681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who sells BTC now? on: July 29, 2018, 01:11:39 PM
I have seen many threads talking about should I sell now or wait till BTC moons. When I see these threads I marvel and move on to check on different topics or threads because I know the person doesn't know what he is talking about. Diving more into cryptocurrencies, when you sell now it means you are a coward and don't even know the kind of cryptocurrency you are dealing with. One thing is that, its really kinda pity to see those topics raised. I have set a goal and until that goal is not, I will never sell BTC and that's me.I want ask that is it because those selling the coin are newbies and are afraid of loosing some small $s or they haven't read much about bitcoin or the cryptocurrencies or they have low knowledge about the blockchain technology?
I think there are some people choose to sell their btc because they are tired of waiting for price to rise . And they really need money thats why the sell it. They are short term holders or investors.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EVERY TIME IS RIGHT TO BUY AND SELL on: July 29, 2018, 11:45:51 AM
Looking at how BTC is and its ability to increase, I have seen people posting all all over the forum that can I buy now, is this the right time to buy and many more. To me I think every time is the right and best time to buy BTC so we should go on and buy any amount we want to and stop all those post because when you buy now there will surely be a time to come where it will increase in price for you to enjoy it. We can buy and sell anytime and anytime is the best time. What do you think guys? Any suggestions?
Sure, In the crypto world every time is the right time to buy cryptos. Looking at the total market cap of  cryptocurrencies in a whole, the possibilities making profit as you invest in buying cryptos is high. I believe in the crypto world every time is the best time to buy bitcoin. People making posts on when to buy bitcoin dont really understand the crypto market. Thanks for sharing this post i would have given you merit if i had some Grin Grin
In fact, once you invest in bitcoin is the right time simply because by just investing on bitcoin you can earn and make money. Every time is the right time to buy bitcoin as long you have money that can invest. Furthermore, even the price is high it is still the right time. Hence, the price will become more expensive.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN won't die, period. on: July 29, 2018, 08:46:00 AM
As you can see that BTC is the largest crypto among all in the market, I just really do not understand why people like to claim that BTC is about to die, do not easily fall for these kinds of topics and think that Bitcoin is dying, put some research on it, its just another person's opinion but again it is misleading. One last thing before you reply, this is extremely important and might be a big help for you (especially for newbies) avoid agreeing with such wrong info given to you, be sure to take extra care in replying, and the most important part of all is that you should make some research and do not forget to read the thread (if necessary) it is also important as you can gain new information from other people, though just make sure that what you are reading is very much legitimate.

Thank you and feel free to respond, I wanna see your insights about this.
For me , its impossible for bitcoin to die since it gives a lot of benefits to us. Lets accept it and continue and supporting bitcoin. Bitcoin gives so many opportunities to us and give us work so it also helps the economy by decreasing the number of unemployed.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be used as a donation to the church on: July 29, 2018, 04:51:19 AM
I agree to used bitcoin as a donation for some reasons.

1. People who give great help to the church are becoming increasingly anonymous.

2. It is easier to monitor the entire proceeds and avoid suspicion of having a claim.

3. The transaction is faster and less expensive

This is just my opinion.

#Datarius
I believe that this is a very nice idea . Its nice to help other people knowing that the money you gave is from a clean hand or you earn it in a nice way. We can help people even tho they didnt know our name since bitcoin users are anonymous. They can use it in their church activities.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin SCAM! on: July 27, 2018, 07:03:47 PM
I was invited by a friend of a friend to invest in Bitcoin last year. He told me that if I invest 5000 in our currency it will be doubled in a month's time. He also promised me that I will get referral fees and override from every person I introduced to Bitcoin and that prices of Bitcoin are expected to increase. To make the story short I did not join because I believe its a pyramiding scam. Truth to be told I did my research on Bitcoin after that and it turn's out that Bitcoin's price was really on rise unfortunately I did not invest at that time. Currently I'm learning more thru this forum and I thank my friend for inviting me here. Just last December I heard from one of my friends that the company they joined was in fact a pyramiding scam and the money they invested in just vanished out of thin air together with the people who invited them. We should be wary of people offering investments and opportunities to us. Do your research. Opportunity comes with risks as well as the rewards. If its too good to be true, it might be a scam. Bitcoin is not a SCAM but there are people who uses Bitcoin to SCAM other people. Good luck to us and more power to Bitcoin!
Bitcoin is not a scam , but bad people take advantage of those newbies and scam them. Well that will make you realize that you need to know more knowledge about bitcoin. That will teach as a lesson lets turn our mistakes into learnings.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are banks and governments scared of Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2018, 04:17:56 PM
So many countries now were prohibiting the use of virtual cryptocurrencies. And to think that many unemployed individuals were beginning to uplift their way of living because of their dealings with cryptocurrencies. Banks doesn't expressly say why it is banning the use of Bitcoin.
What do you think is the reason behind this?
Its natural since government thinks that bitcoin is a big threat on them. They are afraid that some people will use bitcoin in illegal way ,and so many people choose to invest in bitcoin rather than banks.
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why did the government want to kill Bitcoin? on: July 27, 2018, 02:02:31 PM
as we know, many governments in the world are banning bitcoins and here I have my own why the government want to kill Bitcoin, because I think Bitcoin can be used for terrorist financing, money laundering, illegal weapons purchases, crime and tax evasion. therefore the government forbids Bitcoin, because Bitcoin transactions are difficult to trace so it is only natural for me if the government is very worried about Bitcoin and many country banning (block) Bitcoin.
but this is just my opinion, so if I am wrong I apologize.

