I'd prefer if Virat and Rohit take official retirement from T-20 and ODI (After WC) and focused on Test cricket and IPL.

Virat may retire from the test format, but he is not going to give up T20Is and IPL. Rohit is already 36 years old, and I don't know for how long he will continue to play in multiple formats. His performance was not satisfactory during this year's Indian Premier League. If Mumbai Indians fail to qualify for the playoffs, then there is a very good chance that he will be removed from captaincy. BTW, his recent test performance is not that extra-ordinary. During the last two years, he has only one test hundred to his name (and no half centuries) in 9 innings.
Most of the prediction states that Rohit Sharma and senior players will announce retirement once after the 2023 World Cup. I don't think the selection committee will easily take away the captaincy from Rohit Sharma. Atleast till the World Cup we can expect him to be the captain of India. In this season he hasn't performed well. However Rohit Sharma and other senior players need to come forward and retire atleast by 2024. Right now more players were identified and are queued for the national team.

@n0ne their exit has already been planned as Hardik has been made the T20 campaign and once Pant is back I believe that he’ll be leading in the ODI and Test format. Furthermore I hope that they’ll be asked to leave gracefully but if they refuse then they’ll be suddenly be dropped and thus I strongly feel that they should at least be given a farewell match or one last series to mark their achievements which they have achieved while playing for team India.

There is some exciting news from Malaysia. The Malaysian Cricket Association has announced that they will be launching a T20 league this year, comprised of 5 franchises. The league will be sponsored by IPG (who were the official promoters of the Lankan Premier League). According to Mohammed Iqbal Ali bin Kassim Ali  (MCA president), local Malaysian players will get an opportunity to play with some of the top international cricket players. All the matches will be played at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My only concern is regarding the availability of international players. The T20 league calendar already looks over-saturated.

@Sithara007 not surprised to see another country trying to cash out on the success of the T20 format but I doubt that any big star player especially from the big 3 will participate. Furthermore this league will probably be home to the reserve squad of national team’s and player’s who can’t play in league like IPL hence I don’t expect much viewership for them apart from their local fan’s.
703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: May 15, 2023, 03:58:17 AM
Alcaraz has won the opening match in Rome and is thus again the new number 1 in the world for men. It was also a matter of time before that would happen. It's actually pretty good that he's in first place again, because in November he wasn't able to play tennis for a few months and other players were able to catch up with him. Djokovic remains a great. I think Djokovic plays a little less on clay, but he is also one of the favorites at the French Open. I'm starting to lose confidence that Nadal will participate in that tournament. Age and injuries are not a happy combination.

I think Nadal is done already, or if he will able to play in his favorite tournament, if he is not 100% and still feeling some pain from his injuries and obviously the wear and tear throughout his career, I doubt that he can win that win.

It will still be Alcaraz and Djokovic who will be the early favorite in clay.

And then the rest trying to do a catch up, Tsitsipas, Medvedev, Ruud.

@Kemarit Alcaraz is the new generation’s champion and if he can take care of his fitness then he can go on to break all the records set by Djokovic because he has lots of potential in him. Also Nadal is keeping mum about his participation at the French Open and I’ll be truly disappointed if he doesn’t play there one last time because that’s the tournament I first saw him play many year’s back and I immediately switched from being a Federer fan to being a Nadal fan Grin.
704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 14, 2023, 12:24:54 PM
Sunday's transfer gossip:

Mauricio Pochettino, who has agreed to take over as Chelsea manager, wants Mason Mount to stay at Stamford Bridge, although the 24-year-old England midfielder only has one year left on his contract and has not been offered an extension. I think Pochettino will have a very difficult job at Chelsea, much more difficult than at any other club he has coached so far.

