701  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 07, 2022, 09:27:26 PM
This is Pakistan,  Ladies and babies

Naseem Shah hit two sixes to shatter the dreams of Indians and destroyed Afghanistan.

What a finish. I have no words right now. Too much excitement  Smiley Smiley
It was a really strong comeback by Afghanistan defending a small total. I was expecting this to be an easy chase for Pakistan and then when i saw the scoreboard they lost 9 wickets and i thought Afghanistan would win the match and ruin my bets as i placed a bet on Pakistan to win considering the low score and Naseem Shah saved the day  Kiss.

So Pakistan and Sri Lanka will play the final right.
What a nail biting finish today of the match. Out of nowhere Naseem made the day for Pakistan. Afghanistan played really well undoubtedly and were almost near the win, maybe the bowler couldn't handle the pressure at the end and went to overdo things. Anyways it's still a long way in future for Afganistan they are now becoming as a 5th big team of Asia which has the capability to defeat the big teams as well. Final between Pakistan and Sri Lanka would really be an interesting one. After the super 4 matches i have to say it's uncertain.
702  Economy / Speculation / Re: Suppose Bitcoin Price start to rise in 6 week to $30,000 -will you buy or sell ? on: September 04, 2022, 07:00:53 PM
If an invisible Elites decides to buy $24 billion dollars worth of Bitcoin and Bitcoin price rise to $30 k or $40 k , how many people do you think will buy more Bitcoin? Or how many people will sell to cash quick thinking in 6 months times Bitcoin price will fall bellow $10k ?
I think even if the Bitcoin price surprisingly starts to increase tomorrow onwards, the growth to ATH isn't going to be very linear, you will see many drops, corrections and reversals. I think the market would work sideways for a few months before we start another bull run. But on the other hand, I feel we are going to be in a great FOMO this time when the market comes back up so weak hands should be really careful while playing the bull market whenever it comes obviously. For me personally if once bitcoin reaches 40k area I will sell for once and wait for the next big correction to buy more. 40k is the psychological barrier now and is not going to be that easy to flip.
703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 04, 2022, 06:46:42 PM
Mistakes from India at the depth overs made Pakistan win at the last over with a ball left. During the 18th over India got a chance, but dropped catch of Asif Ali from Arshdeep Singh once again kept the momentum of Pakistan continue. During the 19th over, the pressure on bowler continued. Somehow things got close with the 20th over, and finally in the 5th ball of the over with 4 Pakistan won the match. Since 2014 it is the first time India is losing to Pakistan in Asia Cup.

A lot of drama all around and in the end, it was Pakistan who crossed the finish line and was a winner.  Yes, Arshdeep Singh dropped the catch but then Fakhar also gave 2 boundaries in the last two balls when India were batting. If that did not happen, Pakistan would have to score even 7 runs less.

We can keep commenting on IF and BUTs of the match, but the result is what matter in the end.
It's a great match i really enjoyed it. Such type of match is not available all the moment. Most of the time it is one sided especially for big scoring match. But today both teams have performed very well. The worldwide recognize the reputation of the India Pakistan match remains at the top position. Today the entire cricket world enjoyed this game very much.
I think both the team played really well, but with this kind of death bowling India obviously can't expect to win big and close encounters, obviously, Bumrah is being missed at this  crucial time, also I didn't really understand the idea behind removing DK from the match, you added him in the first match to give him a chance than even when he has not even got a chance you have removed him from the XI. Secondly, India's strategy is to bring one less pacer in the main 15 as well. At least 4 full-time pacers shall always be there. You should decide for 2 between Bishnoi, Chahal & Ashwin also especially when you have Jadeja and Hooda. That 19 run over from Bhuvaneshwar was the game changer.
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and proof of stake on: September 04, 2022, 07:38:58 AM
why bitcoin protocol cannot use pos instead of pow ?
First reason is that it was started with pow mechanisms and to change it to pos most of the core miners have to agree on it. Secondly ther is a very large debate regarding which method is better some argue pos does saves a lot of energy but a lot argue that it's not a valid consensus system also a person entering at a initial stage will always be better off as compared to someone who enters late when price has already skyrocketed. Due to these reasons bitcoin cannot move to pos.

PoW miners don't have to agree to anything,
all that has to happen is the developers update the code.
If BTC converted to Proof of Stake , it would finally give people a reason to run a full node with a full history always back to the genesis block,
instead of that pruned PoW node nonsense that will eventually cause the destruction of BTC by losing the blockchain history.