Thank You.
Its because they cant control it. And maybe because bitcoin is used in illegal transactions , they think that bitcoin is a big threat in other currencies that they are controlling.
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: July 22, 2018, 02:26:59 PM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.
They are just afraid on failure thats why they choose not to risk even tho they want to earn bigger profit. Most of them are cowards because they dont have assurance about it .
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jack Ma, Anti Bitcoin? on: July 22, 2018, 01:36:01 PM
Had confessed to confused with one of these digital currencies, Alibaba CEO Jack Ma now decided to be in anti-Bitcoin camp.

Quoted from the South China Morning Post, Tuesday (5/22/2018), at the World Intelligence Congress in Tianjin, China, Jack Ma revealed there is a gap owned by Bitcoin.

"There are bubbles on Bitcoin, but not bubbles in blockchain technology," he said.
Bubbles, is a term in economics that refers to the trading activity of an asset in a large volume so that its price range goes far beyond its intrinsic value. According to Jack Ma, Bitcoin experienced that.
Although his attitude seemed anti with the cryptocurrency, but he did not turn a blind eye to the technology that runs all transactions using Bitcoin, the blockchain. Personally, he admits that he is quite confident in this technology.

The man whose real name is Ma Yun also said that blockchain is a solution to security and privacy, especially in internet-based finance that processes trillions of trillions of trades. Even so, he does not agree if this technology is applied to run Bitcoin for money.

"Social networks may not need blockchain, but we still have to switch to it, because otherwise it would be fatal," he said.

In line with the thinking of Jack Ma, Alibaba has been doing research on technology that functions like the ledger in recent years.

In fact, the e-commerce giant is also ranked first in the patent application against global application blockchain in 2017.

Over the past year, Alibaba has listed 43 blockchain application patents, with Bank of America being the closest competitor through 33 patents. The figures are based on data from IPRdaily, the provider of information on intellectual property.

In addition to Alibaba, a number of companies from other Bamboo Curtain countries have also implemented blockchain technology in various sectors. They are Xiaomi with blockchain based game titled Jiamitu, Cainiao who applies the technology in logistics delivery, Ofo through a blockchain research agency, as well as one of Mobike's business units.
Blockchain fever was not only penetrated into companies that have been said large, a number of startups that move in that field was also quite a lot. It can be seen from 41% of the total funding of startup focused on the pilot company engaged in the field associated with blockchain.

"Blockchain is a hot topic of conversation right now, but not all companies can implement this technology.Too many people are selling blockchain-based products, this is my concern," concluded Jack Ma.
Maybe he has a reason why he is a anti bitcoin. But it doesnt matter. Well we cant blame him, maybe there will be a time that he will surely love bitcoin because of its way to help people like us
690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Simple Tips Keeping Your Bitcoin from Hackers. on: July 22, 2018, 11:47:00 AM
- We must have our own way to keep our Bitcoin safe. The account we use must have a unique password, and not easily guessed.

- Do not equate account passwords associated with Bitcoin with other accounts such as social media, because it is vulnerable to hack, let alone the followers of its social media a lot.

- Use two-factor or 2FD authentication. Additional security layers are easy to apply. Quite a few apps like Google Authenticator as a 2FD installation provider. In essence, it works as a second security layer after the password. When you've entered a keyword into your account, the system will request a two-factor authentication code. The six-digit code does not need to be memorized because it changes every 30 seconds.

- And one more, do not trust everyone. Suppose we provide information about our Bitcoin account to our Mother, it is not impossible that our mother could just tell it to someone else. With the spread of such information will increase the potential for breaking.
Never ever trust anyone. Bitcoin is decentralized and anonymous .It is one of the best way to keep you away from hackers. Please do have a strong password and keep it to yourself. We must be very careful when it comes to our password. Dont ever tell some private information of yours to anyone.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Ban In India on: July 22, 2018, 10:13:16 AM
Any one From India?

Is it true that Cryptos will be banned in India??

