6841  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 New Version Coming Soon! 🎰🎰🎰 on: October 14, 2018, 03:33:08 PM
New version should be including updated on-site support via Intercom which will help ensure we can address any support related issues.

Fantastic news to hear for everyone. I won't say I know what Intercom is but it sounds like BD will have the best support of any dice site if it is anything like what I think it sounds like.

Great news indeed. If I remember correctly fiat support wasn't in scope of the ICO ... it's quite surprising bonus.
BTW any news about Q3 2018 results? When we can expect financial report and dividends?

This won't be the first time BD gets doing a lot more than what was in the scope of ICO (you're right I don't recall fiat being part of the plan either). My only concern for this is that allowing fiat support might get us to comply with KYC. I might not mind it, end of the day, but it's still something a lot of us in crypto don't want to do. We'll just have to wait and see.

Hey Intercom is an instant messaenger available on the screen and it'll pop up when the user opens the site, or it could be adjusted to be used when the user needs help, the benefit of using this will result in quicker support for members. I'm not sure whether they'll have to comply for KYC yet as I have seen KYC is normally required for big amount wins, and not all like to do KYC, however if it's in greater good I'm sure people will agree to it.

Zambian Central Bank Declares Bitcoin Is Not Legal Tender

The Zambian central bank said on Oct. 12 that cryptocurrencies like bitcoin core and bitcoin cash aren’t legal tender, cautioning that those transacting in such will have no one to blame in the event of market failure. It appears that the bank issued the ...

Hey why would the community be bothered about a non existent small nation like Zambia, I don't think they have big transactions out there, this seems like a publicity stunt. Am I the only one who noticed they called Bitcoin Core as a currency that shows their level of knowledge when it comes to bitcoins and cryptos, I don't think their statements matter nor will it create any impact in thier nation, as the op has failed to understand they have issued a warning and not declared it illegal.
6843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: October 14, 2018, 07:07:16 AM
Want to make formula 1 more entertaining for the fans again? Bring back the loud engines hehehe. I miss the high screaming sound that the sport is known for.

I reckon the simpler engines before the v6 turbos would also make the battlefield more neutral among manufacturers.

Hey yes I'll agree I remember the days when I would put the television to maximum volume to hear the engines roar, it kind of gave me sweet satisfaction to hear it.
Yes that was the time back then. But it wont happening again. Read something interesting about formula Renault that they all use same engine only every team has to work with his own aerodynamic. This is interesting cuz in this championship driver skill is the key for win besides good team.

F1 race driver skill not impoartant
first important is car package, is good car can easy to win in race, and get world championship
if same car, skill is important to win

Hey in F1 the car is indeed important but so is driver skill Ferrari has the fastest car but Hamilton has the skills, give Hamilton a Ferrari and you won't be able to catch him ever. I'm not sure about same car policy this is something I'll have to read and find out.
6844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: October 13, 2018, 06:02:10 PM
I am very sure everyone who watched the Liverpool vs Mancity match was very disappointed. because actually this is a highly anticipated match. moreover they (gamblers) who have guessed the score over 2. they must have lost a lot of money. because nobody thinks that the score will end 0-0

Even though I didn't bet on it but, I can feel the disappointment. No one would have expected that the match will end as draw.

I'll agree I didn't play on this high profile match, but I can feel the disappointment it was billed as one of the biggest match in the league but turned out boring. I can't understand how the match turned out goalless despite the best attacking players of the league were there. I do hope when they meet again there'll be loads of goals, and I feel their next encounter would be crucial in deciding the title winner.
6845  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: October 13, 2018, 02:47:44 PM
This week both top team were not able to play against the home ground opponent team, Real Madrid lost it Alaves as Alaves scored goal in last extra time and Barcelona just were able to draw the game.

Now Sevilla is leading the table and Real Madrid are 4th in table.

Real Madrid are going to struggle this season, any team would if they lost Ronaldo. At times he’s single handedly carried them over the last what, 10 years?
Lots of their players are in their 30’s, it’s like all goid things - they inevitably come to an end.