The president of Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal, Fahad Bin Saad Bin Nafel, has refused to comment on speculation surrounding a move for Paris St-Germain and Argentina forward Lionel Messi, 35. Does this mean that the football transfer of the century is being negotiated?  Cheesy

Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/65585589

@Daniel91 one advantage for Poch is that he can fully focus on winning the Premier League as Chelsea won’t be playing in the champions league, and I believe that he’ll swiftly move on to trim this bloated squad which will allow him to give them a new sense of direction which they have lacked so far this season. Also Messi knows he won’t get this big contract again and Barcelona can’t afford him even on basic wages hence he’ll definitely be tempted to go to Saudi but where he’ll end we will only come to know once this season ends not before it.

With this victory, Manchester United are safer in top four and they broke their bad streak which can help them to bounce back in a last three matches. The task for Manchester United now is only win two matches amongst three remaining matches will be enough for them to beat Liverpool.

I must confess, UTD did very well against Wolves but that doesn't mean they're going to come out top notch in their remaining games, Liverpool will be playing today and am certain that it will be a victory for Liverpool. Manchester United had the chance of extending their lead to avoid being caught up by Liverpool and here we are counting points or asking if Liverpool will lose for the red Devil to win and sit comfortably at the table, as it is I don't think UTD will make it to the UCL next season.
Man United and Liverpool have a 4 point difference which in my opinion will be difficult for Liverpool to catch up with because it seems that Man United will be able to get 2 wins from their remaining 3 matches with the condition that Man United must not be negligent, let alone make stupid blunders. The win over Wolves means a lot to Man United because apart from securing their position in 4th place, it can also raise their morale. Besides that, the return of Varane and Garnacho will further increase their winning chances.

@abhiseshakana before the match began I was concerned because Rashford was out injured but Martial stepped up well in his absence and Anthony what a player he could have scored but he sacrificed it so that Martial could score. Furthermore Varane return is a big boost and knowing Ten Hag he won’t take anything for granted hence I expect Manchester United player’s to give it all and secure a champions league spot for themselves.

Matchday 36 for the Majestic 7 will be starting today and it means that it will be the last 3 matchdays. Lets take the opportunity in the last 3 matchday, who knows if one of us (from this forum) will win the main prize in the last 3 matchdays. The selected matches for the matchday 36 are as listed below:

Chelsea vs Nottingham
Manchester United vs Wolves
Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth
Brentford vs WestHam
Everton vs Man City
Arsenal vs Brighton
Leicester vs Liverpool

My predictions: Awoniyi, Rashford, J Ayew, I Toney, Haaland, Odegaard and Salah. As I see there is still no one who won the main prize so far, lets wait for a miracle to happen where one of us win the main prize  Wink

@Bitnity why did you select Rashford because he was always going to miss this match as he wasn’t fit which Ten Hag had already revealed. Also I’m eagerly waiting to see if anyone can win the main price and @tokeweed is one user I personally believe who can win it cause his picks have been really good throughout the season and lastly good luck to all the other participants too  Wink.
707  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: May 13, 2023, 08:07:39 AM
Anyway I picked a UCL special bet before the game and won it from the freebet I got in UFC sportsbet promo. I feel tomorrow would be a good day for me.
That was a pretty nice odds. So where is the rest of your bet for the evening? Well Knowing your betting pattern, you should have gone for either Benzema, Haaland or Vini to score  Roll Eyes
Hell yeah I lost the others! Luckily I just put small amount to those categories lol. It was Vini, Valverde, and Gündoğan to score. Don't ask me why these names Embarrassed
May I though? Cheesy I mean I get Vini, he scores a lot, but valverde and gundogan? Lol, I mean yeah anything could happen in sports and we could have seen them score as well, but why not someone like benzema or haaland? As we all know they are pretty high scoring people with many goals. I could understand something like vini+benzema+haaland or vini+de bruyne+haaland if you thought city would win, those are high scoring names that could do it, but gundogan? valverde? Sure they score too but not a lot Cheesy.

In any case, I had a simple bet, City to win the game, that's it and I ended up with a loss as well and it was a decent chunk of money so I am sad that I lost it but that happens when you are betting, I will do it again for the second game and I hope it gets better results.