Do we have to Pay taxes to Indian Govt. For keeping Cryptos
So this "rumor" is already spreading. India didnt ban bitcoin they just provide laws regarding bitcoin since some of india citizens is afraid to risk. It will now depends on the commitee's report. Any confirmation about that? lets wait until they announce something about that.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is For Risk Takers on: July 22, 2018, 09:32:37 AM
I seen lots of people are panic and selling and spreading FUD . But based on my experience people who really dare to take risk only won here .
Wise and daring investors are still searching for good potential coins to invest while its really cheap were greedy people are panic and spreading FUD
Finally people who dare to invest bitcoin even when the price of 100$ they created fortune here . Its completely daring and vision not at aall luck . SO if you are having real vision and want to make milestone in life then be here in crypto and support other wise please quit .
Its their option, if you have enough knowledge about bitcoin then you will easily realize that bitcoin is not that "risk" since its a part of investing. You really need to study about crypto so its easy to you ta face that kind of problem
693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bill Gate against investing into bitcoin? on: July 20, 2018, 03:37:01 PM
I recently read through the comments made by Bill Gate on bitcoin and other related cryptocurrencies (https://www.google.com.gh/amp/s/www.cnet.com/google-amp/news/microsoft-founder-bill-gates-would-bet-against-bitcoin/). From the comments he made, it is obvious that, Bill Gate is against investing into cryptocurrency. Critically appraising and analyzing how helpful bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are and base on the comments Bill Gate made, I don't see the reason why he is against cryptocurrency. Probably he might be having his own reasons of which I am not aware of. Can someone help as to why Bill Gate spoke against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?
Maybe he's thought about bitcoin is totally different than what we are thinking. His reason might be for personal interest. Since he is rich he wants all the things to be favor on the way he want.
694  Economy / Speculation / Re: will the bitcoin price rise again? on: July 20, 2018, 02:49:25 PM
a few days ago, news about bitcoin was very good, some say bitcoin will work with credit card for payment, what I ask is, will bitcoin price go up again?
Bitcoin price is so unpredictable but there is a chance. Lets just hope it will. Since bitcoin has a postive feedbacks theres a chance that it will rise beacuse of it. Dont focus on the price. But never feel hopeless lets just hope and believe it will happen soon.
695  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest into Bitcoin or bank on: July 20, 2018, 02:17:36 PM
I have worked to get $2000 worth of money and I am planning of investing in bitcoin but my uncle is pressuring me to save the money at bank. I have done everything to convince him but he is not comprehending to my point. Please what do i tell him ao convince him?
It depends on you but for me,I prefer to invest in bitcoin than bank even tho bank is "safer" than bitcoin. We all know that investing is kinda risky so we need to have enough knowledge or learning so its easy for us to decide on something. Investing in bitcoin has a higher return profit than banks.
696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you wait to prove them wrong about Bitcoin? on: July 15, 2018, 04:01:44 PM
I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme.

Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?}

The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles.

Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it.

How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about?

I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they

are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH,

and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this.

I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  Roll Eyes
No need to wait because I can show them why Im more successful than before. Well they can only say that because they are lack of knowledge about bitcoin. There is a misunderstanding between those people and bitcoin. We cant blame them since some of us has been experienced it. Some of them read/hear it from unknown source which probably means "fake news" . People nowadays choose to judge than to know the real story.
697  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much damaged bitcoin has brought you? on: July 15, 2018, 03:22:49 PM
I had a small scale investment on bitcoin and i invested on it when the market price is 30% higher. I never thought that market is going to fall down which results to the loss of some of my money if i will sell my bitcoin holdings now. Seeing the market price i consider it as a damage which is 30%. Well if i may ask you do you feel any damage right now? I wanna know who are those people who are investing prior to the market price fall down?
Bitcoin didnt brought some damage to me , since I have enough knowledge in managing it. We all know that bitcoin is a very useful asset . Sometimes people lose their patience to wait thats why they sell their coin even the price isnt good. Learn from your mistakes .
698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin is the vehicle, we run it on: July 15, 2018, 02:40:30 PM
A lot of posts are about bitcoin (eg bitcoin for illegal transactions ... bitcoins change lives ... bitcoin destroys the world ... bitcoin poison and so on) but basically it's all humans that move .. bitcoin is the tool. Good bad how the tool is how the man who runs. is it worth blaming bitcoin. What is your opinion?
Well thats right bitcoin is the vehicle and we are the one who control it. Sometimes people use bitcoin in a bad way , and some people have some misunderstanding because of bitcoin . Maybe they dont have enough knowledge about bitcoin but for me, its not nice to blame everything to bitcoin because it helps us in so many things.
699  Other / Archival / Re: How can Bitcoin helps the world's economic? ✅ on: July 15, 2018, 01:30:27 PM
Some people are asking, "How can Bitcoin helps the world's economic?"

I think this is the right answer. Bitcoin has become a currency for a nation that is currently supporting all kinds of people. Bitcoin has become as an international currency at this point. Once again, technologies help the world to solve its problems. This can raise Bitcoin reputation among economic discussions. And also will give positive mood to Bitcoin markets.

Bitcoin helps our economy by simply giving works to those unemployed, thats why the number of people who is unemployed is decreasing.Bitcoin helps people in our everyday life. It helps in our transactions. People can easily earn money without the help of the government.Bitcoin gives so much opportunities to others .
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Frustrates You Most When Using Bitcoin? on: July 15, 2018, 06:11:28 AM
What is the most Frustrating/Annoying thing that you come up against each time you use/but/sell bitcoins?

Do you think it will it ever be fixed?
The speed of transaction is of the reason why users are getting frustrated when using bitcoin. It pisses them off because they have to wait longer. And also the price that cannot be predicted . We hate it when we think its time to sell our coins but the price get down . Well stay calm everyone and educate yourself it part of investing in bitcoin , i know that it can be fixed someday
