701  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Big Dev Teams Successful?? on: October 22, 2017, 10:24:35 PM
Big teams can definitely do well if they are structured and have defined roles outcomes. Not everyone is a developer and there is a need for managers, marketing teams, and other functions. However, sometimes quality is better than quantity. Review teams and roles and make sure you understand the outcomes planned and timelines.

I think testimonials are even more important than developers. We can know an ICO or online business is legit or not is from the testimony of the people who use it and the investors who make the investment. After all, how can we know they are using such great and trusted developers? Maybe we should do some more research to find out good developers and reliable ICO.

703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should we use Bitcoin in daily purchases? on: October 21, 2017, 08:17:49 AM
Sending bitcoin is not stressful, bitcoin transactions are instant but it is confirmation that may or can take some little time due to bad network some time but in most cases it is instant. Secondly it is very hard to make mistake during bitcoin transactions because almost all the step e.g wallet I d is copy and past or you scan it so it is hard to make mistake during bitcoin transactions, bitcoin has make transactions easier and striegth forward then any other mode of payment.

I think you're a bit wrong little friend. The Bitcoin transaction a few years ago was instant, but I guess now all Bitcoin transactions are not instant anymore. That's because Bitcoin prices are soaring and Bitcoin users are also jumping. And of course the fee also jumped, the higher the fee, the faster the transactions will be made.

For transaction issues, I do not think everyone wants to use Bitcoin as a transaction tool. At least not for now, as most middle people like me just use Bitcoin as a invesment tool. Some people do not even want to sell their Bitcoins at all. So if I want to pay bills and buy food, I think I should just use cash or dollars from my salary.

But for some rich people, they use Bitcoin because it is simple and easy to deal with.
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if BTC was Banned? on: October 21, 2017, 08:10:36 AM
Well, the big question is are you willing to go to jail in order to defend your BTC stash? I don't know. If such a situation arises, then I am not sure what I will do. More than 50% of my net wealth is in the form of Bitcoin. But is it worth going to prison? Perhaps yes. But there is no guarantee that the BTC prices will not crash before I get out of the prison.

That's the right thinking, and I totally agree. The first time we decide to invest Bitcoin, we have taken the risk .. and when we have a lot of money in our Bitcoin wallet, then the risk is also great. Bitcoin prices can change at any time, which is why the risk is always there without going to jail though.

If someday there is a situation where we are thrown into jail for Bitcoin, I think the government must work very hard to catch all people who use Bitcoin. I think that's impossible to do, because it's just trying to catch and imprison people around the world who download movies illegally via torrent.  Grin
705  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: October 21, 2017, 08:05:33 AM
Really a matter of good investments and always people go crazy with new financial literacy and to earn as fast as rocket to the market. All of us believe that bitcoin will become the currency of the future or in the whole world. Bitcoin today has many accept payments like airplane tickets, bookings hotel, purchase products online and even withdraw real cash money thru ATM bitcoin. The development for almost 7 years is really a massive and unbeatable currency of the century. I am looking forward to the next year for bitcoin.

The most simple reason is that people use Bitcoin as a tool for investment and not for shopping. As you've said, many people say that Bitcoin will be the currency of the future and will change the way of transactions around the world. Society will not bring cash again but the smartphone alone is enough. Although in the traditional market must keep cash in use.

Just look at Bitcoin prices 3 years ago, and try to compare with the current Bitcoin price. The difference is very significant is not it? Now think about what will happen in the next 3 years?
706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: October 21, 2017, 07:54:29 AM
I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential
I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well
But what do you think about it after 100 years ?
We should always believe in ourselves and in bitcoin that it will survive more than one hundred years. Yes maybe it will disappear but im I think it will just transform into a better currency where it will helps other people to survive and help them to get out towards the poverty. Many people will get a new ideas and knowledge that gives them courage to do more things in order to survive in the society that they live in.

I think someone has said that Bitcoin Blockchain will run out after 140 years. That's because every block is always picked up by half every day.