@dezoel in an important match like these Haaland would be marked heavily hence Pep would have prepped his midfielders to step up and thus one should have selected De Bryune to score because he really steps up in matches like these. Also for the return leg I would suggest to go for Benzema and De Bryune because I’m really sure that these two will score because of their experience of performing well in such big matches.
708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 13, 2023, 04:15:02 AM
This can be very bad for Real Madrid if they end this season at their place on the table and they lose even the second place the table because they had bad results in La Liga and they put full energy into other tournaments like the champions league, considering the remaining game for both teams I don't think if Atletico Madrid makes any mistake and let Real Madrid take their place back in the league.

At this stage I think Madrid don't care if they finish second or third. It is clear that they are losing the league, although mathematically not yet, as the gap with Barcelona is 14 points and there are 5 games left (a maximum of 15 points), although as you say it seems that lately they have put more effort into the Champions League.

Barcelona, on the other hand, are breathing easy because in one or two matchdays they could be mathematically crowned champions, which will come in very handy after the risky financial gamble they took this year.

@Don Pedro Dinero firstly it’s an highly unlikely scenario that Barcelona will drop so many points because they’re in good form and secondly they’re fully focused on winning the La Liga only. Furthermore you’re also right about the fact that they don’t care where they finish in La Liga because their priority is to win the champions league but if they don’t end up winning it then it’ll be considered a disappointing season for RM and probably their head coach will be sacked.
709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 12, 2023, 12:59:22 PM
Roma did a good job against Leverkusen by that 1-0 win maybe. But they had better not lose their concentration in the Serie A games as well. Because they are currently out of top six now which means there is no spot in a tournament next season. They can still join the Champions League group stage by winning the Europa League title of course but there is no guarantee about that either.

Therefore they need to play decently against Bologna up next to get a win. But I still can't trust them fully because the second leg in the Europa League is going to be played only a couple of days later than this league game.

@Velvet78 I felt that Roma would end up in one of the top 4 spot this season but I’m surprised as to how did they fail to secure their spot and now you’re right because it’s looking very difficult for them to secure a top 4 spot. Furthermore now the only way they can secure it is if all other teams lose their remaining game’s and they go on to win all their remaining game’s but this scenario is highly unlikely to happen hence their best bet for playing in the champions league is to win the Europa League.
710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: May 12, 2023, 07:49:57 AM
After Bayern Munich's failure in the Champions League made the situation worse in every match that was shown by Bayern Munich.
The failed in UCL made all of players lost their spirit. Bundesliga will become the last hope for bayern to get a trophy this season.
Oliver kahn must be ashame with his decision to sign potter if the club will be trophyless this season. The inconsistent performance of bayern is also making the club feel so difficult to win the game in bundesliga.
Is this tuchel's effect? A coach that has good performance in another club might not able to do the same in the new club. There will be many parties mocking bayern if this club will be trophyless this season.
Bookies are favoring bayern compared with schalke and that makes sense but i don't even think if schalke can be defeated easily this time. The new schalke is different with the old one. Schlake is also trying so hard to avoid relegation zone.
Yes, maybe dortmund looks more convincing after improving in the last few matches and this is proof that dortmund deserves to take first place again in the bundesliga.[/left]
I hope so. Three matches remaining and everything will be determined at the end of this month.

We will see who will deserve bundesliga trophy this season.

@makishart there’s no way anyone can blame Tuchel because Bayern out of the blues suddenly fired their head coach and it’s been proven over a period of time that it’s not easy to come mid season and suddenly improve the team. However I believe that if Tuchel is given a year and 2 - 3 player’s of his own choice then we’ll definitely see a different Bayern side but if the board decides to sack him for not winning the title then there’s something seriously wrong and I hope that the fan’s protest against such unnecessary sackings.
711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: May 12, 2023, 03:53:27 AM
I don't really think Messi is going to do any public apologies because he didn't get the respect he should normally get in any team and we know Messi is going to leave PSG that's why for a player when he wants to leave a team that's not important to do any apologies and increase him chance to stay in the team, in the other hand, Messi's father is one other reason for him to leave PSG in the end of this season to another team.

