We are going to be giving you all sneak peaks over the next few months!

By the few months, people will be leaving this site and this site could have been forgotten by then. This is taking uch longer process than I thought

P.S : most people are leaving it already

Right now, it may seem a little dull around the site and inactive

A little dull ? No. It is indeed the dullest poker site around here. The reason of it would be the silly freerolls that require at least 10 players to start and if you check on the 0.1 BTC freerolls you can see that there are some people with multi account that registered for it

but keep in mind that building a community is a very slow process

You cant build a community if you remain passive and silent . If you take sometime to listen to the complain here and reduce the minimum required people for the freerolls then you can start building community at your site though

Anyway the instant predictions works fine with no issue here and as for the free games , I havent had tried it yet, Any particular reason on not making the payment instant yet? Since this kind of games cant be cheated though

We haven't built any type of system to handle instant payouts.  It remains to be seen whether the demand exists to invest resources in developing that functionality.  Very few people have even tried the instant predictions as they exist currently.

I see, people just arent aware of it yet perhaps

Any particular reason on why not offering a full set prediction like the weekly game?

Currently there are only two selection for the instant game while for the weekly game there are predictions address for the numbers as well. The house edge for the instant game seems like almost 50 % because the dissability to choose the numbers option

Code:
ABCDEF & 1

P.S : I may be wrong on the house edge number though

Anyone get theirs yet?

Any idea on when we can expect to get reward offered from support?

I got mine yet though it was 50 mBTC lower than what was said through the email (still trying to contact them) . The bounty is send to the account that associated with the email that you used to send them the bug. Perhaps you should check that first.

I got mine in this account because it is associated with the email that I used to mail them

Userid # 9442 - arallmuus123 wins 1000 mBTC for the most wins, extremely impressive!

Thankyou very much casinobitco  Smiley

6805  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyFlop.eu | 50MBC FREE ROLL DAILY | HOURLY FREE ROLL | CASINO GAMES on: May 18, 2015, 07:58:48 PM
can the bonus be withdrawn instantly or do you have to make a rollover? if no rollover people can abuse it easily

It does not need a rollover because chips in poker sites cant be implemented with rollover and yes it can but the minimum withdrawal is 20 mBTC and it is not like a promotions that can be abuse easily though Smiley.
In other words you will not be able to withdraw it directly unless you multiply your chips by playing at the tournaments or the ring games

This is at your signature campaign thread and this is the only rules listed there. It is not wise to altered your own rules as you wish. Basically you as a CEO of coinut should hold up your words and act based on your set rules.
He is not cheating because even if he has 100 accounts or so he should be able to participate at your campaign because there is no rules that state that someone should have no other account

Also taht it is stated that participants should have no negative ratings but his account has no negative ratings there Smiley

P.S : you owe him, perhaps you should pay him up rather than ruining your reputation
The reason that I let him in at the beginning is because I did not know he has another account. Later, I found out that and then immediately told him to stop. It is OK for me to pay. But that seems a bit encouraging this kind of cheating, right?

It depends on your interpretation of "Participants should have no negative rating". Anyway, I've decided to pay him and made this clear in my campaign thread.

Thankyou for honoring your own words  Smiley. The BTC that you owe him actually isnt worth to risk your reputation here. Anyway his account was possibly hacked and it is standard here to mark a hacked account so it cant be used for fraudulent things.

I see no reason in not allowing people to join your campaign because of that though but You made your terms clearer now

Participants should have no account with negative rating.

Anyway since this is solved, then perhaps you can lock this  Smiley

6808  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin trading strategy on: May 18, 2015, 06:26:34 PM
You will find a critique of this if you look around the forum. Basically there are two problems: 1 you might run out of means before you win, and 2 if you win, you win only the size of your first bet (while you set a much larger sum to risk).

Very true, I just stumbled upon this post to give critique about martingale. It is a strategy but not a winning strategy though. Add another third scenario for it, even if you have infinite balance there will be maximum bet in each sites that prevent you from keeping your martingale option

Yes its true. For trading that is a bad idea to do martingale because you need to spend most of your fiat to buy bitcoin but with gambling I guess some people prove it that its working and at least you can cover your loss and still get some profit with it. I just experienced it before and after that I loss them all to because I was too greedy  Grin

Martingale strategy in trading will have the same effect as martingale in a gambling sites which is a lose sooner or later but if you are truly good in trading especially in reading graphs than this strategy could be well applied to it

how do you trading with martingale method? Is that even work for trading? Because what I know is martingale is only for gambling

It could be applied for binary options trading since it will be just the same as the usual martingale strategy that is used for gambling though
6809  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for a site with the lowest house edge for Blackjack on: May 18, 2015, 04:57:00 PM
House edge in Blackjack ? Seems you are mistaken about the game. The house edge in Blackjack is fixed in all sites. And changes, based on the number of decks which the dealer deals from. So basically all sites will have same edge.

