Overstock expected to get bitcoin up and running by June.  However, do to the incredible ease of implementing bitcoin within a website - they were able to manage a working system in two weeks rather than 6 months!!!!

Look how awesome NXT's skin is.  They have a killer tight professional website and cover and forum and white paper and operation and team and others.  Why didn't Ron put all that stuff in place in the last 3 months?  Ron is travelling from Tel Aviv to Las Vegas, Miami speaking at conferences.  What the hell does that do?  Speaking at conferences is nothing if the team isn't making organized progress.  Ron is having the time of his life travelling around the world on MSC's dime.  But the project is drifting badly while others clearly are putting together very tight organized packages.  WTF?

Yeah, to me too.  Nobody who has a real job actually gets paid enough to have a $1million tax bill.  Maybe his rich uncle just died and left a shitload of capital gains in his lap.  Who knows.  Either way, Exodus buyers should have been forced into a 'lock-out' scheme to prevent this kind of market crash.  

For example the top 20 buyers should have been limited to MSC sales of no more than 2% of their holdings.  Founders who take early profits on project excitement - completely destroy the project.  In this thinly traded market - the problem of large founder dumps is multiplied by a large number.  

Can we retroactively enforce some 'lock-out' plan?  In view of JR's biased position, can we have the board consider this?

In normal investment deals, founders are 'locked out' from selling founder shares for a very long time after start up to prevent this sort of crash.  Looks like MSC WAS actually nothing more than a 'pump and dump' all this time.  What a shame.
