681  Economy / Speculation / Re: whether bitcoin will continue to grow on: June 26, 2016, 07:49:20 PM
Its rising for today and keep rising each day knowing halving is nearly  to come and by that instance people are intended to buy rather than selling or investing it many people are now doing good of doing wise decision on spending their coins because they speculates to,  to earn for this coming event and i really want to see bitcon would go up to 700$ mark speculation is getting more intense for this days as we see the bitcoin is rising for more.
I don't think so if after halving block of bitcoin price will going up because i saw last halving block price of bitcoin was going down. And it will happen after halving block i just remember history will repeat.

Once people will start selling their coins at halving, it will take bitcoin price to lower after the halving is done, but we can again expect the higher price at the end of the year.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: June 26, 2016, 07:47:28 PM
I'd actually talk to them about it if they are really interested, if they don't understand it, I would probably guide them to this site too if they don't understand anything.

I'd also probably tell about the benefits it provides at first, that it's the future currency.  It's quite a complex topic if you really think about, I mean how the bitcoin is made and such...

Don't show them technical aspects at initial stage they will surely get confused by it, everyone loves simple things and don't like complications especially in earning money.
683  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 1000$ in 2016 on: June 23, 2016, 08:55:03 PM
IMO the probability of it happening is about 50%. Considering the btc pump happening right now because of some factors, it is not impossible that a dump will happen soon. It is not also impossible that the price will continue to rise months from now so the probability of bitcoin reaching 1000$ each in 2016 is about 50%.

A couple of good days is all we need. With halving around the corner, we may even reach $1000 in July.
I would put the probability at over 50%
I think its impossible right now that the price will reach 1k value because more people are ready to dump their bitcoin one the price reach 800 value to 900 value and i think its hard to hit the price in 1k value.. as price today we see some people are dumping it right now..

Majority of people are holding their coins to sell at the price of $1k and that will be achieved very soon, so its better to hold our coins for halving and sell when price goes higher.

i am also saving my coins with the hope for price to increase and cross 1000$
BUT  at the moment price is  decreasing in value pretty quickly.

i am  saving my coins with the hope for price to  cross 10000 or higher. Give it time, the price will be very high.

I am sure the price will hit the $1000 barrier again but it will take longer than many of the people here are thinking. The price has to climb up slowly in order to create sustainable growth. If the price goes up too quick as has happened very recently, then the price will also come down very quick. It's just a matter of days or week(s), but the price will always come down.

Yeah it will hit the price of $1k for sure but it will not stay there for a long time, it will keep on moving up and down as usual, we need to have close watch on price so that we can sell our coins when it reaches there.
684  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: June 23, 2016, 08:50:48 PM
Maybe after the halving if we're lucky. for now it seems unlikely as bitcoin is going back and forth from 500$ to 700$.
$500 to $700 is expected range at a moment, but $2k is difficult to achieve in this year, maximum we can expect is $1k but not stable too long, finally it can around $800.
685  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 23, 2016, 08:48:14 PM
maybe this time, a very good idea to invest bitcoin what you have. haga currently being down, maybe this is your chance to make your bitcoin becomes more so when the bitcoin prices rise, you could sell
The best thing you can do at a moment is to invest in bitcoin, as price seems to be low now, so buy as much as you can and sell when price is high at the time of halving.
686  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: June 23, 2016, 08:45:56 PM
I think it's not a good time to invest 1 bitcoin right now, because as you can see the price of bitcoin is decreasing now and keep going down, better you wait first until the right time.
So you are directly saying that the price now will still fall back on the following days? if that will happen then it is good to wait for that time. In my honest opinion the price that we are saying now is just normal and there is nothing to worry or panic selling because it will rise accordingly.

rise and fail is normal, bitcoin is decentralization, so no people, country, organization can control it.
for trader rise and fail is good momenth to take profit.

Yeah I am doing the same as I don't prefer to hold it too long, I love to play with them in short term as I am  satisfied with small profits rather then holding it too long.
687  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: June 23, 2016, 08:43:25 PM
Why not? We can see rapid use of bitcoin everywhere. Then if it used largely it will be an international currency

Yeah it has an potential to become international currency in future when it will be widely used and accepted, as of now its approaching towards it and its on developing stage.
688  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: June 23, 2016, 08:38:21 PM
I recently paid for some local tacos using Bitcoin. My friend who was unfamilar with Bitcoin thought it was strange, like I technically didn't pay for them or something. We got into discussing Bitcoin and one of the questions he asked me was:
"Why would you want Bitcoins instead of cash?". For a second I didn't know what to say; then I thought about it and here is what I came up with. Feel free to contribute to this.