The Miners wanted larger blocksizes, the developers aka blockstream refused them and shoved segwit in instead.
Once a few more Bans take place, it is evolve or die for btc.
Staying a useless waste of energy that btc currently is , won't be allowed in the future.

The debate that btc community is hiding from,
is what will happen to btc,
1. When the energy is no longer available at the current supply.
2. When the Governments just outright ban it for wasting energy.

Evolve or Die, that is btc only options.

Okay but what about the problem with POS of making currencies more centralized? A person who has bought more cryptos in the initial stages or one who has large BTC holdings from start will always be the highest earning validator and no matter what I do to enter at a price of 30k I will not be able to match their holdings, therefore, they will always be ahead of a newer validator which is obviously pretty bad. And I am not even mentioning about the thesis on how POS is a far less secure methodology than POW because that can still be told debatable. I am not saying POW is the only way but so far POS isn't that secure to shift bitcoin on that.
705  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is suicide the best option? on: September 03, 2022, 08:49:04 PM
In the society we find ourselves today, many people have decided to do the unthinkable just to survive the hardships of life.
Our education system is also not helping matters. Some who are in school, are being frustrated by not just hunger and lack, but also by some lecturers who would make outrageous demands all so that the individual can scale through that course.

Recently, I heard of an incidence of a student who took their life! I may not know what may have propelled such an action. Depression? Frustration? Or maybe heart break? Who knows?..

The question here is, how can we stop this from becoming a norm? Where it does not become the only choice available because the truth is, it's not only brain drain that deprives a country from harnessing the potentials of its citizens, suicide does too!
What do you think can be the better option? Your thoughts.
I think it's primarily the brain drain that even gives people this option as a resort to end their sadness. It's obviously unimaginable to our minds how much these people must be going through that they think of putting an end to their lives but still, I feel this should never even be an option with anyone let alone it being the best one. I think there are generally 2-3 reasons as to why people do it. First and foremost and the most prominent reason I have seen is the financial losses. Sometimes people end up suffering such huge financial losses that they are unable to cope with the fact of repaying that. They know that no matter what happens there is no way they can repay all of it and this is going to end only with their lives, I think this is really stoppable as the government could bring easy insolvency declaration mechanisms so that people can at least declare themselves insolvent and seek protection, so I think to some extent this reason is actually avoidable, other reasons like the family issues and other tragedies are to some extent difficult to control but one should always keep the culture of seeking a psychic help in their families open.
706  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be worth zero? on: September 03, 2022, 08:26:12 PM
We all know how volatile and unpredictable the cryptocurrency market can be. One month, a coin may be at its peak of value, and the next, it may have almost no value at all. Unfortunately, this is simply the name of the game when it comes to cryptography. But what would happen if the oldest and most valuable asset on the market, Bitcoin, dropped to zero?

https://portalcripto.com.br/en/crypto-crash-2022-bitcoin-pode-valer-zero/
font: https://portalcripto.com.br
It practically won't. We saw the gigantic crash of Luna after people proved that it's technically flawed. It was not that old and really didn't have as much market penetration as bitcoin and still, it fell almost 99% but didn't go to zero. It's price bounced back quickly and then you saw it floating around in the market. At worse the same thing could happen with bitcoin people someday realize that whole cryptography is technically flawed and it makes no sense in keeping your money in bitcoin and people start instant withdrawing. Even in this scenario there will be certain sect which will disagree with that theory and will keep on investing in bitcoin so those people will keep the price alive.
707  Economy / Economics / Re: Working hours | How many are too many? on: September 03, 2022, 07:11:49 PM
Especially after the pandemic, flexible working schedules keep popping up, either through working from distance, or less hours. Only a few countries have embraced working 4 days a week, instead of 5 or 6, and case studies have shown positive results. Some of them include, the UK, which has recently begun one of the largest trials of the 4-day working week, Belgium, Iceland, Ireland, New Zealand, Japan, Spain and the UAE. The 5-day a week is one of the most common ones, however, with the evolution of technology, longer hours don't necessarily guarantee a higher productivity, most likely the opposite.

Some of the benefits 4-day work week include:

Reduced costs on both ends, employees will have one less day to commute to work, while avoiding paying extra money for lunch, coffees etc. The employers on the other hand, will have the office closed for one more day, reducing running costs.

Happier employees and better mental health. Having more free time increase overall happiness and improves work-life balance, which can result into lower levels of stress and a generally better mental health, something which is suffering in our day and age.

