the unlicensed exchangers are a plague and they must be removed.
I'd rather not have my documents and bank accounts at risk for hacking/identity theft. And I'd rather not have the IRS in my business. Why does that make these exchanges a "plague?" They are only such if you believe that the US government should be in control of the movement of money, generally. Why? they are a plague because they made a bad image to any e-currency. people lost funds. if you don't like fiat, close all your bank account and live without them ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) a regulated market(only with licensed exchangers) is the way; otherwise, BTC will collapse. The State is your daddy, it will protect you ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

My Account "Spaceman_Spiff" was hacked. I was stupid enough to reuse a weak password (I figured there was no monetary value involved, but now that it happened I am angry I didn't put in a better password anyway). I saw this guy has been posting on the forum, probably trying to scam people. He changed the password and the associated email adress.
Does anybody know which moderator I should contact to flag this issue? Or is there an email address for support or so? I would prefer it if they could reset the password and change the email adress to mine again, but obviously closing the account is acceptable also, as long as this guy doesn't use my name to scam people.
sorry to hear that spiff, good luck, I hope Theymos helps you out

What a waste of time for them. But eventually they run out of gas and leave, just like JStolfi and the rest. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) god, let's hope roach is getting low on fuel

not "official" perhaps, and there isn't one displaying at the moment, but if you watch the war on http://isis.liveuamap.com/ for a couple days you will see Daesh affiliated tweets listed My point being, if these fucks can maintain an online presence, surely a technically savvy, and wealthy, group of Slavs should be able to. Usually i'm trying to avoid visiting sites like this not to attract attention to my person from Federal Security Service ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) just to be clear http://liveuamap.com/ is NOT affiliated, it is a conflict news aggregator, I find it very useful

ISIS/Daesh seem to get away with it
Do they have an official twitter account? Seriously? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) not "official" perhaps, and there isn't one displaying at the moment, but if you watch the war on http://isis.liveuamap.com/ for a couple days you will see Daesh affiliated tweets listed My point being, if these fucks can maintain an online presence, surely a technically savvy, and wealthy, group of Slavs should be able to.

It is not possible to continue break the laws and have a twitter account for example.
ISIS/Daesh seem to get away with it

Be happy to see some reasons.
the fact that they are spamming the BTC mempool is scammy enough for me ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2Fui2fqgT.png%26t%3D579%26c%3DEeJIFO6cDRs8Eg&t=663&c=VMl9QYeHTW3z8w)

If BTC-E will continue to operate in normal mode it will be the best ever promo operation sponsored by FBI ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) this overnight they would become a beacon of global liberty, it would be a powerful statement...and I would start fearing for their physical safety

it almost seems like there possibly might be some sort of repeating pattern....I just can't quite put my finger on it ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F9pIu5OP.png&t=663&c=5E7VdzJ1_PDBZQ)