1) More security (especially if you are careful).

2) Bitcoins are a potential investment, cash is not. Paper currency only really goes down in value, Bitcoins have a lot of potential to be worth more as time goes on.

3) Fast, worldwide transactions at your fingertips.

4) Similar to #3, but it's a universal currency. It's legal in most countries of the world and you don't need any kind of currency conversion to send money to people in a different country than your own.

Well i can't agree about bitcoins being safier than monry in banks as i am sure that banks have better security than bitcoin wallets actually

But i think that it is better to have bitcoins instead of money because you will have more of them after halving and other price rises

Agreed, banks are the safest financial institution that we have and people trust them blindly as they are aware if anything goes wrong with their money, banks will help them in recovering it.
689  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: June 23, 2016, 08:35:49 PM
I want ask anyone if i give you 10 Btc what will you do. because i want investment but i have no any good idea to invest it (except gambling) but i don't like dambling. So i want ask you viewS.

if you give me 10 btc , i can double it in 2 mounts but i need to get 30% commission of all  profit. i aim to make profit buying or selling bitcoins/altcoins on exchange. i hate gambling.

Yeah and you can also try trading altcoins as it has good potential to give you good profits, its always better to grow your coins rather then keeping it idle.
690  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still have time to reach the 21 BTC goal? on: June 23, 2016, 08:33:20 PM
I'm still young so I guess I still have the time to get that 21 BTC goal, however, it's going to take me quite a lot of time. I've only been doing small jobs and getting roughly 0.16BTC a month and if I only do that, it'll take me at least 11 years to get 21BTC

Yeah but you are earning descent amount of coins at a moment and you can put more efforts in future to earn more, and we should not think of 21 btc,  important is to keep on earning.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should Bitcoin even have a future? on: June 23, 2016, 08:31:25 PM
I hope bitcoin will have a future. Because most people believe in digital currency also we are earning here by BTC. The latest technology that gonna lead all other currencies. But there are few improvements needed on payment perspective.

We don't have to worry about the future of bitcoin its safe and secure as we can expect market cap to get higher in future and it will also contribute to higher price of bitcoin.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: June 23, 2016, 08:29:19 PM
I do not believe that but that is your opinion. In my own opinion, Bitcoin is just starting towards success.😀
Bitcoin doesn't even have that much adoption from large companies yet, and still we see that bitcoin popularity is rising even further. It's true that bitcoin is only starting out it's huge success. The early adoptors (?) are the ones who will be most successful.

Yeah people who bought coins for the cheapest price in the past will be making huge profits in future, but we are also not too late I guess, as in future we will be also considered as an early adoptors.
693  Other / Archival / Re: Should we sell btc? on: June 22, 2016, 03:37:37 PM
though im pretty sure that the price is soon going to bounce back to previous level

i think we shouldnt sell any of the bitcoins in order to make some bigger profit in the near future

Well if you miss the train before the price dips starting yesterday then better just to hold your coins since you missed some of the profits.

But for you to bounce back also, make another round of purchase so that while waiting for another price trend, you are also increasing the quantity of your coins.

Yeah price is not the best to sell our coins, but I think its good time to collect some extra coins as price is lower now and it will go higher when we reach at the halving.
694  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price rise is over on: June 22, 2016, 03:36:12 PM
bitcoin prices have now decreased significantly. I did not fully understand the causes of this decline. Now some of my friends have experienced substantial losses .but I still believe that prices will rise further bitcoin.
I think its a plan there for them to buy again at lowest price just like taking a followers to sell thier coins .because i think as many as new investors follows the market output or the crowd if the one says price will crash as low as this price so followers would sell their coins. We are more expecting that it will rise more until the end of halving.

Right now bitcoin needs some rest and it will again get active we reach near to the halving, so I think price will again start rising in the first week of July.
695  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to sell? Or to buy? on: June 22, 2016, 03:34:18 PM
I think right now who has BTC can wait with the sale, who has no BTC can buy, although it is supposed to do this,  as early as October 2015.
Yeah, that's the right thing to do now .but in the case right this week is good to buy because the price of bitcoin goes down.i think it is the last time that it will go down like this price.