And most importantly, increase in productivity levels. Overworked and stressed employees are actually less productive than those working a normal or reduced working week.

My case - Example to avoid

By law, in Greece (and most of Europe to be honest) the typical working week comprises of 40 working hours. However, this rarely happens in the private sector, where in most cases you're working up to 48 hours/week, with one day off in a week. In the tourism sector, it's actually a lot worse. Employees are working 7 days/week, up to 8-10 hours per day and not usually not being paid good enough.

Personally, in May, I started working at a known supermarket chain for 20 hours/week (part-time). I wanted to take a little time off, after working for 4 years full-time with only one day off per week. My plan backfired though, the money wasn't enough to keep up with the increasing living costs and started working at a hotel's restaurant, another 24 hours/week. Recently, I was proposed to work the night shift at the hotel's reception, because the former employee had some family business to attend to and had to leave. Me, wanting to make some extra money due to having upcoming expenses, accepted. Now, I'm working 16 hours per day, except Sunday and Monday which are my days off from the supermarket, which equal to 100 hours/week (a week is comprised of 168 hours). Of course, I will only be doing that for September, and here I am, writing this post during the graveyard shift.

How many hours/week is the typical in your country? How many hours are you actually working and how does a 4 day work week sound?

I think this is a very personal thing as well. Some people are addicted to their work too much, they like to work for a lot of hours in a day, especially at a young age when they don't have a family to attend to. People just like you like to work multiple shifts because either they like to are maybe they are forced to work this much because they need some extra money for themselves. But yes for a normal person who is earning good and especially doing job anything above 45+ hours is really depressing as per me. 8 hour working with 5 days shift is actually the max a person should work. Obviously, the new designs like 4 days a week are also coming into the picture but I hardly know how good they will be because a gap of 3 days really gives a long break to the work as well, which is also a problem I feel.
708  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Futures trading software for api's? on: September 02, 2022, 07:50:41 PM
Dies anyone know where to find trading software that works with exchange api?
I tried googling without luck but maybe i don't know the right terminology.

What I want to do is for example put in a limit futures order to buy at 19500 with a stop loss at 19000, but I want to program it so if the price goes above 20500 it will automatically change my stop loss to 20000, to prevent loosing profits if the price goes down.
Is it possible to do this on any exchange?
I thought about making a small app to do it with api's but maybe it already exists.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Basically, what you want is a trailing stop loss from what I can understand, this is possible in a few exchanges itself. As far as I know, Binance does provide this solution, you can put a trailing stop loss on Binance by setting the Gap price from the high of that very rally, which means if you put the order of 19500 and it is executed and you put a trailing stop loss of 5% so now if the price reaches 20500 your stop loss will get changed to somewhere around 19480. Similarly now if the price comes down for a bit and then again breaches 20k mark to reach 22k, your stop loss will now become around 21k. So this will be carried on until it drops 5% from the high of that rally. You can refer to this guide to understand the concept: https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/339635f6260d43c5aefa4c3c921728ec
709  Economy / Economics / Re: MONEY IS THE MOTIVATING FACTOR, what do you think? on: September 02, 2022, 07:34:11 PM
Money is a good follower, but is a poor leader.

Money will always lead you astray, but it will follow you well.

Any man that seeks to follow money becomes misled.
Money is meant to follow you, while you are meant to follow value.  Create value, solve problems, and do it well, you'll attract people to follow you; remember, money follows people with value.

What's your take on this?
Money is the motivating factor for many but it really shouldn't be. You should be more concerned with whether you are enjoying what you are doing rather than focusing on money. Most people run behind money and really forget what their actual passion is. You are absolutely right on this front, one should focus only on adding value to the lives of other people rest everything will definitely follow and money will definitely come as a result of your efforts. But also I think sometimes it's wrong to judge people in these scenarios as sometimes it's money that might be important to them at a certain point.
710  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fed policy on Bitcoin worries investors, how do you react? on: September 02, 2022, 07:18:27 PM
The price of Bitcoin and a number of other crypto assets has been observed to weaken over the past 24 hours amid investor anxiety about the US Federal Reserve's hawkish policies.
My question is: can Bitcoin bounce back at its Psychological level?
Bitcoin price has been weakening everyday since past 6 months you are talking about just today? I hardly think this daily news about FED is impacting btc these days, earlier I used to think there is some effect of these things but trust me BTC has given exactly the opposite reaction on very same kind of policies and then people just keep on giving their rationals behind the price movement. Also what do you think is this psychological level you are talking about? As per me there was a psychological level which is hardly relevant now which was 35k or the 200EMA basically, It's really a long way to go back there right now.
711  Economy / Economics / Re: State Of Corruption In Nigeria Amidst World Corruption on: September 01, 2022, 06:52:38 PM
I think there is such a stage of corruption and moral misconduct in every developing economy. When the country was once very poor and suddenly sees some development which means some money in the economy, this money and power generallly corrupts all the officials and after a couple of decades of all this generations are educated on this issue, there are anti corruption campaign and eventually things begin to become better, same thing will surely happen in Nigeria as well.

