701  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2017-02-01] BS: RBI says it hasn't authorised use of Bitcoins; flags risks on: February 02, 2017, 07:25:57 PM
The Reserve Bank advises that it has not given any licence/authorisation to any entity/company to operate such schemes or deal with Bitcoin or any virtual currency.

The above statement is confusing.
Which part?

How do exchanges like Unocoin, Zebpay, Coinsecure get licenses to operate then?
Unocoin, Zebpay, Coinsecure have never claimed anywhere that they have RBI license to operate. Neither do eWallets like PhonePe or FreeCharge have any RBI license.

I receive INR from the exchanges to my bank account and if RBI is saying that I am doing it at my own risk, then will they question me later on about those transactions?
It is as good as receiving money from any individual on LocalBitcoins or selling something on OLX. Authorities may question you anytime.

I thought they were legal sources.
They are not illegal sources either.

But then it also means that who ever is trading with this exchanges can anytime be questioned about the trades and its sources so it is not good for bitcoin in India.

Wait, why not good? If you are trading bitcoins, are you doing anything illegal?
No, right? If you are questioned, you can show them the statements and proofs as sources from which you gained profits (for which you come under the tax circle too if you make more than the determined slabs), but I don't think this should be a problem for anyone who is having all their statements available with them to show if any such questions arise through government or their officials.
702  Local / India / Re: BTC Purchase Directly now possible :D on: February 02, 2017, 07:19:05 PM
After card purchases are done, won't they ask for id verification in case of withdrawals?
I think that if this is going to happen, Indians are surely going to make something big on this including me.
I had been waiting for such a chance and seems like my wish has become true, we can finally purchase it at International rates. Smiley
703  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices could leap to $2000 in 2017? on: February 02, 2017, 07:07:28 PM
Seeing the prices popping very high, I think that a climb towards $2000 would not be hard if we compare it with the number of total users that are being added to the list and are starting to use Bitcoins daily. The resistance levels are being reached quickly and newer supports are seen, so the charts show that we might have a chance to see $2000 this year.
704  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: MEGA Headphones SALE.. || JBL || Sennheiser || Philips || Check It Out on: February 02, 2017, 06:47:29 PM
Wireless mouse, pen drives

What's the cost of wireless mouse? My laptop's having some mouse-pad problem as you already know many laptops does.
Do you have any solution for this? If not, please PM me with the rates and the way you will conduct the sale, and I will buy it. Smiley
705  Economy / Speculation / Re: If we break $1000, are we going to see another ATH? on: February 02, 2017, 06:40:28 PM
I think that we may go near $2000 if we break $1000 once again, because the resistance levels are showing good strength nowadays than support, and they are being crossed every time we think Bitcoin will go down. Proving everybody wrong, bitcoin is the King and I think that we will see another ATH soon if it crosses back $1000.
706  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Where the orders of 300+ BTC came from in Coinsecure.com? on: February 02, 2017, 06:32:50 PM
I came to know about this that someone in India is interested to buy nearly INR 7 Crores worth of Bitcoins as soon as possible. This seems to be something serious on their side because they might be thinking that the price will insanely increase. This shows that Bitcoin is not too far from taking over the markets here in India.
707  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: BitFund.in - for sale! on: February 02, 2017, 06:26:17 PM
OP, you should post some information like your expected price, date of registration, transfer charges, etc.
I have a friend who trades domains and makes money off buying/selling them, has been in this business for years.
Quote your required price and you might have it sold, but quote something that is acceptable.

PRICE - 10BTC

(please visit this domain for make bid. The domain is registered to - GoDaddy.com, Transfer Service - sedo.com)

Give me just one reason why I should even think to buy this for BTC10?  Shocked  Roll Eyes
If you can, I will try to help you out myself and get you a buyer, and don't say that this one's a premium domain, because it isn't.
708  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: February 02, 2017, 06:15:24 PM
I am earning bitcoins with one of the most popular ways, i.e.; signature campaign. I also trade some bitcoins through my friend's source as he buys from International exchanges and I sell them here in India which makes both of us some nice profits.
709  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2017-02-01] BS: RBI says it hasn't authorised use of Bitcoins; flags risks on: February 02, 2017, 03:58:13 PM

I think that these exchanges are not "licensed" at all, because if they would have been, RBI might have been given legality to bitcoins way before. And yes, they might question us our transactions later on, but if we have our transactions' proofs available on hands, then I don't think that there will be any problems. We need to have transparency in our transactions, at least those where we convert our coins to fiat so not to face any problems ahead.
710  Local / India / Re: What about Bitcoin PTC site on: February 02, 2017, 03:47:40 PM
I think ptc sites are good if you do have a lot of referrals.

Exactly PTC Sites are good when you have lot of referrals then its good passive earning Smiley

I don't think so, because even if you have a lot of referrals, you can't be sure if you will get paid or not unless the site is an established one.
Still, there are no guarantees in this field because many PTC sites are just like HYIP schemes which come and go with time.
711  Local / Buyer/ Seller Reputations (India) / Re: Review request for Btcxindia.com on: February 02, 2017, 03:08:21 PM
Their website design is very simple and sober, but the way their trade engine manages live trades is great.
There is a minimum amount that we need if we want to sell our coins there, and I think it is BTC0.1 and IMO, they should lower this as prices are going high, so it's not easy for everyone to have that much coins with them to sell there at once.
Have traded there and can say that it was a smooth experience. Though, their KYC process took a bit longer than expected.

Well I think hey not interested for smaller transactions and will not do irrespective of value of transaction going up or down. Also they charge if not mistaken 1% as their fee. Zebpay do not charge any fee and CS is 0.3%.