Real Madrid struggles have just began you can see across all competitions they're lacking the cutting edge to win or they're missing Ronaldo heroics, honestly I was quite baffled by their decision to sell, but then for a 33 year old that price was always going to be difficult to turn down. I also feel they should have got Hazard or Neymar to make sure they were ready for the season, but they decided against and it's proving to be a big mistake. There're rumours they can buy Hazard in January, and even Hazard has been calling them out let's see if this move happens.
6846  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: October 13, 2018, 12:05:04 PM
Monaco got rid of Leonardo Jardim and appointed Thierry Henry as the new manager.  At first glance I think it's a little unfair.  I mean what kind of results was the Monaco board expecting?  They sold Mbappe, Lemar, Bernardo Silva and Mendy which Jardim himself helped develop.  Lol.

I think he'll do well at United if the club is willing to rebuild, develop players and start from scratch again.

Hey indeed this is a very sad decision but then this is the modern day football, Monaco choose money over a coach who got them a league title, developed so many stars and made the club coffers rich. I like Henry a lot, but with no managerial experience he's a risky bet wonder what'll he able to do in mid season to change Monaco fortunes.

In another Manchester United news Juventus coach was approached to take over Mourinho, but he's rejected the chance to come during mid season, but he might be tempted to join next season. I'm not really sure he's the right kind of guy, Juventus have no competition in Italian league not sure he'll do good in premier league opinions?
6847  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: bitcoin legal or not on: October 13, 2018, 07:45:37 AM
I am new to crypto currency and I don't know the Bitcoin is legal or not plse help me

Hey this question should contain which country you're from, as each country views bitcoins separately some view it as a currency, while some have banned it. While on it's own Bitcoin is neither legal nor illegal, the only thing you should keep in mind are the taxation aspect, your government regulations regarding this, and whether your bank will accept money from exchanges.

My advise is to do a quick google search something like Bitcoins rules in --- country, or taxation of bitcoins in my country you should get your answer there.
6848  Economy / Economics / Re: The US dollar is gaining strength on: October 13, 2018, 04:29:14 AM
Since the last couple of weeks the US dollar has strengthened against almost all currencies (https://www.investing.com/analysis/us-dollar-time-to-buy-or-sell-200347445). Many analysts and traders consider that the growth was triggered by FED. In fact, Fed has been increasing gradually the interest rate since 2016 (https://www.investing.com/economic-calendar/interest-rate-decision-168) as well as there has been published the lowest unemployment rate since 1969 (https://www.marketwatch.com/story/the-reward-for-the-lowest-unemployment-rate-since-1969-higher-rates-for-your-loans-2018-10-08).
Gold, silver and other assets are under the pressure of strong dollar and  moreover strong dollar may cause a strong correction or even a crash on the stock market.
The key question is how the further strengthening of dollar will effect on the crypto market?

I'll agree to this USD rates have shot up and especially when you wish to exchange other currencies for USD you end up paying more. In my personal opinion I don't feel it'll have any impact on bitcoins, as inflation is yet high, people need a proven tool against inflation. Theoretically bitcoins should have fallen as it's normally valued against it, but since other currencies are down we won't see any effect.
6849  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which exchange can be used from a country like India on: October 12, 2018, 05:54:29 PM
Well I'm from India, I don't know which exchange can be used to exchange my coins. Can anyone say me the best exchange at good rates for people like me.
And as I am a beginner I've got some confusions about anything if anyone one help me out please personal message me!!

Hey for your country you can use Zebpay my Indian friends use it, however do note your bank may refuse to accept payment as your central bank has ordered them to stop accepting payments from crypto exchanges. I'm not really aware how the exchange will transfer it for you, you will find more information in the India thread here. I would advise you to read up on all the regulations relating to tax to, as your country has strict and confusing laws relating to bitcoins.
6850  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will go up like last year? on: October 12, 2018, 10:53:32 AM
What do you think? Bitcoin will grow like last year until it reaches about $ 20,000? Or fall below $ 10,000?

Hey no one really knows this answer for sure, and if someone tells you he knows it he's lying. One can only draw conclusions from past situations, like for example once the bitcoins futures were announced bitcoins prices rallied to 20k, similarly if bitcoins etf are approved on Nov 5th we can see 20k levels. Also if it's rejected markets may tank a bit, but it should immediately recover though.
6851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: October 12, 2018, 06:57:53 AM
Arsenal, Milan and many other big names of the Europa League win in this round this passing thursday. The surprise was Sevilla not managing to win which is a team which has won a lot of times the Europa League and also has been finalist many other times.

