Takumi, It is ridiculous to say there is no 'positive community' we have close to 20k thread views, a booming IRC channel, huge amount of twitter followers and 250 BTC invested..
If you don't want to be involved that is entirely your decision. You need to appreciate the time, effort, hard work and innovation that has been put in to this coin to ensure that it is going to be successful and have a stable value for all those who are keen to be involved.

Lol, it's funny how you said that, this is a cloned coin from Vertcoin, the developer of this coin didn't even appreciated Vertcoin who started N-Adaptive so why should I appreciate someone that copied Vertcoin's code and change the distribution numbers. In fact, the community you have mentioned is nothing big, it never made it on the News. But Dogecoin and Vertcoin did. First of all we should address the fact that when dogecoin was in its early stages, the vast majority of people immediately dismissed the idea as stupid, childish and played it down as it was based off of a popular meme. Now the very same people are deeply rooted in the community and are huge advocates.. the reason for this is simple, doge knocked down the barriers for people outside of the 'Bitcoin' walled garden and helped them access and enjoy crypto in a more user-friendly manner. Why is your coin any better than the multitude of coins out there, in particular vertcoin? This coin is just vertcoin with a doge reward style. The only thing I see that will drive the price up is a guy who is a notorious market manipulator endorsing it who also has a responsibility to pay back investors. So why would I expect anything other than market manipulation driving the price up, big cash outs, slowly declining value until the next drive up, rinse and repeat? Sure it's all buy low sell high stuff, but when it's one guy who apparently has the assets to control the market to his benefit, how is this good for the coin when the only way to profit is to ride his coat tails?
You've got this very backwards - I know its difficult to be bothered to go through 20+ pages of posts but just a quick TL:DR - the 'bigger' investors that took part in the IPO are committed to holding PANDA for months to come (minimum 6) to ensure that not only will the community have full transparency over the actions they are taking, but that they themselves are invested and committed to the continued success of the coin. Another key differentiator between ourselves and other coins in the market such as Doge, Vert, etc, is that we are are/have done the ground work to achieve an intercontinental marketplace through simealtanous promotion, marketing and PR in the asian market - this in itself has required a huge amount of leg work and is certainly one of our cooler USP's. As you have rightly pointed out, there are big players behind this coin - this can only be seen as a positive from the point of view that they are going to help protect your investment with PANDA - whether that be through IPO, mining or even trading the coin on exchanges. Aren't all coins buy low sell high? People are not obliged in any way to follow wolong or his actions - his involvement in the community and team is such that he will be faciltating steady prices and preventing pump and dumpers from damaging the coins true value (which is yet to be decided as we have yet to launch) Thanks Sev |

Funny, you can look at any of the genuinely bad coins that have come out in the last year and see that the level and intensity of hate directed at them is insignificant in comparison to what you see here.

I also think this coin is meaningless, it's created for investors and premined 3%(3 billion coins) for the investors. This coin won't last because there is no positive community to it.(Just another pump and dump coin) The technical description of this coin sounds good but there is still no open source to verify it. I would suggest don't jump to this coin just yet, wait a bit and see how it plays out first. BTW this coin doesn't sound or look like Dogecoin at all, because dogecoin provides a lot faster transaction time and has a great community back by great marketing campaign. Whether or not ASIC proof for Dogecoin doesn't really matters, because by the time ASIC technology arrived most of the 100billion dogecoins will be mined already. Using Adaptive-N sacrifice transaction time but ASIC proof. If you want to jump into ASIC proof coin, I would suggest Vertcoin because it has a great community and backed by a origin inventor of Adaptive-N developer. Just my 2 cents. Have fun mining, such coin, such profit won't happen on this coin! Can I get my sums right on this - how much of the 3% is the IPO, and how much in BTC was the IPO (200?). I'm trying to figure out what your average 1BTC investor will get in terms of Pandas in their wallet.

And if 2% of the 3% premine is worth 200BTC ...then the 3% premine is valued at ...10000 BTC  This is not true. It is somewhere between 33% and 66% of the premine that is allocated to the IPO Ah...so the 2% of 3% actually means 2/3 of the 3% premine was allocated for IPO and only 1% (1 billion panda) of premine is still being held by Wolong? Larger coin supply, different block reward roadmap, gravity well already implemented. yep and just to add on to this, apart from being technically sound and solidly devved, we have a massive USP in as much as the market reach.. if you knew what buzz this was creating in the good asian continent then u would be dropping your pants and fapping at the thought of what is going to be happening within the next day =) |

I am not so sure if I understand the concept. This Coin is supposed to combat market manipulation by being heavily premined by wolong and gang, who are selfproclaimed market manipulaters? Well, that sounds absolutely reasonable...
The crazy part is, it's going to work. How? Can somebody elaborate how premined coins will help to stabilize the market? Using the coins against the big hashers that just dump the coins value to the ground. At least thats what im assuming they are trying to do. in some ways there is truth here.. what it will allow the IPO holders to do is to stabilize a price and combat potential whales from trying to floor the price in any way, maintain value and create a stabilized market for the long-term. |
