6862  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason behind the Bitcoin price could reach $50,000 in 2020 on: May 07, 2020, 03:42:09 AM
Here we are again those expert on crystal balls are speaking of their wild guess just because the price is slowly increasing

I can see that BTC is gradually moving its pace as we approach halving but reaching 50k$ soon or even this year would not be happening. The crisis all over thr world is still ongoing and evej though a lot of people wanted to invest to rise demand, there are still people who needed to allocate their funds somewhere. Also we will experience a series of dumps before even going to bullish season first.

Id rather see myself what its direction for the next few months than listening to these self proclaimes analysts
6863  Other / Meta / Re: Bounty task submission method on: May 06, 2020, 11:26:41 AM
Without saying much here I would like to have your thoughts or opinions over this, so we know if this process should be taken into consideration by the forum ADMINISTRATOR. [/i]
They will happily avoid this kind of request mate. This topic has nothing to do on forum. Whatever the problem on bounty submission should at least be solved by those active managers on that section.

There are some manager doing this kind of reports to avoid too many post on the thread.

Btw I used my own personal portal to ask the user to provide PoW, and you can see my bounty threads how clean they are.
I like how you run your campaign mate. Ive been participant before on some of your projects and honestly your one of the managet  provided a neat and an automation stake on your platform. Very helpful to avoid reporting post on thread and spam. Bravo to you @irfanpak_10. Can I ask if that still active?
6864  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fake volume? on: May 06, 2020, 11:04:46 AM
its  easy to identify a fake volume coins or tokens you can check and visit their telegram group if they are persons who really  a supporters of that coins if there are more people .
I dont get why we should join their telegram to know if their volume is fake or not? Some investors are not even joining these social groups for discussion, even some whales playing up those volume doesnt need to be on telegram to do some manipulations.

This is not a good reason. Some projects have little community but you can see the demand on their token/coin on exchanges.

This one is a great tool for technical guy. https://github.com/Whalepool/Bitcoin-Volume-Validator
You can choose Adjusted volume or Reported volume on coinmarketcap.com.
Reported volume: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/reported/
Adjusted volume: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/
or by liquidity: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/liquidity/
This is a nice tool but I beg to disagree for coinmarkcap. I If I were to check the volume Id rather go straight for the exchange where that coin is listed and check the trading cause as many have mentioned here, relying on coinmarketcap data for volume is not helping as they tolerate some volume incurred from manipulations.

Requesting Update to Add some Bounty :

Velas (1 Month) - This is a new brand campaign launch 2 days ago, the campaign was only for Article & Youtube campaign also the coin has been trading and listed to the coinmarketcap so the reward will have some value.

Source :

[2] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5244455.0
I already saw it and actually its interesting. But I only added campaigns that have signature category. The scope of the campaign restrict some users since its requires writing skills. I am actually planning to join this one but looking time to review first their platform so I can write better about this project.

Exchange wise, this is good. But as Ive said, only altcoin campaign with signature category will be added on my list. Sorry, but thanks for the information mate, maybe some here can read your post and joined the said campaign.

Im well followed the thread and the campaign might continue who knows maybe they can include a signature campaign on their next phase.
6866  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [BEWARE]Someone Impersonating Ledger Facebook profile to scam everyone! on: May 06, 2020, 09:02:44 AM
As I look at the comment section, I've seen how people react, some believed it while another says that it was a scam. Thus, we should be mindful, especially those people who tend to believe things without doing a proper research because it's a risk to trust people with money.
I think also that those are fake accounts saying that they even got some rewards when they send necessary amount of bitcoin. This is obvious style of luring others that will fall on the said scam. Let them just message directly first the official Ledger before doing any act to aboid being scammed by those thieves.