Yeah surely and I think Nigeria will not be an exception to the challenges of development. America I read was part of such before and after their independence but today the two major poles in America are united and facing one goal of better living on earth that guarantees freedom. African problem and indeed the challenge of development is leadership. If the head is bad certainly it will affect the other parts of the body. This is the Nigerian challenge likewise. No need to start listing the issues but the issues are majorly caused by those that controls power and authority that are suppose to be used in control of the people rightly to make laws and allow the rule of law and supremacy of the constitution to prevail without favour. If for example the presidency grants pardon to two past governors convicted for syphoning billions of state money after using tax payers money to prosecute the case, and yet pardoning them to be released that is shenanigans in power. Until the right leaders are in power then the people won't be led properly to respect and live rightly.
Also these things take time because it's not at all easy to change the mentality of people especially when they are not that educated. So first you will need to change the mentality of people by investing in education and only after that will you see the state of the country changing. But yes until there are more Powerful countries in the world they will always try to supress you but you have to be strong enough inside to maintain your unity and grow as a country.
712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 01, 2022, 06:49:50 PM
OK.. It is all over. Bangladesh is out of Asia Cup and Sri Lanka proceeds to the Super 4 stage. Huge disappointment for Bangladesh. Once again their depth bowling failed. Ebadot Hossain conceded 17 runs from the 19th over, and that probably sealed their fate (he conceded 5 runs in no-ball during that over. Afghanistan and Sri Lanka are the teams that qualified to Super-4 from this group. From the other group India has qualified, and in all probability Pakistan will be the second team. So the teams for Super 4 are: IND, PAK, SL and AFG.

Also, Bangladesh give away 17 extra runs, way too many wide and no balls, which made the difference between the winning and the losing. The match was tense and i really enjoyed this match. Till the last over, no one was sure who will win this match but in the end, Srilanka managed to qualify.

Bangladesh lost the match . I think Ebadot Hossain will be criminal to Bangladeshi people.  And I also think that his contribution is the most behind the loss of Bangladesh.  Because he gave a total of 52 runs in four overs.  Anyway congratulations to the Sri Lankan team for qualifying for the next stage.
I am surprised to see Bangladesh losing the match, i thought Bangladesh were the favourites in Group B and 3rd strongest contender after India and Pak also when they have been in finals  for last 2 times consecutively, but this time their performance was really not upto the mark, especially against Afghanistan, their bowling couldn't stop runs during the death overs, it was primarily because of their bowling that they couldn't make it.

I can't remember Bangladesh losing in such a way. If Bangladesh could have scored 150 runs, it seems that the game with Afghanistan would have intensified.  But Bengal country is playing such a bad game which is beyond words.  Mahmudullah scored 25 runs off 27 balls.  If everyone had run out like him then Bangladesh would not have played like this.  I think this happened due to some mistakes of Bangladesh.

Afghanistan won both the matches and now the match between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will decide who will go in to the Super 4 phase. And despite the loss yesterday, I still believe that Bangladesh has a better chance. Sri Lanka do have some promising young players, but they are unable to perform as a team. Bangladesh lost the match yesterday, because their bowling was an utter failure during the depth overs. Apart from that phase, they were ahead of Afghanistan during most of the duration. And it is surprising, because bowlers such as Mustafizur and Taskin are usually very good during depth overs.
What a performance by Afghanistan, their biggest strength was their bowling but as of yesterday's match their lower order batsmen performed so well. They can hit big sixes in the slog overs this shows now Afghanistan is a complete team and trust me they will give a tough competition to India and Pak as well it's not going to be a cakewalk for them to win the match against them. If it won't be an Ind vs Pak final then other 3rd favourite team is only and only Afghanistan.
715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 28, 2022, 07:13:32 PM