But if Bitcoin is going to be there after 100 years, I do not think anyone knows about it. As you say, people will always develop technology in such a way as to help our lives to be even better. And if someday Bitcoin ends, I think someone will replace it and get better. Cryptocurrency is not just Bitcoin alone.
707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: October 20, 2017, 11:09:54 AM
In the past, i only knew the game dice. Had several times got a jackpot. However, overtime my profit position changed to minus. Until finally, decided to do trading than gambling. More often use altcoin, ie clams.

I don't really win that much in gambling games like dice and roulette but they are my favorite gambling past time game. I always play them online with some balances or numbers I get from faucets. It is not that I am not hoping to win but the thing is, gambling or playing either dice or roulette, is so much fun.

That's great if you think gambling is fun, and not expecting much from gambling. Especially if you expect profit from gambling. For me, I just like to play coin-flip and HI-LO games. I do not really like games that are too complicated, so I take a simple one. One click and one way, we can immediately know the result. We can lose and profit in the blink of an eye.
708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people are sharing tips? on: October 20, 2017, 10:58:44 AM
I started from nothing too, newbie if I may add. And it's hard. I can feel the burden of newbies, certainly now that there are lot of trust issues about farm accounts. There are flooded threads and we can not blame newbies to post same questions. That is why I like sharing tips too. Maybe my post can be trashed, but I really pray that they already read every help they can get. My few experiences can also help others to start clean and properly.

Yes, that could be an excuse to do good by helping others. But for a more realistic and sensible reason is because people want to get a reputation and a good name. Most also write tips and threads because they want to follow the Signature Campaign. If you just post something, it seems it will look normal. But if we are also active in making threads, surely it will seem as if we are an active member and good in this forum.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favorite coin for investment on: October 20, 2017, 06:11:32 AM
My favourite coin in no particular order are Spectre, Bitcoin, Ethereum, PIVX!  Spectre became my favourite because of  legitimacy of it's idea and problem it's trying to solve! The Spectre token will change the way trades are made on financial exchanges all around the world!

Wow, you have good ideas and thoughts about Spectre. But my favorite is Bitcoin. In terms of price and stability, Bitcoin prices always jumped up. Very good and very easy to be invested.

My next favorite coin is Ethereum, with the current mining system, I think Ethereum could be the solution for crypto mining.

I also like Litecoin, since I first met Bitcoin, I've also seen Litecoin. I think Litecoin is quite popular, although I do not know why the price of Litecoin could be outdone by Ethereum.

The last one is Dogecoin. Why can I like Dogecoin? Because the price never changes. We use cash or dollars because the flat and not changed much. That is why, Dogecoin can be used as a transactional solution for people who want to use crypto whose price is unchanged.
710  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why 99% Alt Coin Will Fail? A Case Study on: October 20, 2017, 06:03:40 AM
I like most of your point but the one I like most is that most people wants to run a company and be an enterprenuer without having any sound knowledge of how to market it, there is difference when you get to the real market proper, I have started some business and I know how competitive the space is. My advice is not to stick to any project long term because most will fail and better idea will pop up.

New coins appear everyday. I guess your talk is true. Some of them will succeed, but most of them will fail. Currently, some of the coins we know in the market, are few and can be counted with our fingers. For example let me mention: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dash, Zcash, Monero, and some others.

When compared with the number of other coins, definitely the coin above is nothing.
711  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Earn Ethereum ? on: October 20, 2017, 05:57:25 AM
As far as I know we can earn ETH coins through airdrops, signature and bounty campaigns.

I think they are not directly giving you ETH, they will give lot amount of coins where you have to convert them to ETH. The only way if an altcoins project is successful then you can convert those ETH.

