Still waiting... its today 21 February, we nearly at March now, Since they cant deliver.. they are now 21 days too late.

Can u explain me this, how u have calculate it? They promis me mid-late January. How must i calculate? Or how do you know that 15 march is the deathline for refunds?  Yes, companies building bitcoin printing machines and not shipping them on time after having proved to have the "tech ready" are probably low on cash.
Legend, the deadline for refunds for batch 3 is the 15th of March.

I guess if you order a EVO 3 now, they react directly while u banktransfer over to them. then they react like friendly. But i guess after you paid, they will let you wait without updating nothing. EVO 3 will never be a succes. Too many trolls about hashfast. I think the Evo 3 is just the old Sierra made with the new boards that aren't f*k'd. I'm sure you could get 675 out of the current boards if not more, (unless they melt at that speed). They did this kind of run up for Batch 3 & 4 and I was enough of a moron to believe them when I saw someone I'd heard of form the Rails community as a VP. But it's a punch in the gut, "we'll deliver all of batch 4 by March 31st." then "come buy a better box if you pay today you'll get it first week of April." WTF?
I've also noticed that there are no Sierra's in the order chain...and it seems only IceDrill has gotten any. I'll be following the federal court case to see what happens.
The deserve the name ScamFast more and more everyday.

Hashfast , had response me 10 february, and i still got no fcking 10k refund. menn.
Im from order 3226 and 2992. 1 sierra and 1 babyjet. batch 3.
They fcking nearly 20 days too later after deathline, and still no refund.
They really dont give a fck about us.

I swear to god that they has changes their companyname from Hashfast LCC ..... to Hashfast Technologies. its about 3 weeks ago.. Do they play with us? Did anyone actually successfully set up arbitration with them? Setting up an arbitration with them is a really simple process, that can be done online as well in the case of AAA. That's not the problem. The problem is that they will continue to ignore you as well, even if you enter in a binding arbitration with them. By the time that the arbitrator gets you your award, they will probably have closed shop or something. This is why i love how Morici's lawsuit calls them in as individually responsable, and not only for the LLC companies. |

im batch 3, and im still waiting for my refund since they said to me that they will process my refund, last reaction was 2 february on e-mail.
Im expect my money in the week of 16-21 february. Hope they will hold their word. Because its about 10K men.
Hashfast is really 1 of the baddest company with no any communication between company and customers.
If they delay like this but at least update their customers like cointerra, then it will not blow like this tread...but it is already wors... and the support make it even worser..at the moment you think that it cant be worser.. lol
At least if u are too late, be honest and let people know the steps instead be quiet, that is not the way how you should work like a company, they will never come back ever again. but i guess hashfast has everything that related that they are exactly the opposite of doing things good. Trade their own rules, make new TOS, ridicilious!