Arsenal is another pretender in my opinion as last year had the bad luck to meet Atletico Madrid in semi finals.
For me as a fan of A.C. Milan I honestly did see that they have struggled during their match against Olympiacos which they held Milan scoreless for the first half. Yes they scored 3 goals for there comeback but it was not in the start of the 70th minute when is started going in there way. Milan by now should be compos after this group stage as I honestly see that they will be dominating their group as there is really no competition , the real competition will start in the playoffs round which Milan will face some big names in Europe.

I'll agree Ac Milan were sluggish in the start but they did played well to score the three goals, I hope this international break helps them recover and come back stronger. I remember the olden days of Kaka where Ac Milan were simply brilliant. It'll be interesting to see how they cope going ahead. Arsenal are a very strong team under their new coach, and this team looks like they can go on and win the trophy.
6852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 12, 2018, 03:56:58 AM
I have never doubted Usman Khwaja ability to play spin on Asian pitches as its in his blood to play on these pitches with his parents coming from Pakistan. I said that he will be the key to Australia saving this test match and he was making an amazing century and facing 302 balls. Travis Head and Tim Paine also helped out along the way facing many balls which also helped Australia save the match. Pakistan did well to make a game out of this so credit goes to both teams. I look forward to the 2nd test match to see which team can get the upper hand.

Australia vs Pakistan had a thrilling finish to their match, there's no doubt Usman saved Australia from an embarrassing defeat. I was really surprised the way Australia played and thought they would loose, but they were lucky to get a draw. Indeed in the second test both the teams would like to come on top and try and win it, shall make it more exciting to watch.

Today India vs West Indies don't expect much resistance from West Indies though they have Roach back, I don't expect him to do any kind of damage to team India famed batting line up. I feel team India will win it comfortably.
6853  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top 5 Predictions of The Future Bitcoin Price on: October 11, 2018, 02:09:30 PM
Today, I look back on the future Bitcoin predictions. And in it I found an article about the top 5 predictions:
1. Kay Van-Petersen: BTC Will Be $100,000 By December 2018
2. Jeet Sighn – BTC will reach at least $50,000 in 2018
3. Dan Morehead- $20,000 by December 2018
4. Arthur Hayes – BTC will hit $50,000 by the end of 2018
5. Tom Lee – BTC will hit 25,000$
https://usethebitcoin.com/top-5-predictions-of-the-future-bitcoin-price/
And to date the value of Bitcoin is about $ 6280 and is on the downward trend. I wonder if these predictions will come true for short periods later this year as many predictions? Or will the current Bitcoin?

Hey of the above predictions only the 3rd one has been completed last year. As for the rest predictions those are inflated numbers and I never believed we would see those so soon, I feel for the year ending we can expect it touch up to 10k, and if it stabilises at 10k then it can touch 20k going ahead in 2019, however do note if on November 5th Sec approves bitcoins etf then we'll see a similar rally we saw last year, when bitcoins futures were announced.

6855  Economy / Economics / Re: Is this the correct time to purchase bitcoins and al-crypto? on: October 11, 2018, 08:04:05 AM
Very few of us have seen first rise and nose-dive of bitcoin. Then came the tremendous growth report of bitcoin which forced the world to take bitcoin and alt-coin seriously. This tremendous growth soon started to get correctly. That is from 16000 USD to ~6200 USD correction has happened so far. As as of now the prices have remained stable about 6000 USD.

Do you think this the better time to go for bitcoin purchase spree again? As from the bitcoin price history bitcoin has shown tendency to spike periodically.
Considering the bitcoin  novelty has worn off across the glob, Now there is sufficient awareness about the bitcoin and crypto. what could be the driving factors If yes then what could be the driving factors for the growth? As previous factors may be less significant this time.

Hey yes I would recommend investing in bitcoins at current levels, these are affordable levels and one should add some % of his savings in bitcoins. While it's true bitcoins is volatile it's yet a must have in your investment portfolio, as this could be used to hedge against inflation and global market meltdowns.