I think now this match is completely in India's hold. One thing is they already just need 19 runs of 2 overs and especially the last over is going to be of the spinner Nawaz because Pakistan has exhausted all its pacers. Match was once looking risky but now it is too much in favour of India unless Pakistan can take a couple of wickets in this over.
Finally India win the match. But I enjoyed a very nice match. The match is worth watching. Although Pakistan could not collect good runs and gave too many extra runs to India. Besides, India got a lot of runs in the 19th over. All in all, Pakistan needed to do better. Congratulations to Inida for wining and giving us a great match.
A narrow win for India which at once looked pretty difficult thanks to Pandya and Jadeja to help India cross over the winning mark. Some learnings India should take from the match, Rishab Pant should be in playing XI, not because he is a better batsmen but he suits the combination, he is a left handed which you generally need in those middle overs on number 4, there wouldn't have been any need to promote Jadeja. Secondly India should take care of the slow over rate as well, it unnecessary has to keep extra fielder inside the ring due to it. But yes if India has beaten Pakistan, it's difficult for any other team to Beat India, I am waiting for that encounter between the two in the Super 4.

717  Other / Politics & Society / Re: War in Ethiopia, why is everyone silent? on: August 28, 2022, 06:05:08 PM
https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2022-03-22/ethiopia-s-war-toll-grows-as-the-world-looks-away

"Though the war’s true toll is impossible to know, researchers from Belgium’s Ghent University estimate as many as half a million people have died so far: between 50,000 and 100,000 from the fighting, 150,000 to 200,000 from starvation and more than 100,000 from the lack of medical attention. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has expressed concern about possible ethnic cleansing in Tigray, but the government in Addis Ababa has dismissed this as “spurious.”"

In this country, the interests of 2 countries China and the United States clashed. China was friends with the current government, and the US supported Nobel Peace Prize winner Abiy Ahmed, whose actions led to a civil war with heavy losses.

If you do not want democracy, then you will have a war in your country .. how many times will this story be repeated?
Only reason why this is not being reported is that it's not happening in any first world country, neither a first world country has any direct relation with this war, Also this area is not important to any 1st world country for its geopolitics, so because of all this, no one really is talking about this. If the first world country want these sort of wars can be easily avoided in any country of the world, they have enough resources to supply to the federal government of these countries to supress any such anti-national uprising however they chose to stay away from such small countries in turn letting people die.
You just dished out the raw truth. The first country doesn't try to get involved in something that doesn't favour or add value to her country. Am yet to understand why the news of what is happening in Ethiopia hasn't gone viral for the whole world to know about it.

African countries should unite and stop all this unnecessary waging of war hovering around their territory than waiting for the first country to get involved in all their wars before they put a stop by finding a lasting solution
The main problem is that African countries cannot unite, obviously you are in a region which is least developed in the world and most of you have been under common colonial rule, and as they say if two people are fighting there must have been an European just passed by. This is true for Africa as well. They too have lot of internal disputes, some inter country disputes and some civil war within the countries. And I don't think there is going to be a solution for these for next few decades.

Here it comes to end up, Very Poor performance by the Top End Batsmans except for the Rizwan. 147/10 it ended as all out. I would like to say its not a good total but its not too bad hope for best in the Bowling side lets see. As i mentioned a very sentimental disadvantage on the Toss. Rest of the things gone smoothly. I would say last 5 Overs were aggressive as 50+ in 5 overs and loss of 4 wickets.
The last man, Dhani made 16 runs and it gave Pakistan something to bowl at. I think it will still be an easy target for the Indians provided they don't lose early wickets. Once Indians made 20 to 30 runs without losing wickets, it will be an easy journey for them.
Can they take the T20 World cup revenge and chase this target without losing any wickets?
This time, India is going to return the capital of 10 wickets at a high rate of interest. But Pakistan can also win but if they can take three-four wickets in the powerplay I think it won't be that easy for them. Even if India lost one wicket, they still have batsmen like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Kedar Jadev and the run target is within reach.  If they can hold on to the wicket now then it seems that the match will go in India's favour
In terms of runs and overs, India is still far behind Pakistan . And India's playing performance is not that good today . It looks like Pakistan will win today's T20 match . now india need 59 runs in 34 balls to win. Do you think India can turn the game around in the last stages and win themselves?

We are enjoying a great match. Many thought that India would win the target of 148 runs very easily. But this is not the case. Pakistani bowlers are bowling brilliantly. Right now India needs 51 runs off 30 balls. It is still very difficult for India to win this match. I would say Pakistan has more chances to win.

