 yes Quickseller,sorry , I made a mistake name ,I wrote from memory.. yes the OP has previously contacted me regarding offering my escrow services for him. I have informed him that I would be willing to escrow for him. Once you reach an agreement with the OP, one of you can start a group PM with the terms of the trade (including any period that BTC will be held after payment is received if this is a term of the trade) and have the other party confirm the terms and I will get an escrow agreement written up ASAP. it seems OP gone, or he has to contact you?, from yesterday he not respond me. He contacted me on Skype a few days ago asking about the escrow process and told me that he found someone who wanted to trade with him however that he wouldn't be home for 'an hour or two' to complete the trade, however when I followed up with him he said he never heard back from his seller. I am not use skype and told him about that via PM, seems he not use bitcointalk PM |

Cancelling orders.
Keeping me for 1 week because of not paying a fee or 2 cents and so on..
Placing an urgent order and receiving nothing.

done  , now must wait until transaction disappeared from blockchain? and then import p.key again? yes thats it. you should wait for the transaction to disappear in the chain then you can import your private key again. i've done this in the past, before i realized this trick i waited for sometime like 3weeks thanks Hexcoin and others who helped me with this issue, finally I recover my amount, I had some problems with import p.key(full copy-paste not works, I took only part from key), and small amount 10k satoshi missing(maybe fee)becouse I sweep key to other address. |

Ok, so if zazarb sent 0.03 (or 0,035 whatever the extra amount is) extra, op should repay the extra money back to him, imho, but for some poetic justice, op also should
make a no-fee transaction, making him wait 1 week or so.
Wouldn't this be fair to both of you ?

He already sent you the bitcoins but the problem is he didn't add miners fee so its taking too long to be confirmed. I assume you use an exchange wallet that is why it is not yet credited to your account. Am i right? here I see only one problem- that I resend him btc, and now if will fail my attempt cancel this transaction I have high risk to loss my 0.03btc or $8.4 What do you exactly mean? You send him another .03btc right? If im not mistaken yes exactly,next day (23.06) make "good job", but after three day scrembo "forget" currently I have sended 0.03btc+0.03btc(notconfirmed) for one scrembo payment If you already sent another .03btc then what is the reason he opened this scam accusation? The order has been proceed on 22th - today 26th.
I said I need it urgently and I have no idea what he done, why he didn't paid 2 cents or what he managed to do.. no idea, see the order page and you will see the BTC have not been delivered.

I have a doubt , in previous post you told that you havent received the pay from him since last 4 days and he scammed you of 0.03 btc as shown in trxn id, but this transaction seems to be new , and it is still unconfirmed. new , becouse was rebroadcast, here mu topic about this problem: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1097735.0and I next day like the "Good Samaritan", resend him new 0.03 btc, with risk, only with him promise that after he receive "old" btc he will paid me $8.4 or resend back . |