It's pertinent to note that bitcoins was stable for last few days, but lost over 5% of it's value today it happened  suddenly, so it's important to state it's not suitable for risk averse and faint hearted people.

However I believe in the long run it shall once again shoot up, and give us the high returns which it once gave, also remember buy and hodl bitcoins for the long run, do not panic or try to sell in the short term.
6856  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: October 11, 2018, 03:31:42 AM
@vella85 - Exactly, there's no bandwagon on Tomic because he hasn't shown anything as of yet. Sure, when he was young he was very promising but just like the rest of tennis player who reach the pinnacle they lost interest and their career went sour. So he needed to win a couple of tournaments before we can say that he is a change man, otherwise we can call this win just another "one-hit-wonder".

Anyways, does anyone aware of Fernando Verdasco's rant on a ball boy during last month's Shenzhen Open? I was not aware of such incident, but its does look good on Verdasco image.

Hey yes all eyes are indeed going to be on Tomnic he's won a grand slam after 3 years many will expect him to perform better and even try and win other grand slams, surely there's lots of talent in him all he needs to bring it out on the pitch.

I was not aware of such a incident normally it gets reported but then his name is not Serena Williams and he's a male that's why it didn't get covered lol. However it's a really unfortunate event which would have crippled the morale of the boy for a lifetime, agreed he's under pressure however that doesn't give him the right to destroy another human being.
6857  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 New Version Coming Soon! 🎰🎰🎰 on: October 10, 2018, 11:26:13 AM
Some of today's BlackJack action:

The one btc blackjack bets, those are nice numbers to see, there's a member who even tied I don't see that happen usually. It seems post dice, blackjack is the favoured game.

Oh Great! Finally I am able to find a sportsbook website where I can bet safely, thank you for that, you guys are good and hope there won't be any problems after you add sportsbook (delays and etc). Also looking for massive promotions in it.
Btw your website and betting on it was running smoothly, will we see noticable improvement in performance since it was good?

Hey Bitdice loads really quick usually too, considering the amount of UI and graphics they have the site doesn't lag, which is very important for any site. The update is scheduled for 20th October in case you're not aware site shall be down for that day, to roll out the update, post that it should work fine, and even faster. Also keep a eye out for the big promotion from Bitdice as it'll be announced shortly.
6858  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Wallet on: October 10, 2018, 07:35:15 AM
For making a wallet on crypto currency exchange do I need a specific rank or merit?

Hey short answer is no, by the way which exchange asked you this information?. I would recommend you electrum wallet, and not to make a wallet on exchange. If you see exchanges history there're lots of hacking issues, plus you're not in control of your keys and they can shut you out. If you're planning to buy a huge quantity then use a trezor wallet, if you're planning to buy today and forget it for many years then even paper wallet works fine, however my top recommendations is Electrum wallet only.

If you get wis to go for a exchange then opt for coin base had positive experiences with them, but now I don't use them.
6859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Years From Now in Crypto? on: October 09, 2018, 12:55:00 PM
What would be your thoughts and prediction to what will happen in 5 years from now in Crypto?

Do you see higher values?

Do you see less projects?

Do you see a merger of many projects?

Tighter Regulation?

More acceptance?

Society in general?

Hey no one can give you a correct answer as no one knows it, Crypto industry is a very volatile industry where nothing is fixed, it's constantly evolving and changing. I believe crypto market will follow the rule, survival of the fittest, the coin who keeps on giving good returns, scarce in value and with a potential for growth will survive. In all scenario bitcoins will always be there. It's difficult to say what kind of regulation if any will come in effect, with the society growing digital we can see more adoption for cryptos.

Can someone clarify that people are selling javascript codes promising that which are earning 1 BTC to 20 BTC a day from freebitco.in, is there any logic behind this scripts making such amount? or all those are SCAMS?

Anything exists like that?

I could see there are 100's of videos on youtube selling such scripts

Please clarify

These scripts are complete scam, if anyone could earn this much why would they need to sell it, and compromise their methods. There is no legit scripts and YouTube videos are fake, anyone can make them and trick the users so avoid it.
