Confirmed BTC not showing at addess please help

I also used the master seed to uses another wallet to see if the BYc would sho up an nothing. Now SIMPLEX TOLD NE THEY canceled the transaction now they don’t say they did but I have stuff showing was canceled also there was a hold by my bank for 3 days on cash so do u think they would send the BTC if the $ was not cleared? This is why I think the BTC isn’t there even tho it’s showing it is someone help please

If a UTXO is unspent it means it is ready to be spent (not spent yet -> unspent).

Check your address (which should have received the funds) in a block explorer (e.g. blockchain.com).
Enter your address at the top and look if there are any incoming transactions.

What wallet are you using ?

Also, it seems like your xpub is invalid. There is no reason for you to post it publicly. Anyone will be able to derive all addresses ever used by your seed, destroying your whole privacy.

Confirmed or not it should show up in any explorer. Where do you see the BTC showing? If it's from an exchange it's probably not sent yet unless there's a txid provided. Simplex probably did cancel your recent transaction because you said in the last part of your post that it's not showing. Try checking the date of the message when it was sent.

I doubt they will send anything if the money wasn't cleared on your account.

I used the public key to double check and can confirm that it's invalid.

It’s sent to the correct address I can not withdraw the BTC cause every wallet I import the private key with does not show the Correct addess the only wallet that works gives 3 addresses a default an compatible an a legacy an the only address that has the funds is the compatibility address that uses the m/49/0/0 Whig I know nothing about or how to do this but yea I’m confused an the original walleye I cannot get the funds to show in that edge wallet either an my WiFi Is as good as u can have software is all up to date so idk help please ghanks

This is really a weird issue but after reading through your entire thread I couldn't find transaction I'd, no one can help you without that. It seems you have funds in a wallet and you're not able to move them, did you contact wallet support for next time use electrum wallet only, also you're saying you have imported private keys in different wallets are you sure you're checking the correct wallet?