Who says that they don't charge fee? They include everything in the exchange, and you can clearly see it when you exchange your BTC to INR, they cut some amount and that's Tax. Though, it is less if compared to what Btcxindia.com levies, but btcxindia is there just for trading purposes if you are interested to trade with least differences between buy and sell prices.
712  Local / Buyer/ Seller Reputations (India) / Re: BitFund(.in) - domain name is for sale! on: February 02, 2017, 02:58:31 PM
What are the Payment options you are accepting other than Bitcoin? and what is the minimum bid
Please visit this domain for make your bid.
min Price - 10000$

LOL seriously 10000$ for this website it means 10000*70 = 700000 Rs  Huh

What LOL? This is business. I have offer 3000$ this domain, but i not sell

I would also laugh it out, dude. Can you imagine what did you lose?
If you still have that buyer, you should go ahead and sell your domain for that $3k immediately, because an evaluating website shows your domain's price to be not more than $450, so you are still making more than 6 times of what that website is showing. If this is business, I don't think you might have bought it for more than Rs.99 which is the current offer going on at any website, and you want $10k for this? Seriously?
713  Local / India / Re: Learn how to make a profit off your bitcoins. on: February 02, 2017, 02:37:58 PM
Is there any other way in India where you can earn like buying btc and selling in some different alt or vice versa etc? Or their something like buying altcoin in India and selling on International against some other altocin or btc and again buying btc from there itself?

Purchasing altcoins in India? You know that there are no such exchanges that allow you to purchase any altcoins except the ones which are in top 10.
And about buying btc back from international exchanges, if it would be possible, then I think that there is no need for us to even bother about altcoins while we will be able to make money on Bitcoin trading itself in a direct way.
714  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cashing out.... on: February 02, 2017, 02:28:18 PM
Kinda feel the price will drop quite a bit, will probably cash out and buy back in after the dust has settled... The chinese  exchange fees look like its going to be a bubble popping but just my opinion... But why the insane mempool size?

you should do that thing if you got an accurate forecast of the bitcoin price and it would be much better if you're going to sell your bitcoins if it's going to drop and if it's surely happen, since the last three days I didn't see any drop even a bit . anyway you don't need to panic, it's normal that the price will drop a little bit and it will surely go back with a much higher value .

Come on dude, OP might have already settled his things back after he sold his coins. He said that he thought that he would sell, but nobody knows whether he did or not. If he took action, he must be in some profit currently, profit of gaining some extra coins at lower rates with the opportunity to sell them back higher and if he didn't, it still doesn't make any difference as the price is still high and he will still be making something out of his coins.
715  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin money adder on: February 02, 2017, 01:58:38 PM
It is a scam attempt, don't fall for it. If this would be possible, the bitcoin adder must have made more than 21 Million bitcoins and dumped them on us and ran away with all the money without even sharing a cent with anyone. Have some sense before you even think to try out such things.
716  Local / India / Re: buy BTC on: February 02, 2017, 01:48:15 PM
Hello
buy BTC from 0.1 BTC up to 100 BTC
my contacts
skype maze_zndr

jabber maze@0nl1ne.cc

What exchange rate you are looking for and why are you not trying native exchange(zebpay, unocoin, coinsecure, etc)
1BTC=70000INR

Something seems fishy to me here.
Are you going to use your own real account or some third party's account? Will you be willing to provide some of your original documents as well as proofs if I ask you for the same? I am interested if you are giving such prices ATM.
717  Local / Press & News from India / Re: [2017-02-01] BS: RBI says it hasn't authorised use of Bitcoins; flags risks on: February 02, 2017, 01:38:55 PM
What does this article indicate, is that bitocin is not yet being made legal in India and all exchanges and site could be cracked by government and a legal proceeding can be followed on them? This is scary and will change and prevent all new users to invest in bitcoin going forward.

Don't worry, they have repeated what they had been, nothing's new. They are trying to make everyone cautious due to the everyday scams that are going on in the country, but we don't know whether they are themselves involved in the trading of bitcoins behind the picture.
718  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: How to Trade in International Exchange? on: February 02, 2017, 12:53:36 PM

Thanks for your reply.

Buying @ Bitfinex for $920 / BTC is wise choice, b'coz Coinsecure price is $1000+

Is it bad to use international exchange?

Not at all, it's not bad at all and it's really damn great if you are getting such opportunity to buy from an International Exchange.
I have heard that after charges are accrued, we are almost there that we purchase them here for, so I am still not into this.
I would like to hear your experience that how your exchange goes? Are you doing this directly on your own or you have someone there in other country who would deposit for you and you will sell the bought BTC here?
719  Local / Regional Languages (India) / Re: आपके बीटकॉईन को पे-टीम कॅश मे बदलने केलीये.. on: February 02, 2017, 12:36:58 PM
One must take extreme precautions while dealing with such modes of payments, I think a self-declaration via video or similar like that would help the victims in such cases but again, it's difficult to implement. Let's hope we will find some concrete solution soon on such issues.

No one will come ahead when it is about showing up themselves as everyone wants to remain anonymous. And even if someone does, I don't think it would help out any as everyone will just say that it was their fault and move on, this is the mentality of people here. And we may not find any solution as this is virtual payment source, both are virtual but PayTM is known to everyone whereas the same is not the case with Bitcoins.
720  Local / India / Re: MASTERCARD , VISA on: February 02, 2017, 12:26:57 PM
I think he is selling Visa and Mastercard VCCs (Virtual Credit Cards) to verify PayPal account. I'm not sure though but i posted what i understood from OP's post.

That's true, OP has posted this thread here to let everyone know that he is selling VCCs to attach it to their PayPal, but I think that this post belongs to Marketplace section of this board, so Mod should move this to Marketplace. OP, please hire a translator next time you decide to post here, because Google translator never gives you the exact translation you want to explain here to everyone.