You are contradicting yourself as you can see from the bolded part you claim that the house edge is fixed for all sites but the second bolded part, you claimed that it changes based on the number of deck

If you take a look at my post just above you , you can use those calculator on those sites to check that each sites have the rules that will determine the house edge for the BlackJack

Several rules that may changes the house edge of the BlackJack game :

#1 Number of deck used (obviously)

#2 Soft17 rules (dealer stands on 17 or more)

#3 Double after split

#4 Number of splits available

#5 Ability to split aces

#6 Ability to hit ace after split

#7 BlackJack pays 3:2 or 6:5 rules

Each site has a different rules , therefore the house edge for Blackjack games are different as well
6810  Economy / Economics / Re: Ernst & Young: Cryptocurrencies are a great innovation! on: May 18, 2015, 04:35:59 PM
Singapore-based Ernst & Young LLP Partner Jan Bellens believes "cryptocurrencies are a great innovation with great upsides for the long-term," as long as the two keys issues, named as security and KYC, get resolved in the short-term.

I dont see how "security" is the issue here since cryptocurrencies are way more secure in comparation to the old bank/fiat system if you are going in for long term. There could nothing more secure than "securing your own holding" like you can do with crytocurrencies.
One of the issue with using cryptocurrencies is that it is inevitable to volatility that withhold some potential of it since most people only based on how good a  cryptocurrencies is from the value of it

Securing your bitcoin holdings is significantly more difficult than securing your cash - which is protected form fraud in the US through FDIC insurance (which ever bank in the US is covered by) or simply holding your cash in your home. Bitcoin, however, required complex addresses, access to systems that will authenticate the public and private keys to make a transaction, and (most alarming) any online bitcoin account is never in full control of the owner!

Banks are still more secure than bitcoin, unfortunately. I agree with EY's analysis that security is a big issue. However I don't think KYC regulation would be good for bitcoin, part of the benefit of the currency is the anonymity.

This is quoted from the article as I see that their statement has some flaw in it

Quote
There are massive security risks. The fact that there are large sums of virtual money involved, attracts quite a lot of criminal activities and quite a lot of security issues."

Seems to be a flaw there, Large sum of money involved ( in this case cryptocurrencies ) has nothing different than a large sum of FIAT involved. Criminals will always be attracted to large sum of money and it has nothing to do with either cryptocurrencies or FIAT.

As for the bolded part. Those bolded part are actually about human error in securing it especially if it is a techsavvy guy. In one point you are right that but in the other point if you are a not a techsavvy guy than money is still much more secure in form of crypto.

P.S: most thief are techsavvy as well and top hackers will aim for exchangers rather than someone's personal wallet with few BTC in it.
Just my 2 cents though  Smiley
6811  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: May 18, 2015, 03:59:37 PM
I dont think it will be that easy to hacked that big reputable exchanger, they are not making their site just to let people scam it easily, they have already check hundreds time for sure about their site before launching it. I think they will be professional when deal things with bitcoin

It is not easy but someone/ group has done it and took away thousands of BTC . Please refer to Bitstamp Hacked and this BTER Hacked

Those two are "big" and "reputable" exchangers that you are referring

Don't be over-optimistic. A single person (Mark Karpeles) took Bitcoin from $1,200 to $240. If Bitcoin can lose 80% of its value as a result of a single individual, a group of Individuals might be able to take it to 90% down. Imagine what will happen if any of the major exchanges (such as Bitfinex and Bitstamp) gets hacked and the coins stored in them stolen.

Umm stamp has been hacked and its just matter of time before the hacker start moving the coins and dump them on the market though. It is not like the past where some group or individuals could take on entire market and manipulate it. There are few groups that could have done so now. If 1 group tried to take it down, the other group will see this opportunity and try to bullish it though

I 100% agree that security is a big issue. Too many hundreds of thousands of Bitcoins have been stolen by hackers from what were thought to be safe wallets.
Mt Gox were obviously a poorly run company, but they must have had some security measures in place. That didn't stop them getting hacked.  Bitstamp are actually a good company and they got hacked, do you really think that if someone wanted to they couldn't hack your account?

The masses aren't very tech savvy. Internet explorer is still used by about 20% of the population. They will be sitting ducks for hackers.

KYC isn't a big issue for the masses, just regulators.

First  bolded part will be due to human error or human's flaw of unable to secure their own belongings. Most that got hacked was due to that they are unaware that they downloaded a malware (not tech savvy like you said)

Second bolded part is pretty much unclear that if it is inside job or that they really got "hacked" or that it was planned long ago to do this fraud

Third bolded part is a good example since bitstamp are one of the most reliable exchanger around but this whole thing could be applied to FIAT as well since I there are lof of "stealing incident " as well though. Still I do thing that everything cant be perfect but atleast cryptocurrencies are better in most aspect
6813  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can anyone make a sportsbook with 1% house edge? on: May 18, 2015, 01:41:26 PM
People can earn money in long term although house edge is high, sport betting is predictable because strong teams have more probabilities to win.

