Pretty sure PayPal does NOT do wire transfer, as it's way more expensive than ACH (wire around $25, ACH around $0). Have a screenshot of them specifying wire?

I like seeing these in Currency Exchange, since they're not really Goods. The Move Topic link is available to all topic creators (use word search to find it).

ACH withdrawals (what PayPal does) are extremely reversible.
If you had a PayPal debit card, you could mail it and the PIN to someone in the U.S. who paid you BTC (or escrowed to make sure they got a usable card), who could use it to withdraw the balance, or pay for stuff, if it's not an even enough amount for ATMs to spit out.

PMd.
ETA: Whoever else PMd needed to post in this thread that they did so, so me and probably others didn't waste our time (and miss sleep waiting).

Since PayPal is reversible for at least 161 days, you're between a rock and a hard place, and their terms of service.

I think if you put delivery confirmation on a small First Class padded envelope (any padded envelope with a First Class postage-paid label) and maybe add a piece of cardboard for some stiffness it should make it cross country in 2 postal days. I had my first cash in mail receipt do this, but no cardboard, just padded envelope. You can print out shipping labels at the discounted Commercial Plus shipping rate, I believe, with https://paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now

Yeah if you don't use the symbol converter as described in the OP, definitely do number BTC instead of BTC number.

If you're an American, when you type $50 do you read it as United States Dollars 50, or 50 dollars? I read it as 50 dollars. Same logic with BTC50. 50 bitcoins, not bitcoins 50.

As long as they have a warrant, they are coming in!!! As far as Post 9/11 thing, all they have to do is look at the internet useage and they should be able to tell whats going on. Its not like they cant see and read EVERY email/message/txt/pic that you send thru the internet now. Would laugh my ass off at the Po-Po if they came thru my door. If you break it, you bought it. and every second the servers are down, they will get a bill for whatever was lost in revenues from them coming thru the door and acting all bad ass like a grow op is going on. Remember they are not allowed to TOUCH you, unless they are arresting you, its called assault, but do not provoke them! Be nice and ask them what they are looking for and any damage they do take a picture and send it to an email address, oh yeah lock your phone after doing that, and you do not have to give them the password to any computer/phone/ipad or anything. no matter what they say. All you need to say is I need to let me see the search warrant, and if they dont have one, look them straight in the face and say FUK OFF, you do not have my permission to enter this residence and close the door. Now if you do happen to be running a grow op and miners, your an IDIOT!!!!!
They can come in without a warrant, or one they obtained by perjuring the affidavit. Don't own a dog unless you want it shot for being "threatening". Also, you may want to buy a pair of handcuffs, just so you can cuff yourself prior to "dynamic entry" and stretch your arms above your head to have less chance at getting shot. America is effectively a police state when there are no _real_ repercussions for criminals with badges, and civil rights laws such as the ones in the Constitution and USC are printed on .gov toilet paper. "Qualified immunity" is a brown stain all over the thin blue line, which I wanted to join before I learned that using "officer's discretion" to favor civil rights and spite facially unconstitutional laws, can result in sanctions or termination, only empowering tyrants in the ranks.
