As long as it's not positive lightning (a bolt from the blue) a naked person can survive a direct lightning strike. The current will flow harmlessly over the surface of your skin. Too much dental work and you head might explode however...

Who wants to guess what each X-3 (2TH) will fall to after they finish delivering to batch 1 and 2? My guess is $3500
$0 as they'll cost more in power to run than they'll return in BTC when they ship. This company is clearly in the mining business and the customers are cash cows as well as a garbage disposal service to finance the farm then dispose of the mined-out hardware. Having them lined up and shot for this would be nice but the crooks behind this company are in the UK and will be sipping margaritas on the Virgin Islands instead.

1. Focus is More on Recruiting than Selling
One of the first things to watch out for is a focus on recruiting rather than selling. If you are being recruited in order to recruit more people of your own, rather than actually focus on selling the product, that might be a red flag. Consider whether or not there is a lot of focus on getting you to recruit more “team members,” instead of focus on acquiring customers. If the recruits are the customers, that could be a red flag.
2. Poor Training
What sort of training and support do you receive? How are your questions answered? If you are asking tough questions, and they are deflected with homilies on positive thinking, you could be looking at a MLM scam. Also, consider the training situation. Are you provided with actual business techniques and support? If the training consists of how to convince recruits, or tips on selling to friends and family, your “home business opportunity” might actually be a work at home scam.
3. Pressure to Pay for More
Are you being pressured to pay for more product? You might be asked to join a “fast track” or become “elite” by purchasing a great deal of inventory all at once. Or, you might be pressured into buying an expensive business package in order to get the business support you need. If you are asked to pay for extra training (beyond attending an annual conference or convention) on a regular basis, or if you are asked to pay for basic office supplies, you might be in trouble.
Be especially wary of those that ask you to put your costs on a credit card, or encourage you to take a home equity loan or line of credit to pay for this “business investment.”
4. Sales Tactics Brought to Bear on You
Do you feel as though you are the subject of a high-pressure sale when you talk to the MLM representative? You might be told that you have to make a decision right now in order to get a good deal on the initial kit, or to buy in at a “special” price, it could be a scam. Most legitimate companies allow you to talk it over with your family, or sleep on your decision.
5. Seems Too Good To Be True
As with everything in life and in purchases, you need it to pass the too good to be true “smell test.” Are the claims about the product outrageous and hard to really prove? Is there are a lot enthusiasm about the “amazing” program, without much to back it up? Watch out for anything that seems too good to be true. Chances are that it’s actually a scam.

Gotta love the shill (EPLDCC) who just posted on the BA forum... Mining calculators are wrong and can't be used to calculate ROI, BA is not a scam and 3 to 6 months is a short delay.
LOL, what a fucking jackass.

So is this it? Is the long wait for a conclusion to this long con finally here?
No product, no refunds and now no communication. Looks like the delay train has reached its final destination!
Perhaps Interpol could make themselves useful no? This is a multi-million dollar fraud after all....
no, this is just hearsay so far -- Minersource still can do the right thing and (1) DELIVER or (2) do no-nonsense refunds in order to stay out of trouble -- and they better! Unfortunately most of us ordered directly from BA. While I'm not 100% sure that Minersource isn't hosting our ASICs in a secret location for BA it does look like they are just as fucked as we are if not more so.

2. Batch 2 hasn't shipped.

4. No shipping date provided.
5. Black Arrow gives the Bitcoin mining world a black eye while generating a fortune in untaxed revenue from their customers ASICs.
They're clearly not planning on shipping until the ASICs cost more in power to run than they generate in BTC. Incompetence of this magnitude is an unreasonable argument at this point as they would be unable to produce an ASIC if that were the case.

Fluoride is not akin to what lead was in Rome. Risk vs Benefit. Even oxygen is dangerous to humans - you going to shut down aerobic metabolism now and stop breathing? Poor oral health from cavities will lead to septic emboli running through your bloodstream - you'll have strokes starting from age 30. Only the Devil would imply that you can't have good oral health without fluoride. Logical fallacy. Do you strawman much or only when you drink?

China has some very advanced consumer protection laws. I read they just drafted these. Are they retroactive?
These absolutly destroy BA's TOS. There's no way BA can keep our money and not deliver while claiming we agreed to it.

I may be a bit off on #7 but the contents are currently 0Th/s and not the 2Th/s as per the agreement. I'm sure I can get a solid hit on all 8 sections after a few revisions.

Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and InterestsChapter VII Legal Responsibility
Article 40 Business operators shall, if the commodities and services they supply involve any of the following circumstances, bear civil liability in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality and other relevant laws and regulations, except as otherwise provided in the present Law:
(1) there existing defects in the commodities;
Those who received the X1 test units reported that the units did not function correctly. Problems included incorrect airflow direction, controller shorting on the metal case and software glitches.
(2) not possessing the properties for use they should possess and no declaration thereabout is made at the time of sale;
See section (6).
(3) not conforming to the standards indicated on the commodities or on the packaging thereof;
Units were stated to include an LCD touch display for the controller.
(4) not conforming to the state of quality indicated by the product description or by physical samples;
Stated 0.5W/Gh then revised to 0.75W/Gh. Reseller indicates it's 1W/Gh at the wall.
(5) producing commodities that have been formally declared by the State to be eliminated or selling commodities that are no longer effective or deteriorated;
Units will be obsolete if and/or when the customer receives them.
(6) commodities sold being short of weight or quantity;
Due to obsolescence of the units 550% in additional hashing power would be required to meet the original promise. Currently only 50% is being offered in the form of incomplete non-functional units requiring additional shipping fees. This also causes a violation of section (2) as the units are non-functional as a result of the missing proprietary PSU.
(7) contents and costs of services being not in conformity with the agreements;
Product was sated to ship around the 24th of February 2014 however dispatch of the units has not occurred to date.
8 - deliberately delaying or unreasonably refusing consumers' requests for repair, remanufacture, replacement, return of goods, makeup for the short commodities, return of payment for goods or services, or compensation for losses;
Refunds refused.
Black Arrow has violated every section of the PRC's consumer protection act. Not to mention fraud over $5000 for taking customers money based on a lie. Not only is the customer getting the shaft but I'll also assume Black Arrow isn't reporting all the revenue they're generating with the customers ASICs.