Upon checking right now I didn't find that reply up there. Maybe the official account was deleted that scam attempt.
It is easy to spot if there's a scam attempt like this, it must appeal the word "author" and check sign logo beside the name.
This is cool. I didnt recognized that there is now an author text and icon that will appeared on the original poster, this really helps in distinguishing, sorry maybe I am not so active on facebook to noticed that. Barely scrolling from time to time, but this is helpful indeed. Thanks for mentioning.

Btw, this is great that you shared this information. I also checked the page and I don't know if people really sent BTC to that address because I saw people replying to the comment that they already sent some BTC.
Those are part of their team ( the fake ledger commenting) obviously. They have some guts to pull off this low method on scamming. Money is really the root of all evil. Even Ledger has been used on their deceit.
6867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mobile Legends Gambling [Part II] on: May 06, 2020, 08:39:55 AM
a little interesting but why don't you make tournaments using PC games, like dota2 or LOL I think adults prefer PC games rather than phone games.
oh you have part 1 and sound that was successfull, i hope in this part will be more participant, specially in this condition because people are now more active at home. i want to join but im still noob here  Grin Grin Grin
There is a reason why it should be called Part 2 right? If they were going to start PC games then the titled would be little different. Also there is a crisis happening currently and for sure not all players have the luxury to own a PC or any laptop for dota 2. At least mobile legend is something can be played using a mobile phone where users barely needed only to use their phones. This is more realistic in my opinion and I assume some players of dota2 mostly play on internet cafe shop and those are probably for sure closed in the time of locked down.

Also, in my opinion, those who are gullible enough are the only ones who would fall for this scam. It is like saying I would give you BTC but first you pay me, sounds very logical to me LOL.
Your very smart then. For a newbie account to brag about how easy this is. Im sure for other's this is very easy to notice and my goal is only to share this to raise awareness. If your not careful you can see how similar the username of the official page and to the one who comment of course some who are not so familiar with blockchain wouldnt be smart to check the address posted. Some people(investors) are not that efficient to every technicalities of blockchain, so these scammers are wise to put convincing way such as this so here I am helping those people. Anyway thanks for your witty and over confident feedback.

At the very least, just check first if the account is verified like some sort of a check sign beside its name.
Thanks for the advise, maybe you can share photo or image to distinguish this then.

If any platform either its reputed or not will never ask to their user for send money via any kind of social media. But unfortunately our greedy behavior can't control our emotion and eventually someone fall in their trap and that's how they become success on their scam plan.
Yes this is right. From the moment they mentioned thatbin the comment box, thats already a big red flag asking for money and give you some huge reward. I hate to admit but those scammers are quite tricky, but I do hope no one will fall for this.

6870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mobile Legends Gambling [Part II] on: May 05, 2020, 07:12:55 AM
the question is who will be interested to bet for players. Both team need to have their own persons/beter to get the same amount of bet for each team before the game start.
Probably there are forum users who loves playing Mobile Legend especially Asian countries such as Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia.

They will bet for sure for the purpose of having fun, money is just a secondary benefit cause this is a good game to use some time in a boring situation like covid19.

I did play this game but due to very addicting, I stop it. This is much better if those team came from same countries so there would be unity and easy to form strategy since there is a voice messages inside the game making communication very easy for them to create more plan to win the game.

Another type of scammer's method

Kindly check this post on the Official Facebook Page of Ledger and I noticed that there is some message sounds suspicious. I dont think its Ledger but someone is using his name and even Profile picture to send a message as if they are one who really posted it.

https://www.facebook.com/743858569004699/posts/3035212486535951/?substory_index=0

I checked the wallet on the post and it has no bitcoin at all. How come Ledger has no bitcoin on his purse. Means this is a scammer wallet address. Just want to warn those who will read this on social media cause they are commenting directly on official social site of Ledger so maybe some will believe that they giving away like what on the photo.

Maybe if there are to remove on relation to bitcoin are the altcoin market's worse bad karma and that are those scam projects.

The market needs revision and some sort of restriction. Im not saying ICOs are bad but 90% of those new projects are probably just PnD tokens. How would this coulf help on the bitcoin or blockchain economy?