I personally think that leaving PSG would benefit Lionel Messi a lot. Because after joining PSG, Lionel Messi was not able to match himself in a great way. One of the reasons for this is that the team coach and the rest of the players have failed to support Lionel Messi. The coach of the team does not know how to play Lionel Messi.
It is impossible for Messi to be able to contribute to PSG as he did for Barcelona, as he is getting older his movements are slowing down a bit, he is also not able to run like when he was young. Messi achievements with PSG are not too disappointing, this season he has contributed 15 goals and 15 assists in Ligue 1.
In my opinion, PSG failure in the Champions League was due to the coach minimal experience, Galtier was not able to take advantage of the quality of the players that PSG had, and his strategy was not always impressive. PSG has moved quickly to deal with the situation experienced by the club, the issue of recruiting a new coach is getting louder and louder. Mourinho is reported to be Galtier successor next season, the experience and style applied by Mourinho are expected to boost PSG performance, especially in European competition.

@Razmirraz Messi is definitely leaving PSG as there’s been no news of a new contract being offered yet and he can either end back in La Liga or move to the Saudi League thus it’ll be interesting to see which league he choses to go to. Furthermore Mourinho may just be the right coach for PSG as he’s disciplined and will not tolerate any nonsense from the PSG player’s and his experience of winning so many trophies will definitely help PSG put in better performances when they play in the champions league.

Why would these old fucks support the associates? If we look at it from their point of view then there is no benefit even in the long term.

They just want to milk the Indian market and keep filling their pocket. In almost every podcast or commentary there is a subtle indication that BCCI should give up a big portion of their share because they earn enough through IPL but no one even argues how to make the existing market lucrative for the rest of the boards.

By mean milking; they don't want to introduce more teams in the ICC tournament. Just look at the current ODI WC setting it's freaking embarrassing, there are 10 teams going in for qualifiers and only 2 will get the slot for 10 teams ODI WC (it's directly related to the 2007 crisis).

@JSRAW if it wasn’t obvious how powerful BCCI is then it became even more obvious when they got ICC to shift the Asia Cup and this clearly shows that ICC will do nothing that upsets the BCCI. Lastly who’re these people that’s think that BCCI will give up on their revenue’s because BCCI made the IPL longer to earn extra revenue hence there’s no way that they’ll ever give up on their revenue’s.
713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: May 11, 2023, 09:50:16 AM
Highly doubt that, if Kishan is playing then he'll replace KS Bharat mot someone else. I don't see any changes in the Top 4.

Gill-Rohit will open, Pujara will continue on his 1 down position (He playing county atm and piling up runs), Kohli and there are high chances of Rahane batting at 5.

I don't know whether the two test specialists (Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara deserve anymore chances). During the last 4 years, Pujara's batting average has remained below 35. There are far more deserving batsmen who can bat at no.3. Well.. I know that he is currently participating in county cricket, and scoring tons of runs for Sussex. But scoring in domestic matches doesn't always translate to runs at international level. Rahane is even worse. He has scored a grand total of 547 runs during the last two years, at an average of 20.26. Why is this guy still present in the test squad?
On Pujara i don't agree with you and @pakhitheboss's reasoning.

You can make exactly the same argument for Virat as well if we put aside his last marathon inning against Australia on a dead pitch. There is a fair chance of Pujara failing at his role again but you have to back your senior players when they are showing signs of good form. Rahane only got in because of Iyer's injury (IPL form is a minor reason for selection).

Mohammad Shami/ Siraj duo
Yeah, this duo is there and will be key for India, let's hope the former keeps his form and the latter concentrates on his bowling instead of trash talk.

