6921  Economy / Economics / Re: Would blockchain technologies continue Its development without cryptocurrency? on: October 20, 2018, 09:18:23 PM
Blockchain can be used and is applicable for companies when they want a certain upgrade for their systems. And some are already applying it so even without crypto's they can use and adopt it.

But I've heard a blockchain "expert" said that blockchain wouldn't grow that far if bitcoin isn't associated to its growth.
6922  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 New Version Coming Soon! 🎰🎰🎰 on: October 20, 2018, 08:52:39 PM
looking forward to that, but mostly interested what is your sportsbook gonna be like
hope it doesn't disappoint and delivers competitive odds
as for the update rescheduled, it is better to have all the things properly tested and re-tested
and roll it out whenever you are ready, as it is usually an update-maintenance straight after and more downtime
I wouldn't give myself a mystery of thinking about this, let's all hope for the best until 27th.  Smiley

Delaying the update is better than rushing it without fixing all system issues just to say you've launched it on time.
6923  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positives in Speculation. on: October 20, 2018, 08:22:35 PM

The closest mainstream adoption that's about to come is the Bakkt.

Lot of rumors came out and speculations that this will trigger the bull run. Not yet confident unless we see it face to face on how would the adoption be.
Adoption as already started, 10 years ago very soon.
But the process was and is progressive. I think we still need a couple of years to see mainstream adoption.
10 years ago? isn't that bitcoin was launched year 2009? so there's still no adoption by that time because there is no bitcoin to adopt. Few more years for institutions to adopt bitcoin and accept that bitcoin isn't something that they can ignore.

And that can be the start of it when Bakkt starts.
6924  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [10-13-2018] Is 2018 a waste if if bitcoin prices don’t recover? on: October 20, 2018, 07:53:06 PM
always remember: you lost nothing until you cash out  Wink
If you can take all the drops then you are doing fine. Also if this isn't your first time to experience drops then you're still good. To the early holders this drop means nothing and its fine whether it recovers or not.

The most concerned people are those who bought at the highest price then the price suddenly drops.
6925  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advise for transferring money overseas to buy BTC from the US on: October 19, 2018, 10:41:24 PM
I wouldn't trust an exchange that requires an ID and the only payment method is through remittance centers e.g WU & Moneygram.

If you have PayPal, there are exchanges where you can conveniently trade without worries.

1. Use Bitcoin ATMs. Fees could be high compared to using an exchange though.
2. Trade with individuals in P2P platforms such as Paxful, Localbitcoins using PayPal, Skrill etc. (beware of chargebacks) or face-to-face.
3. If you're European, try to use Bitstamp, Bitfinex, Coinbase, Coinmama, BitPanda etc.
Virwox can be his option too for using PayPal.

I'm really confused about this as people can always keep using Moneygram to buy btc at the cheap price and then flip it. Is there anything behind those Moneygram transfers? I am just cautious
How much is that cheap btc?

When you send money to them, you don't have any guarantee that they'll send you back the BTC you purchased.
6926  Economy / Speculation / Re: Positives in Speculation. on: October 19, 2018, 10:20:27 PM
Steve Wozniak has been known to be bullish and investor of bitcoin so if he joined a blockchain company that isn't new anymore. Well, its still Steve Wozniak of Apple that brings more credibility to the market.

Those aren't the good and positive news that came out but the market hasn't be so reactive after those news. I think I'm believing what they are saying that bull run is imminent.
Bull run to me has always been imminent and we are not even close to any mainstream adoption yet, and then imagine what would happen with mainstream adoption in the long run. For now, one way or the other, the optimism in the market is rising, we are getting to see some interests from big investors, and likelihood of seeing some little rally even in the short term, but however things turn out, I am so certain that bull run is something we will get to see eventually as we start hitting new ATH than we would imagine. Patience is all we just need to have in this space.

6927  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Result of vote: ICOs or Top Altcoins? on: October 19, 2018, 09:40:29 PM
37 users in total doesn't represent the whole community but its only few individuals that are investing into new projects. And creating a poll that doesn't have bitcoin? why you didn't include bitcoin to your poll?

I doubt it that ICO has still the potential to go on for the next years to come.
6928  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are there any tips for taking short-term profits in cryptocurrency? on: October 19, 2018, 09:20:32 PM
Don't chase after big benefits. I think point of short-term is quick money, not always big. Just check the rates and predict its tendences for nearest time.
Short term profits are tend to be low and don't expect something big can come out of it unless your capital is quite high. But risk in short term can be measured depending on how good you are spotting a coin that can fluctuate daily.

The process of making some profit with short term is you should look after those coins that came from dip.
6929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum (ETH) Long Term Price Forecast on: October 18, 2018, 09:26:04 PM
Support's level too damn low. I'm losing my patience now and regret that I bought it around $400 and never sold when its up by $500.