Good time to buy now, price is relatively low now, so if you have a plan to buy then you should buy it today, as you never know what will be the price tomorrow.
Exactly, this is a good time to buy because the price goes down a bit and by doing this you can easily earn bitcoins with short term investment. I am buying now to back my statement because I have a good feeling that the price will reach to 800 dollars before the halving.
I think that this is a good time to sell because I believe that after the halving the price is going to drop again.
So after the halving you can use your profit to buy more coins if you want to.

If you are planning to sell then better to wait for some more time as price will rise before the halving, so that will be the perfect time for you to sell to get higher profits.
696  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: June 22, 2016, 03:32:35 PM
I don't know anybody who did it personaly, but i think that people who working like this, i mean full time on bitcoin, they know and understand what and how to do to make money for living.

People who has a day job usually makes the bitcoin world as their side line. They wanted to have multiple sources of income. People who are doing bitcoin in full time are mostly people who are people who basically can't get a job for some reasons. Although not everyone who's full time on bitcoin are uneducated, there are some people that chose to make Bitcoin as their day job. Maybe because they are earning much more in bitcoins and they want to focus on it, and they just see their previous day job as a disturbance to their bitcoin journey.

Very rightly said, people who are not satisfied with their jobs or who are paid less will surely think to quit their job and get full time into bitcoin even if they are earning less bitcoin allows them flexibility to work.
I know people in my country who earns less than what a average bitcoiner earns here, so why people hesitate to make bitcoins as the main source of income ?? I will surely in a year or two quit my job and focus on bitcoins ( and maybe altcoins )

Because maybe they earn more than what they can earn in bitcoin or they just don't trust bitcoin that much or they are already happy with bitcoin as their part time income. There could be millions of reasons not to go full time on bitcoin and we can't make them quit their jobs.
That's true and if they are satisfied with their day job and also with extra they are earning from bitcoin then they will never quit their job and I also don't find any valid reason in doing it.
697  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: June 22, 2016, 03:27:05 PM
There are allot of things you can do investing for later its just saving money but in the hope you will get more out of it. Or you can just save money never touch it only you wont get more out of it only the rent i think.

Saving money is good but it will not be profitable in long run, and your money will not grow and you also need to keep in mind the inflation rate that will affect your savings in future.

In the first place, you save not because of the profits. You saved money so you can have an emergency or urgent solution when you really need it. Also if you save money, fiat is not that heavily affected by inflation "for a short term". Fiat can be undervalued but it will take many years before it will happen.
I don't think we save money for emergency purposes only, we save because of our future and the savings should compose of your funds intended for emergencies, leisures, and the most important is investment.

Of course that will include for future purposes too and that is a big obvious. Come on do I have to post it literally as in one on one before someone will get the point of my post?

And yes while saving, we should maintain our fixed earnings. Without it, we can't add quantity to our savings. Investment is a must but if people has other source of income, they can also saved more without doing an investment.
To  have a better future ahead I think we need to take that risk and invest our money, but its always good to invest in multiple products rather then putting all money in single one.
698  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: June 22, 2016, 03:23:40 PM
Likely the reason why a person states that Bitcoin is dead, is because they're acting in their own self-interest. They want others to dump their coins to lower the price so the fudder can buy bitcoin at a lower price.

Yet it keeps getting stronger.

Exactly they want to create an panic situation by spreading negative news related to bitcoin so people start dumping their coins and they can take advantage of it.
699  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: June 22, 2016, 03:20:49 PM
off course who is not holding their coins for a price increase i dont think there are people that just selling their coins by a little price increase that would be very stupid.
There are people that holding is not their best option, most of them do trades to make more profit and I think it is way better too if you have knowledge on trading and know how to manage things like when and what price increase should make you trade your coins.

Its always good to secure profits at regular intervals, and bitcoin allows us to do that, so I prefer to make quick profits rather then just holding and keeping coins idle.
thats true i always hold some of my bitcoins that i dont use at all so i have no risks that it will be stolen

besides that im not holding everything i sometimes go do some trading in order to make some proffit

Trading is a good way to earn some fast profits, and if you see high price of bitcoin then I think you should sell it, don't wait too long as we don't know what will be the price in future.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO USE BITCOIN on: June 22, 2016, 03:17:23 PM
There are many ways to use bitcoin, you can trade with it and try to grow your coins, or else you can also go for online shopping or online transfer with very less fees.