@JSRAW both Pujara and Rahane have gotten multiple chances now and they failed in those chances thus they now need to make way for other player’s hence I was really surprised to see that these two were back. Also Virat will be dropped soon I guess because he’s been in poor form and I really don’t think his selection is now a guarantee, as I trust Dravid to take the hard calls and make a team for the long run.

If Chennai Super Kings can win against Delhi Capitals today, they will be more than assured of qualifying for the IPL.  Because CSK's points are now 13 and if they win this match they will have 15 points. Most of the teams have played around 11 to 12 matches and it is very challenging for each team to make the playoffs even though no team has officially been disqualified from the IPL playoffs. Delhi Capitals need 84 runs off 42 balls. Now let's see whether Delhi Capitals win this match or CSK win this match.
Chennai Super Kings won the match by 27 runs. Its fantastic to see that Chennai Super Kings who are renowned for their excellent performances, The bowlers did a fantastic job especially Deepak Chahar who picked up 2 wickets and Matheesha Pathirana who was instrumental in taking 3 crucial wickets. Despite Mitchell Marsh impressive performance for Delhi Capitals it was not enough to secure a win. It only serves to highlight how crucial it is for each player to succeed in a team sport like cricket. Overall, it was a thrilling match and its always great to see such an impressive performance from Chennai Super Kings
CSK now one step ahead for playing knockout matches. They played 12 matches and earn 15 points . CSK stay in number two position in the point table.Captain cool wonderfully defeat DC team by leading from the front.CSK won by 27 runs and bad luck for Rilee Rossouw and Manish Pandey they made a good partnership but at the end their effort couldn’t win the team.

Knockout round seems certain for Chennai and Gujarat. These two teams are performing well. They are able to perform well in almost every match. However, Chennai were favorites against Delhi. Because the performance of Chennai players is quite regular. The players are in good form. Even then after being given a target of just 168, I thought Chennai would not be able to win the match. However, Chennai's bowlers performed brilliantly. Ravindra Jadeja, Moeen Ali and Tushar Deshpande's bowling was very controlled. Deepak Chahar also managed to pick up two wickets and Matheesha three wickets. Chennai won because of the good performance of the bowlers.

@LittleBitFunny all the credit for CSK terrific performances goes to MSD because he’s shaped this team exactly how he wants it to be. Furthermore the way he takes time to train player’s and tell them where they’re right and wrong is a classic example of why he’s one of the best cricketer and if this year he’s retiring* then I hope that he wins this IPL tournament and retires on a high. (*no official announcement of his retirement)

The first ODI match between Bangladesh vs Ireland was abandoned due to rain. In the second innings, Ireland got a chance to bat only 16.3 overs where they managed to score only 65 runs for the loss of three wickets.

The rain law did not come in handy in this match as the DLS system comes into play only when twenty overs are played in the second innings.

According to the weather forecast yesterday there was a 60 to 70% chance of rain in the stadium area but there was no cloud in the sky and suddenly it started raining. As the weather was forecast, Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal should have adopted some technique.
Since Bangladesh had a good start if they had used spinners in most of the overs up to 20 overs then maybe Bangladesh would have won by dls method. But Tamim Iqbal failed to adopt that technique against the Irish. As a result of which one match of the three-match series was abandoned due to rain.

Its good for Ireland that match ended in a draw as they were not in a good position to win the game. Bangladesh lost 3 wickets in 12 overs for score of 51 runs but still the middle order helped to take net total to 246. Mushfiqur Rahim was the highest runs scorer from Bangladesh as he scored 61 runs on 70 balls. When match was called off Ireland required 181 runs in 37 balls with 7 wickets left. 2 more matches still to be played, Ireland need to focus both on there batting as well as on bowling.

@MusaPk there’s always a chance that if Tamin sent in the spinners too early and it didn’t rain and on top of that not give them the results they wanted then that move could have backfired on him and that’s why I think he decided to play it safe.

