I guess this time it was possible. if the price of bitcoin is always increasing like this, it is possible bitcoin prices reached $ 1,000 before the end of the year, so it may potentially have a price above $ 1,000. Well, now we can only hope
It's quite funny to see when the price was $400-$450 not much people were thinking that it was possible to reach $1000 this year. But now the price has gone up in a quick fashion, people think the chances of seeing $1000 are much higher, which I can't blame them for. It just shows how things can change dramatically in a short time. Exactly and $1000 is not far now, we may see this price even at halving, as price is moving up like crazy so I think we will touch this price very soon, and majority of us are eagerly waiting for that moment. At the current rate of rise, $1000 is just 4 months away, although I like the $1000 to be reached at the end of the year. If China keeps pumping the price to $800 in the coming days, then we might even see the price touch $1000 just before the block halving. If they keep on pumping to $1000 before halving, there will be a big pump after halving. I do not want that to happen. |

To be honest it could be possible for the price to finally reach $1000 this year. I think that it is going to depend on what is going to happen with the price after the halving.
We just have to wait it out and see what is going to happen with in a couple of weeks.

I've heard from my investment buddies there are a lot of traders who see an upcoming brexit which means the financial markets will come to a standstill. No profit to be made there. So if it is/was Brexit fear with Chinese investments, we may see 800 this week, but it nothing of this sort happens we still can expect some volatility till he halving. If that means we 'only' get to 800, I don't expect the price to reach 1k this year. |

if the price comes down significantly after the block halving, then it will be very difficult for the price to go up that high this year. but i think if we will see $1000 prices again this year, then it will definitely be before the block halving. otherwise the chances for it to happen are very low. whatever is happening, i already made a good amount of profits. |

I am ready but so I hope that the price can be $1000 before the halving comes in, the price is now almost at $800 so that is a really good thing. Lets hope that it can go on even higher. |

Or make half of this year as we know that the halving estimation might happen on July. So Im expecting to see 4 digits anytime on the month of July before halving but Im pretty sure it wont last that long, once it hits 4digits it will suddenly goes down. |

yeah, the price already has made its way to $1000. and what is remaining is less than what the price already gained in the last month. I speculate that we will reach it after the halving before the end of this year. may be it will take time as some corrections will happen before reaching $1k |

Two months ago i didn't belive that $1000 in this year is possible, but after that waht happen in last 30 days we can be (almost) sure that in December 2016 Bitcoin price will be over $1000 easily. |

yeah, the price already has made its way to $1000. and what is remaining is less than what the price already gained in the last month. I speculate that we will reach it after the halving before the end of this year. may be it will take time as some corrections will happen before reaching $1k I am expecting this price at the time of halving, not completely sure though whether it will happen or not, but if it crosses $800 in next few days then $1k is possible to achieve at halving. |

IMO the probability of it happening is about 50%. Considering the btc pump happening right now because of some factors, it is not impossible that a dump will happen soon. It is not also impossible that the price will continue to rise months from now so the probability of bitcoin reaching 1000$ each in 2016 is about 50%.
A couple of good days is all we need. With halving around the corner, we may even reach $1000 in July. I would put the probability at over 50% |