I think there are Campaigns for other crypto too, not just Bitcoin. But the easiest way to earn ETH is from joining Signature Campaign. And then collect some Bitcoin from those Campaigns, after that you can convert them to ETH. Just like the way you said. I only know about Signature Campaign for Bitcoin, I do not really know about Signature Campaign for other coin like ETH. So, I suggest you collect some Bitcoin to convert it to ETH.
712  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use BTC as a digital currency for paying online ? on: October 19, 2017, 09:46:51 AM
I haven't tried it yet but there are stores that are advertised giving information that they are on the process of accepting bitcoin as payment. But I am not really into spending it online. Still there are trust issues that are needed to have more transparent informations and transactions.

I think you can still use Bitcoin for online transactions. It is the same as the transactions using dollar and other currency. The key of doing transaction in the web is : Make sure your seller is legit and not scam. How to verify that person is a honest person ? You can ask through forum online and facebook groups. In my country, we have the most trusted online forum that can verify all people who do transactions online.

I not having that much bitcoin where I can buy products on online by paying bitcoin as payment more. Currently I am holding bitcoin as a asset where each day price is increase and also I am investing some of my holding to altcoins because it’s right time to invest on altcoins.

Same as me. I only use Bitcoin as an investment. But I do not invest in Alt because I do not really trust Alt. Maybe I only trust ETH for other crypto than BTC.
713  Economy / Speculation / Re: This guy predicts bitcoin to be $20,000 in 2 years. What do you think? on: October 19, 2017, 09:34:59 AM
I believe the value will explode in a couple of years. What do you think all the potential investors with real serious cash are going to do, once Bitcoin reaches $10.000? Sooner or later, we'll see an influx of the big guys, wall street gets onboard, banks, state money, etc. We're still experiencing the startup period, the increase in value we're witnessing now is just a glimpse of what's to come.

Good words. I personally doubt Bitcoin will reach $ 20,000 in 2 years .. but we know that Bitcoin ever reach the number 10 times in a matter of a few months or approximately 1 year. Let's see in the future what will happen to Bitcoin sometime in the future. Bitcoin may indeed reach that number, but it may take more than 2 years. This is just my opinion.
714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: October 18, 2017, 10:11:19 PM
which I often see in Gambling that people who want to stop it must be out of gan's capital to gamble again. because if the gambler is mostly if baseball have the capital must be goods or whatever he has definitely sold to make Gambling capital again. and if the person has stopped Gambling must have the person baseball have the capital and no longer have the goods that would be sold by the person because the goods were already sold for Gambling capital

It's actually pretty easy to know when to stop. That is the time when you have run out of money in one day. When you gamble and lose a lot, make sure you still have money to eat and pay the household bills. Make sure you do not go broke and have to get out of your job because of debt. Because the most important thing of Gambling is: Never owe or borrow money to gamble. You do not know when you'll win and lose but gamble money that is not yours to gamble? Should not.

Become a gambler legit, but do not expect to get rich with Gambling. If that happens, then you're lucky. Keep Gambling, and keep paying the bills.
715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: October 18, 2017, 10:04:43 PM
You should cut your lose it is a greater sign that you must have to stop of what you are doing because it is gotten worse every time. You must not let your emotion to control over you if you are playing Gambling because every time you lose there's a big possibility that you might lose again. Take a break, a day or two will do just don't let yourself get addicted it is also a sign that you are controlled by your emotion.

Let me get this straight, you gamble and lose. I want to give you an example: You lose steadily in a few days, so you get a big loss in a week. Then you want to cover your losses by Gambling again. It does not matter.

The problem is here. Take a good look: If you want to make a Profit in one day, it is impossible. If you want to cover your losses, you should do the Gambling carefully and do not get greedy in a day. You have to prepare enough money to gamble every day. Do not exceed the limit even if you've lost, if the money in one day is up .. you continue the next day. Up here understand? The point is, you do not spend all your money in one day.