Furthermore Ireland wasn’t in a very bad position too and since the target wasn’t too big I feel that we can’t say with certainty that Bangladesh would have won it and maybe others here feel differently but for me until it’s 100% obvious there’s always a chance for upset especially in cricket.

Next week we are going to be in another race week and this time we are in Italy. Last week Verstappen did a really great work by winning the race despite starting at the 9th position. This was very helpful for him to increase the point gap with Perez in driver standings to 14 as well. Fastest lap was also on him so it was a really solid race by him there.

Perez is really ambitious this season. He is doing his best with this very fast car. He would like to prevent the gap from getting bigger in the next race. Maybe he can take another pole position there but when it comes to a win his job will still be difficult against Verstappen of course. He has a more skilled opponent against himself in the end.

@Velvet78 their rivalry has made F1 really interesting to watch this season and I believe that they’ll not go easy on one another hence I’m expecting a tight race once more between these two. Lastly is anyone else disappointed by Hamilton’s performances this season because he’s been performing poorly and I can’t believe that he’s yet struggling thus I wonder how long can he continue to race by putting in such mediocre performances.

Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians in the 54th match of Indian Premier League.  Royal Challengers Bangalore batted first and ended the game of 20 overs with the loss of 6 wickets and gave Mumbai Indians a target of 200 runs.
Wow, what a remarkable turnaround by Mumbai Indians They started the season on a low note but it seems like they have found their form just at the right time. Their incredible chase of 200 runs in just 16 overs against RCB was truly outstanding. The duo of Suryakumar Yadav 83 runs and Nehal Wadhera 53 runs not out played exceptionally well and smashed the bowlers all around the park. Mumbai Indians batting was simply explosive and the way they dominated RCB was a treat to watch. SKY was undoubtedly the star of the match with his scintillating knock of 83 runs off just 35 balls and deserves to be the player of the match. Mumbai Indians victory by 6 wickets and 21 balls left in the match was well deserved and they have shown that they are a force to be reckoned with in this tournament.

@Shan85 this was one of the best run chases I seen in this year’s IPL and any team that underestimates MI now will suffer heavy defeat like RCB suffered yesterday. Furthermore SKY is shaping up to be an incredible player and I feel that he’ll only improve from here and this will be bonus for both MI and the Indian cricket team.

OK guys.. now it is official. Confirmation from ESPN:

https://www.espn.in/football/blog-transfer-talk/story/4943303/transfer-talk-psg-hatch-plan-to-reunite-silva-and-mbappe

Messi will move to Al Hilal, which currently participates in the Saudi Professional League once his deal with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of this season. This was a very sensible move from Messi. PSG was treating him without any respect and there is no point in staying somewhere by compromising on self-respect. And there is more. Rumors are that Sergio Busquets may also join Al Hilal. Jordi Alba is yet another player who is rumored to be in talks with Al Hilal at this point. Anyway, next season of the Saudi Professional League is going to be super exciting.

@Sithara007 it’s not an official announcement because Messi's team has said that this news is not true and any decision will be taken at the end of the season. Also PSG never disrespected him and if you’re talking about that current suspension then its a right call because in the future any player would go on a leave without permission and cite Messi’s case hence it’s an right call by them to suspend Messi for breaking the club rule.
719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: May 09, 2023, 01:10:19 PM

Yes, in fact FIFA always makes reviews throughout the 4 years of construction of the World Cup and makes inspections with experts and they always keep their reports, in fact when things don't add up they are capable of taking away the venues, as happened in some sub 17 tournaments, now for the World Cup the demanding standards are higher, so the World Cup has to guarantee the highest quality in the stadiums and in the main soccer regulations, these things will always exist, I imagine that in every World Cup new things come up, and hosts have to meet those demands.

