681  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Money sent to wrong mtgox account!! on: April 05, 2013, 07:15:05 PM
I was told by my gox today that the other account has exchanged my funds for bitcoins and the only thing I can do now is file a police report. What a joke. Bitinstant assured me that my funds had been frozen in the other person's account.
Do it, seriously.

MtGox knows who this person is.  A subpoena from police would acquire said data.  You could then bring a civil suit against whoever it is to regain your losses, while a district attorney could potentially bring a lawsuit against the person for theft (which it is - you can't just take money from an accounting error if it doesn't belong to you).
If they are even in the same country.
682  Economy / Speculation / Re: 150$ today on: April 05, 2013, 07:12:56 PM

If people put up a lot of bitcoins to be sold at a specific price, in this case $150, then it creates a vertical line on charts.

How it come down fast then, people been removing these offers ?
[/quote]
People buying themselves some shinny new coin Smiley

Ps: Is there a way to embed videos in the forum?
684  Economy / Speculation / Re: Map (you are here) on: April 05, 2013, 07:09:54 PM
Awesome! lol!
685  Economy / Speculation / Re: 150$ today on: April 05, 2013, 07:06:53 PM
Wow, that $150 wall has come down fast.

Im trying to learn all this.. as fast as possible Smiley
I not like to ask stupid questions, but anyway..
What does 150$ wall mean ?
And typically they occur at round even numbers such as $150, next one will be $200. It's a psychological thing... easier to add up your profit that way Smiley
686  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Chart: April 9th = $200, April 15th = $300 on: April 05, 2013, 06:55:03 PM
Next Tuesday I will be selling half of my BTC at $195 and buying back in at $165 the same day. Smiley

In all honesty guys, this rally was pretty well broadcast last night through the morning.
BTC China has been around $150 for days now. Cant wait to see the next jump at BTC China. I plan on selling half of my coins at $195 next Tuesday and buying back in around $165. Smiley

Glad someone finally figured out how to reply without re-posting a novel containing every other post ever written.
690  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Chart: April 9th = $200, April 15th = $300 on: April 05, 2013, 08:58:22 AM
Jesus... I thought more people would be ripping this apart. Guess all the bears are off sulking somewhere after selling off all there BTC. lol!
691  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi! BitCoin Fully Decentralized Hard Asset Backed Bank! on: April 05, 2013, 08:55:57 AM

Offer rejected. Thank you for interest, and thanks for participating in the discussion.

We'd be just as happy running a little service with 100 people who are financially free, than with someone carrying an attitude that would weigh down our project.

And if all we ever get is 100 people who are happy with us - then we are happy with our project, and being able to provide a service to them.

Growth in this project will be organic. Not Forced. Not even by a 1/2 million dollar offer from a complete stranger who can't bother to think when certain words are appropriate for use or not IN a PUBLIC forum.

Thank you again for participation.

Thank you again.

You know, it was funny at first. But you can only take a joke so far. I am beginning to think you are actually serious about this non sense. I thought this was a joke and played along till now. If it is a joke... you really need to get laid cuz you have to much time on your hands. But if this is for real... who the fuck do you think is actually on this forum? A bunch of bimbos? Jesus Pinocchio...

God I love the newbie forum!
693  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi! BitCoin Fully Decentralized Hard Asset Backed Bank! on: April 05, 2013, 08:48:18 AM
i will give you 10000 USD + much more if you can confirm your own personal home address that youve been living at for atleast 10 years. will fly over there and talk to your neighbors and do other things to verify it. will have to pass a no-shady-shit test in where i get very up close and personal in your life. if something doesn't fly right, me and my 'resources' will definitely know. there is no doubt about this.
you will obviously have to release a lot of personal information about your life to me, such as family members, children, and other things we can get into later. and some of the info will have to be made public (your home address and a few other minor details)

the money isnt free though, this will have to be a partnership
but yeah, im sitting on a dickload of real cash, can make this bank happen very quick

Thank you for your interest. Your offer is rejected. We DO NOT NEED Your Money. This is a natural evolution of the systems around us.  If you'd like to donate that's great; but we are not interested in taking on more partners that we currently have unless THEY PASS OUR CONSIDERATIONS; we shall not be dictated to. If you want to talk we can do so, but it will be us setting the limits and drawing the lines.

Prod not a sleeping and seemingly gentle lion - for sake of it being merely a cat.

Thank you for your participation in the discussion.

sure why the hell not, i'll donate an entire 100btc (thats more than 10k usd) i really dont give a fuck about the money bro. but im not donating shit until i meet you in person... would you like me to PM you my contact details?

im a very open individual who is fond of the open source software policy and also believe any business regarding BTC/LTC should be as "open" as possible.
open to the public

Please direct your inquires to: info@bgmco.info for information and assistance.

Thank you.

no you would really have to contact me directly and speak to me personally. which again is very reasonable considering the amount im willing to offer you. again, depending on how things go i might just grant you much, much more than 100btc, as  donation of course.
directing me to some mystery email address i care nothing of isnt really personal larry

It's not a mystery, and it initializes creation and recordation of communications.

I am not at all adverse to discussing this project in as much detail as we have available, but you shall have to either Fax your query, or direct your query to the BGMCO information provided.

Again the fax number is +1 778 300 6691, and the email address is: info@bgmco.info

A meeting date can be set up for next week on successful receipt of your information; should you wish to "fly" over, as you suggest.

Thank you for your interest.

What times are you usually in larry? Perhaps if you give us a list of times you're there we can all drop in and have a chat? There's ample parking around your apartment building, would we need a permit to park there?

No parking permits are required. The parking lot has 2 visitor vehicle stalls; but there is both a Boston Pizza, 1/2 block to the West of the building, where a lunch meeting could easily be set up.  A room can also be acquired at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology to hold an evening meeting anytime at 7:00pm, on confirmation of schedules between the interested parties.

Please submit formal queries to: info@bgmco.info for further information.

gtfo
seriously was willing to give you like 200k USD in btc or whatever you needed bro

not doing lunch shit, you take me into your home and have wine me with like a proper gentleman. introduce me to your sisters and/or daughter. you know, shit like that
hurrdurr lunch meeting.
yeah no. get the fuck out

Based upon the communication you've seen fit to have here about this topic - we gladly pass on your offer. Your demeanor does not bode well nor does it portray the character of someone who we need on the project. You money is better spent on another start-up.

Thank you for your interest.

(PS: Vulgarities can always be refrained from, if one has the character to do so).

yeah no. again, you seem to be adhearing to some formal model of business communications or someshit when this entire project is far from it. BTC/LTC is an open economy, open world, what your preaching is an old world technique. you are practicing and thinking 'inside the box'. if 200k wont draw you outside the box then how about 500kUSD or btc equivalent? be careful though, you're now treading on an amount where i could reasonably ask you to suck my fucking dick for the money
Yeah biatch! Choke on that!

4) We pay Interest at 4% on all deposits; regardless of currency denomination.
5) No Foreign Exchange Rates - you deposit your Coins to your Designated Currency Holding Account, and when you want to withdraw fund we convert to BitCoin and send directly to your wallet - that means you can Cash Out Locally, or online, or via an exchange into any currency you want!
You need to be hung by your fucking testicles you scamming piece of shit! lol!

Why do people draw straight lines on linear charts? I'd expect any real trends to be more relative (and thus, logarithmic).
Lol! +1 ....Good point my friend!.... I will do that on my prediction for the second half of April after we hit $300!

Of course the fundamental theorem of calculus or the area under a curve really only boils down to a bunch of straight lines and boxes. Smiley