The end result: If you do not make a Profit as well, and even increase your losses, then you seem to have to stop Gambling for good. But the good thing is, you do not have to be in debt because of Gambling losses. It's because you're limiting yourself not to be greedy in a day. And you always know when to stop when your money is up, and when you've got the Profit.
716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling loses and wins on: October 18, 2017, 09:55:58 PM
I've just gamble occassionally and mostly I am just doing sports betting , I am proud to say that I have more win the lose because I only bet with the team that I think will win especially on NBA , since I've been a fan since I was a kid I always have this feeling who was gonna win and most of the time I am correct

The feeling of winning is indeed a great feeling but if we only care about profit then we are going to be stressed. It is better for us to only play for fun so that we dont have to worry about this kind of thing. Too much worrying about it is useless because we know that we cant win in gamble so there is really no point to do that. Whatever we do , we will lose

You have the point. Some people who use Gambling as a tool to have fun are only for the rich. The middle or poor people, will use Gambling as a tool to get rich quick. Unfortunately, if you do not know how and not mentally ready .. you will fall. To win the gamble, just take the example of poker .. it takes strategy and extra calculations. You must know the formula and you must know how to beat the system.

You have to prepare mentally, if you want to make Gambling as a tool for fun, then you should not be too complacent with it. And if you want to profit from Gambling, you also have to know when to stop when your money is running low. Do not let your debt because of Gambling.
717  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is ICO and why every day new coin is there on: October 18, 2017, 09:39:02 AM
Always do your research when looking into ICOs and make sure you take the time to read everything including white papers, who the dev team is what other projects they worked on, and if they actually exist.  There are a large amount of ICO scams out there. Be very careful.

I think reading whitepapers is important, but the most important thing is the testimony of users and investors. If we just look at the developer profile only, it can deceive us. Because who knows that ICO is falsifying their developer profile? Yes, we should read the news and always do the research as you say. But in my opinion, the testimony remains the most important.
718  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in alts in 2018. on: October 18, 2017, 09:32:27 AM
I recommend Ethereum because the coin is very useful (smart contract Ethereum) is one of the facilities he has. Very useful for the future and I believe the value of Ethereum will be worth several years ahead. So set aside some Ethereum now

Yes, everyone recommended Ethereum. But I have a question, I am confused why the coin that existed before ETH could lose the price. Like one example Litecoin, why Litecoin can lose the price with other new coins .. I think that coin is pretty good and it's one of the best coin. I also make it as one of my favorite coins back then. I think Litecoin will jumped, but it turned out to be defeated by Ethereum. There is also a saying about the development of technology and protocol on Ethereum by some developers that they said could surpass the price of Bitcoin someday. It's hard to imagine, but we'll see.

I think every altcoin price will increase with time. But I suggest to invest in Bitcoin for now. However, if you want to invest in altcoin, you can try Ethereum because that is the only one I think it's best.
719  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty campagnes at the moment? on: October 18, 2017, 09:28:16 AM
You can check in here :

I suggest you see it for yourself and search which one is the best for you. There's a lot of bounty, campaign, airdrop, and maybe a giveaway out there .. but I do not really know about which one is best and the bounty list is running. I also do not know how many campaigns are running.

No one has created a thread like the one here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

Maybe someday you will create your own thread.
720  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How long bitcoin will survive ? on: October 18, 2017, 04:08:37 AM
No one can say if Bitcoin's gonna survive for another decade but for i think there's a high chance that it will base on it's past performance, just like internet before it's not that popular but look at it now almost our everyday life is related to internet. I think Bitcoin's gonna survive for a really long time and more and more people are gonna use it..

I never remember or feel when our lives are not influenced by the internet. I always live with the internet from small to adult. Maybe you live longer than me, hahaha. For me, Bitcoin is an idea. Like social media or other innovations, I think Bitcoin also resembles the invention of clocks, electricity, and lights. So I guess Bitcoin will always be there forever.

I can not imagine that Bitcoin will disappear someday in the future, and how to get rid of Bitcoin. Hopefully with the development of technology, Bitcoin will also continue to grow .. or maybe there is a better solution than Bitcoin. We can not predict the technology in the future.

Smartphones were also considered impossible, but in fact now no one who does not have a smartphone.
