die einen geringen oder keinen realisierbaren Wert oder eine nicht funkti. Blockchain mehr haben.
• Cryptopia darf keine Maßnahmen ergreifen, um Kryptowährungen an Kontoinhaber zu verteilen, deren Kontostand unter den Kosten der Treuhandverwaltung liegt

Für den 31. August 2023 ist eine kurze erste Anhörung zum Verteilungsantrag angesetzt. Bei dieser Anhörung wird über die Schritte gesprochen ,
die zur vollständigen Anhörung des Verteilungsantrags führen.
Sobald ein Termin für die vollständige Anhörung feststeht , wird dieser Termin in form eines Update allen bekannt gegeben.

Im Rahmen dieses Verteilungsantrags hat das Gericht bereits Folgendes angeordnet:

• Peter Watts KC wird das Gericht unterstützen bei der Bereitstellung von Argumenten für und gegen den von den Liquidatoren im Verteilungsantrag vorgeschlagenen Ansatz.
• Jenny Cooper KC wurde beauftragt , die Interessen aller bekannten und potenziellen ungesicherten Gläubiger von Cryptopia zu vertreten.

Das Gericht hat eine Anordnung erlassen, die es den Liquidatoren erlaubt, Kryptowährungen in Höhe von 5 Mio. NZD umzutauschen,
um die angemessenen Kosten und Ausgaben für den Schutz , die Erhaltung , die Wiederherstellung und die Verwaltung der Kryptowährungen zu decken.

Update zum Anspruchsprozess

• 1 Registrierung im Claims Portal für den Schadensersatz
• 2 Identitätsprüfung
• 3 Balance Akzeptanz
• 4a Assets und Coin verteilung von Walletadressen
• 4b Vermögensverteilung an die Benutzer

Die Registrierung für Ansprüche ist weiterhin offen und es werden weiterhin Erinnerungs E mails an diejenigen versendet , die sich noch nicht gemeldet oder registriert haben.
Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt dieses Updates haben 84,7 % der Nutzer die einen Wert in irgendeiner Weise am Anspruchsprozess haben mit dem Plaims Portal interagiert.
Einige dieser Kontoinhaber haben jedoch möglicherweise die E mail nur geöffnet oder auf den Link zum Portal geklickt.

Es wird empfohlen das sich alle Kontoinhaber die sich noch nicht beim Claims Portal registriert haben sich zu registrieren und denjenigen die den Prozess nur teilweise durchlaufen oder nicht ganz abgeschloßen haben damit fortzufahren um sicherzustellen das möglichst viele Kontoinhaber eine Rückerstattung ihrer Coins erhalten zu können.

Übertragung der Vermögenswerte und Coins
Später in diesem Jahr werden qualifizierte Kontoinhaber eingeladen den Liquidatoren ihre Wallet Adresse zur Vorbereitung einer Teilausschüttung mitzuteilen.
Die Teilausschüttung wird ab einem bestimmten Wert an die Inhaber von BTC und DOGE erfolgen voraussichtlich.

Weitere Rückerstattungen dieser und anderer Kryptowährungen erfolgen dann nachdem das Gericht über den Rückerstattungsantrag entschieden hat.