If given chance to restart, I'll go back to the time ICOs werent famous yet and suggest to abort this and jump from IEO processes to avoid scam projects by new altcoin. There is a thread somewhere I saw about a topic on removing altcoins, somehow I did understand what he wants probably fed up by those scam ones.

Seeing those removed will have good feedback on major crypto and probably will have a healthy market without worrying for any scam coins and tokens.

Hi Im from Philippines and noticed this huge Peso Bill on your image. So you are partnered with Bayad Center? Can you expound how the remmitance like that can work on your joint venture. Interesting that we can convert our php currency into more different currencies, hope you add more currency on the future and adds some services that working on our Country. By the way, dont you have any telegram group for discussion and only telegram page foe announcement? Ive check the site and this the only one that appeared. I have more questions but I think its not good to plug it all here but more appropriate on a social app like that. I do hope you create one, thank you.
6876  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In your opinion, which coins should still exist and be in the top 10 in 3 year? on: May 04, 2020, 07:35:37 AM
My opinion is Binance Coin (BNB) although this can be skeptical because exchanges often don't exist or develop for a long time. However, they are unlike other exchanges, they still keep the growth speed and introduce new features constantly so the price is still quite good despite the bad market conditions.
This is my pick too. I like Binance platform, although I dont wanna go under KYC process but them is an exemption to that. Ive bee using this platform for more than 3 years and did give me any headache regarding transaction error or any loss of fund. I alwayd participated on their IEO but too sad that were able to won only one time since then, also for holding their coin there is much privilege to achieve like joining their voting, chance to win on their giveaway, and some trading bonus sometime.

Also their fiat supported is growing so I thinkd thats a plus. Aside from BTC this coin will be one of my biggest holding on my portfolio.

Also we need a market for cryptocurrency and having them as top 1 market I assume they will be here for a very long time and its gonna be hard for them to go down that easy.
6877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Safe Campaigns in the Altcoin sections to join. Dont waste your time with others on: May 04, 2020, 07:25:45 AM
Cartesi bounty ends before this thread is created, so Cartesi is not on the list. If only Cartesi bounty was still running when this thread was created I think Cartesi would be one of the projects listed here.
Sorry if I did started the thread. But foe everyone's information before I joined Bestchange campaign, my old campaign is cartesi signature. You are right, if that time I decided to post this thread cartesi will be here of course provided its my signature before.

For me running another campaign right after the first has finished is a flag, because they need to pay the first participants first before running another one.

What if they are just here to scam?and only wanted to have more victims that's why they need to open another bounty while many are still waiting for payments?
This is business and probably they are just accepting clients. Im not defending them, but thats how bounty in altcoin sections works for in demand campaign manager like him. Even Arteezy is like this, but still able to caught up with payment terms. I understand if your opinion is a red flag for you, however I think altcoin bounty has been long time lile this, delayed is expected as always.

Hello you might wanna add Boogle Browser

This is almost feels like using Google browser, based on its name you can suspect its an affiliated company but its not. Its a different project and just recently launch. Same with Brave, there is a token earned from using it.

Currently Im using it to do some search and earning their boo tokens. You can earn 0.001 boo token per search.

They are also trading their token on Digifinex and Latoken Exchange.

As you can see they are listed already on coinmarketcap, check out the details regarding anything about this project here:

The funny part of all this is when you receive this email and you do not even own a website of your own, wild miss scammers  Grin
This is normally address to a lot of emails and these scammers are checking if few of those recipient will click the bait. Its common sense for people who doesnt really have a website to ignore this, but there are some probably that will get nervous especially those bloggers that dont have any idea about hacked or phishing. Yes maybe the goal is too shallow and not so surprising but this is not new method. Ive been receiving dozen of emails claiming my posession was compromized even the funny part as you mentioned that you dont own that shit. Haha

Goodluck to these shallow ideas scammers thinking found it very lame. But thanks OP for informing as always caution is a must.