Virat Kohli has scored the highest runs for the team so far. He was able to collect 35 runs off 34 balls. Virat Kohli is back in form which is good news for India. Hope Kohli impresses everyone with his great performance in the entire Asia Cup.
India need 27 runs in 17 balls right now to win this T20 Match . India took 4 runs from the last ball.  India is playing very well in last time. If they play a little better, chances of winning will increas . Although India is trying hard to beat Pakistan.  But it seems that India will not be the last defense
719  Economy / Economics / Re: Taliban Leadershipeadership Impose Ban on Cryptocurrency in Afghanistan on: August 28, 2022, 05:59:16 PM
Cryptocurrency Operations has been laid to halt in Afghanistan and the usage forbidden in the region as it is believed to have been the root in perpetrating fraud and the new regime of the Afghan leaders, the "Taliban" have directed everyone in the country to desist from it acceptance, usage and transactions involving cryptocurrency for making payments while it has banned the commercial banks from it either, many have been arrested for contributing to the use of cryptocurrency by engaging in trading crypto tokens and other related activities that supports the engagement of cryptocurrency within the rule of the Taliban regions in Afghanistan.

The Taliban leadership believed cryptocurrency as an aid in denying them have access over the control of the people's asset as cryptocurrency is believed to be a decentralized digital network whereby anyone can independently secure his financial assets without the rule of the Taliban, this is what they believed as against their ethics in the country and further places engaging cryptocurrency or uses attracts a purnishable act.

Over 20 businesses associated with cryptocurrency had been shut down in Afghanistan and the whole engagement of it has been banned just as in the case of China, hasn't this been an end to cryptocurrency in Afghanistan? or p2p can be use to circumvent the ban but if caught it's a purnishable offense.
It's quite strange because these sort of groups have used Cryptos a lot for raising their funding and doing their transactions when they were operating under the hood and now when they have formed a government they are banning other groups from doing it. Obviously at this fragile stage of the economy it's obviously necessary for them to keep all the money in the economy in their control. But yes they can make Cryptos as their base to create an all new type of economy.

It does not take much time to change the odds and now it is not much attractive to bet on Afghanistan. The current odds are only 1.27.
However, those who took the risk before the start of the match and bet on Afghanistan, they are likely to gain good money by the need of the match provided Afghanistan manages to capitalize on this situation and win the match.
Now the betting odds is 1.01× for Afghanistan win. They are going to win this match without any doubt. Sri Lankan team got all out in 105 runs. They batted very badly in front of Afghanistan bowlers. Where Afghanistan openers has made the partnership of 83 runs in just 6 overs. Now they need 23 runs only to win the match. At first I thought that the pitch isn't batting friendly, but Afghanistan players has proved it wrong.
What a comfortable win from Afghanistan team. Match is being won on the 11th over 1st ball. This match winning from Afghanistan will create fear among the other teams. Completely an one sided won. Now on each and every match will be important for the top teams. Everyone had the same thoughts about the pitch, but the reality is different. Sri Lanka wasn't able to give the best as Afghanistan bowlers kept everything in control.
Afghanistan proved again that they are not a small team, they are much qualified in T20 matches. Everyone thought that Afghanistan would lose the match but the opposite happened. Sri Lanka could not run the match longer. Sri Lanka lost all the wickets to score only 105 runs. They could not put up any batting resistance in front of the Afghanistan bowlers. As a result they had to consign very weakly.

Calling the Afghanistan team strong? This team lost the series against Ireland a few days back. I don't think the Afghanistan team is strong. They have a lot of good players in their squad I know. But there is no consistency in their performance. If the squad had 3/4 batsmen who could play well regularly, I would have considered Afghanistan a strong team.
However, the Afghanistan squad has some outstanding bowlers. Because of this they were able to perform well against Sri Lanka today. It was unexpected that Sri Lanka would lose all wickets for just 105 runs.
Actually the problem with Afghanistan is their batting only, only one department that they have is actually good which is the spin department, rest even their pace, even their batting is bad, they lost against Ierland only because pitches lacked spin and their bowlers couldn't do that well. Today also if you see they won because their bowlers took early wickets and spinners built that pressure on Sri Lanka, making 100 runs in 20 overs is an easy task for any team, especially after the result it's almost sure, they will go into the super 4 atleast, and if they have beaten Sri Lanka this easily I won't be too surprised if Bangladesh also lose against them.