The quality of the stadiums and any other facilities should be obviously higher than the last world cup we saw because four years passed and we can have better technologies for stadiums and this can definitely help the hosts, while in some countries they don't have a good financial system like Qatar does, they can't provide good quality facilities if they don't already have enough facilities.
I still wonder what gives FIFA the unwarranted reason to change the football's narrative, letting many countries host the World Cup will not be cost-effective to viewers who make themselves physically available. But this might be more money for FIFA which might be their plan. I will be folding my hands as things unfold, but they will not be able to deliver extras more than what they've been doing in the past.

It's a litmus test though, I hope it's worth it more than before. And as for the quality of stadiums, I bet the US is qualified, no wonder more matches would be played there. So qualified are Canada and Mexico, but playing lower hosts perhaps due to their capabilities.
nailed it - obviously America and Canada are the great countries. But Qatar was no less than them. They have progressed in all phases of life and they have not kept anything for themselves. They even donated the temporary residential spaces to turkey after the earth quack

Well, I would like to see what will happen to countries like the USA and Canada that require visas for South American countries, if there are so many teams that are going to be on this side of the world, it is something that can lead to many problems, unless that these countries give temporary visas due to the number of tickets they have, but fans who are from these countries will give them tickets? I know that even Mexico requires a visa, at least for Venezuelans, something that seems absurd to me, but hey with emigration problems and all that (which is off topic, but I'll touch on it anyway) so what will happen to that=?

Players and fans have plenty of time to create visas. But not every fan and player should get multiple visas, because cup format is made so, that qualification part will be in one country, but play-off and finals will be in US. Canada and Mexico will be presented by two stadium each, but US with 11 stadium all across country. So if you are a fan of a weak country (sorry for that) you probably dont have to get multiple visas Cheesy

For players it will be much simpler. Like cruises. You get visa to US to board the cruise ship and go ashore to Mexico without Mexican visa. I suppose same system will be for fans also.

U see only one problem with USA - a lot of people gonna get visas "because of football cup", but some of them gonna stay in US as immigrants for ever, taking into consideration fact that they cant get visa there normally. Such things always happen with poor countries. There was even a case (dont remember if it was Olympic games or football cup), when plane with athletes landed, and during the event part of them disappeared, because they ran away from poverty and dictatorship in their homeland.

@EarnOnVictor I don’t believe that in just 4 year’s you can have any new extraordinary stadiums hence I’m not expecting anything new in that aspect from FIFA but what I’ll be keen to see is how will they help fan’s travel across the World Cup in case the fan's face any issue. Also about the visa it’s my understanding that once you get US visa you’re allowed to travel easily and I believe that all these tourists will be issued a very small duration visa hence they’ll not be able to stay back for long.

Italian teams shall have passed sevilla and leverkusen. I think that if sevilla is quite easy compared with leverkusen at this moment. It can be seen from the posiiton of sevilla right now compared with leverkusen in the domestic league.

Juventus needs to work harder to go to the final. Im sure that if leverkusen may able to win against as roma. Italian teams were getting huge challenges at this moment.

I would prefer to take leverkusen compared with as roma caused by leverkusen looks even more promising at this moment consider from the performance in the domestic league.
All four teams in Europa League semi finals look very similar in quality and I don't know two Italian teams will beat two teams from Germany and Spain easily. Especially AS Roma will have to play against Leverkusen with very tired players and limited player resources. They have to rely on Jose Mourinho and his experience to beat Leverkusen with difficulty they have now.

Roma rely on their defense a lot but they currently have many injured players in defense system and it is not good signal that they will be able to play two semi final matches with best defense performance. Anyway, they only have three matches in Europa League to try and it is their only chance to join Champions League next season. I believe their players will use all strength they have for it.

Juventus look to be in a better condition than Roma and will be able to beat Sevilla. However Juventus have another difficult as Sevilla are very experience and successful in Europa League.

@OcTradism Mourinho has a reputation for winning such matches hence I won’t be surprised if he’s able to surprise Leverkusen and beat them. Lastly I’ll stick to my word that Sevilla will beat Juventus because they simply love winning this competition and they have some crazy luck too in this competition thus there’s no way that Juventus will get past them.