I hold all my ETH,I think it'll be 1k $ soon.
I aim for that but I guess we have to wait longer.
6930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CyberMiles - Blockchain Optimized for E-commerce on: October 18, 2018, 09:00:22 PM
Its ranked 65 and someone already said that this coin is going to make it at the top 100 and it really did. I didn't listened to that random guy who shared his thought about Cybermiles and it seem that this coin is quickly doing it.

But I'm sorry to cut your expectation, I don't think that's going to happen. $1 in a month seems not going to happen for this month and I guess even at the end of the year.

Maybe you right Cybermiles price will not going up 1$ for thins month or next month, but that will happen if prcie bitcoin going up in 10K USD. In my opinion . But,  i hope end this years wil happen same like end years 2017
I'm bullish if its bitcoin and that's possible for it to be back on $10,000 but no one has the crystall ball to say when exactly it will. And there will be a domino effect on it, so bitcoin increases, alts would do as well including this CMT.
6931  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scam Attempt on Facebook on: October 18, 2018, 08:39:48 PM
Seriously those scammers don't know what they are talking about, they just fool people to send to a "miner address". I've been receiving same messages from those people but I'm just ignoring them.

To be honest, I want to have that type of conversation but its just a waste of time. I hope newbies there won't be fooled by these scammers. Ignore them when you receive the same message.

6933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: blockchain.com via Twitter: "Something "big" is coming" on: October 18, 2018, 07:29:46 PM
This keeps on confusing me and now that I've got some suggestions coming from all of you, this is interesting.

The top guesses:

1. An airdrop / ICO
2. Hardware wallet

If that's an airdrop, I guess those who submitted their email to get notified will receive their tokens.  Cheesy
6934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BAT, the next new coin on Coinbase? on: October 18, 2018, 06:55:56 PM
ZRX (0x) has been added so its not impossible.

Its only about time and to those that holds it, you have to be calm and just wait for their announcement. I'm sure that they are going to add more of it which has been said.
6935  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is a master node? on: October 17, 2018, 07:34:07 AM
Hi everyone,  I have a question that what is a master node and how it is different from other coins??  Huh
Masternode isn't a coin that can be different from other coins. By running a masternode, you need to have the specific and required amount of coins to hold on their respective wallets to receive reward. For example with masternodes.online, you see "# required" and how much is that minimum required coins in $. You'll see how much potential income you'll get daily with it.

There are many descriptions about its basics if you google it and be careful with choosing any of them because there are scammers that are also using masternodes so people would buy their coins.
6936  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How much bitcoin should you buy? on: October 17, 2018, 06:59:35 AM
Depending on what you afford to lose. This word has been said many times but it seems that some still can't get it.

That's not only about how much money you have, what if you've got a lot to spend but you are in doubt of bitcoin? calculate the possible risk that you are about to take so you know how much you will spend.
6937  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency requires small spaces for discussion on: October 17, 2018, 06:29:02 AM
Where do you live? if most of the people on your discussion doesn't have broad knowledge with bitcoin, you'll still stick to the large discussions and forum like bitcointalk.

Have you found a local board of your country here in the forum? or you can start with yourself and learn while you are here. And if you think that you had enough to share, do it to your local discussion.
6938  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Airdrop Tracker on: October 17, 2018, 02:04:08 AM
There is no such thing as a free token or coin.
You are required to do a task no matter how little it is.
Yes you do such thing like small tasks but its cost you nothing, its cost you no penny to have their tokens if its legitimate. I don't believe with airdrops but literally its a free way to have tokens. But the question is, how worthy are those tokens?

and 10% of them easily gets listed on exchanges.
I don't believe with this percentage, most of those tokens aren't even reaching the exchanges. I think its just around 5% and most of them are scam so most of the time you get nothing out of those small tasks.

Everytime random guys are not right, but if there is not our pose then it is ok to listen everyone.

Once I have chance to get cybermiles tokens but it was my mistake that I regret to grab that chance and few weeks later price of cybermiles started pumping.

1$ is possible if someone pump that. Lol
There's nothing wrong listening to everyone's opinion, we may get some lesson with it though I can be wrong too but that's base on my opinion so that's why I said it.

Okay going to possibility, if bitcoin would increase dramatically then that force would also be distributed to CMT.
6940  Other / Politics & Society / Re: US or China: Who would win the AI race? on: October 17, 2018, 12:07:47 AM
US would win this race.

Be like this: China invents the greatest AI and will be offered to US.

*US buys it, China makes money and just reinvent similar to it. While US did nothing but bought all the credits and liabilities that's what they have been doing effortlessly.

But don't forget about Japan.