Dice, blackjack, bacarat is random and not predictable

Sports betting is not really predictable though and if your analogy about favourites team has a lot more probabilites to win then yes it is true but somewhat it is not really different than the normal dice where you can set your chance to win to a maximum of 98 %

i.e Manchester United vs Burnley

Manchester United will have like 95% chance to win in which it is 1 out 20 matches will be win by Burnley (theoretically). the same thing to happen if you are doing a simple dice at 95 % chance

People just favor sports betting more because it is quite intense to cheers on their favourites team and on the same time bet on it to earn BTC  Wink

-Sportsbooks dont have house edge, thats just sports betting

They have, read my post above

You will find about the house edge calculation for sportsbook HERE

I'd be really interested to know this as well. Looking at the odds for a game, is is possible to know what the house edge (the average loss per bet) would be? Does anyone know?

You will find about the house edge calculation for sportsbook HERE Henry. This article is quite good as it gives out few example of house edge depending of the odds of it but it doesnt state any formula to calculate it though (Still trying to find a live calculator to calculate the house edge depending on the odds )

P.S : the article is abit long to quote so those who wanted to read could head up there
6816  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: May 18, 2015, 11:51:20 AM
But there has to be scarcity for something to increase in price. As of today I wouldn't say there is a lot of scarcity of BTC with the amounts being mined and thrown into exchanges everyday... Too slow adoption for the price to increase rapidly or to increase at all maybe at this point..

Throwing BTC into exchanger doesnt make BTC more scarce as people are not changing most into FIAT but rather use it to trade back and forth between BTC and FIAT .
Your post is a bit off there because your forgot to mention up demands. The scarcity of BTC will not really make a severe effect of driving the price up as there needs to be demands for this as well which we can see that BTC is lacking for the demands
6817  Economy / Economics / Re: While banks keep failing, Bitcoin has proven to be reliable on: May 18, 2015, 11:47:33 AM
its still hard to believe that bitcoin will replace fiat.
banks that are weak are failing, thats true tho

BTC have the ability to replace the old FIAT system but BTC will never replace FIAT because FIAT is issued by the goverment which means that goverment will do anything to not replace their FIAT. Using BTC is not benefical for the goverment since it is decentralize.

Bitcoin will rule the next financial system which will be based on blockchain technology.

BTC will on the lead to rule the financial system but it will not be leading anything if there is still FIAT on the same road with it since more people will still favor FIAT over BTC.

url=http://cointelegraph.com/news/114265/527-us-banks-have-failed-since-late-2008-but-the-bitcoin-protocol-still-hasnt-been-hacked?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=bitcointalk&utm_content=EVG

This is quite biased article to compare this things IMO. BTC is acknowledge by most people on the late 2010/2011 and it has nothing to do with the banks failling there
6818  Economy / Gambling / Re: Champions League Final Predictions Barca Vs Juventus on: May 18, 2015, 11:15:15 AM
Evra way past his best thats why united let him go, dont see him being able to deal with barca front 3.

Evra's position will not be a problem for the defense since Neymar will be playing at the right which means that he will be facing Lichsteiner that have some problem with defending a fast players\

Few scenarios that might happen later on the match

#1 There will be a hell lot of cards because Suarez will be facing alot of italian defender which has the tendency to play a harsh game

P.S : Remember the bitting incident?  Wink

#2 Juventus will score from free kick through Pirlo since they will defending all the way for the game and on relly on counter attack

#3 Messi will be able to nutmeg a few defenders leaving them to slip (happened at the match with Manchester City and Bayern Muenchen )

#4 The goals will be from corners for Juventus

#5 Moratta might be a hero again?   Smiley

I heard barca are going to fit Suarez with a muzzle for the game so shouldn't be a problem.

Moratta is a very good threat i cant believe real let him go and decided to bring in a player like chicharito lol.  whoops!

The reason that they are letting Moratta to go would be because that they thought that he is a typical striker that wait for the ball, more or less the same type with Benzema. That could be why they are trying to grab a striker that is more active in the play instead of waiting for balls since Ronaldo and Bale are not the type to give the ball to the forward though

6819  Economy / Economics / Re: What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000? on: May 18, 2015, 11:08:10 AM
If Satoshi Nakamoto come back and the army government admits Bitcoin.

If Satoshi come back, it will be a good hype for the market because the price will drive up and it will be just a bubble for a while. Satoshi to be back will have nothing to do with the value to be honest because the market is based on demands and order and of course some hype or FUD to drive the price

If goverments were to acknowledge BTC than it will be a good addition since if BTC will be regulated, more and more people will have some faith in it and of course it will help to spread the mass adoption as well

satoshi won't come back. people can't seem to understand that. if he would, it might not even make much difference in price. more than what he has done in the early days isn't possible. core devs do a great job.

People thought that if he comes back that there will be some sort of hype that might drive the price. Another reason people are still trying to find it was because he deserve to get all the credits for introducing this world for BTC.
Core devs did a great job but compared to satoshi then they will be seen only as a worker i.e Einstein and his disciple. People will always acknowledge Einstein more
