I haven't experienced much changes though, but I think the new CEO is doing just fine. I expected worse but to my greatest surprise he is still keeping the company in a good shape. China is basically trying to preserve value for their currency and that's why they want to fight dollar related transactions both in Fiat and in cryptocurrency, I think another thing could be the fight for regulations, they may want to be able to regulate the crypto space around and that could be the reason they keep putting out all these regulations to see if they can actually gain control and keep their space regulated and under their possible control but then I doubt how successful they can be with that.
These are my insights as to possible reason why all these restrictions has been placed in china, I may not be accurate enough probably there maybe other reasons but then this is just my taughts.

But in my opinion, I think the best way to quite procrastination when it comes to buying Bitcoin is to learn about Bitcoin first. The only way to know how important it is, is when you spend time to study and know what it's aim is. I remember when I joined the forum newly, I didn't have any thoughts of buying Bitcoin but I had the money. I was just unnecessarily procrastinating but after I read the white paper, study the market and testimonies from it's holders, immediately it got dawn on me that I should by now. And that was how I started my Bitcoin holding journey. By the time you make proper research and study the market you'll see that the price from the genesis block has been increasing till date, and you know where the price is heading to in the next 5 years.
