So, Bayern are going to visit Stamford Bridge tomorrow. Interesting how 'Chelsea to WIN' is @4.xx odds in the bookies.

I've seen Bayern in the Bundesliga a lot and i honestly think people are overestimating them. They barely won 3-2 last Friday vs bottom-of-the-league Padderborn. If Chelsea can stop Lewa from scoring, that's pretty much 80% of the job done. If Lewa's in god mode, then it's very likely that he'll abuse Chelsea's defence and scores a perfect poker (left foot, right foot, header, pen/free kick). Thoughts?

Well, Chelsea didn't stop anybody from scoring against them in last 6 games. That games included among others Hull City and Newcastle. In the last 5 games against Bayern Chelsea conceded 16 goals.

I wouldn't put a nickel on Chelsea keeping a clean sheet tomorrow. I'll probably bet on both to score or Bayern to score 2 or more.
I think both teams will score tomorrow and Bayern will win 2-1 or 3-1.
For Barcelona and Naples, well it is hard to predict, although Barca odds are higher but Naples could surprise us, it depends from Messi performance tomorrow really imo
7042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 24, 2020, 02:22:48 PM

I agree. What happened in Italy raised a big public health issue over the Europe, not only in Italy.

yes, and it is serious, they would not cancel carneval in Venice if it is not, hope that everything will pass without too much trouble, but from the information that are currently circling around, we must be aware of the momentum and possible spread over Europe...
I heard Barcelona will face special measures when arriving to Italy to face Naples tomorrow.
Serie A games and other major events risk to be reported or cancelled and if Corona virus will continue spreading then Germany, France and Switzerland will be at high risk in the short term..
7043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 24, 2020, 08:47:28 AM

I see a Liverpool 1-1 draw, what do you see??

Liverpool will win the match but like some previous result from their games, just win with little score 1-0 for LFC.
I don't think that West Ham will be the one that stopped Liverpool awesome record. I expect +2 goals difference for Liverpool today
7044  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 23, 2020, 05:28:12 PM
Looks like Roma vs Lecce hasn't been cancelled. Let's see: Lecce are on a winning streak while Roma are winless in their last 4 league games (1D 3L) and their last home win was in December  Shocked Not keen on backing underdogs today but Lecce double chance @3.30 isn't too shabby.

3 games are now postponed and many more probably on the next 2 weeks, safety 1st.
You know things are really bad when entire towns in some regions are being quarantined  Sad
Only games taking place in Northern Italy (2 regions tho) are cancelled. Roma is playing in Stadio Olimpico in Rome so it is allowed. BTW Roma is leading until now 1-0
7045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 23, 2020, 05:23:31 PM
Arsenal 2-1 Everton at half-time. Everton took the lead inside 10 minutes but Arteta’s men turned it round & now lead 2-1. It should be a good 2nd half, we’ll hopefully see more goals.
Nope it is 2-2... Everton scored at the end of the first half 45+4!
You will never know when Arsenal turns the table upside down or the table turns them upside down...
7046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 23, 2020, 05:21:13 PM
Reassuring him that his performance is ALWAYS stable and he can do it Tongue
BTW the worst thing that can happens is that your substitute score the only goal just minutes after you are out. Too bad!

It's still unclear why Guardiola still gives him permission to take penalties. It's obvious that Aguero is no longer at his prime and should be replaced in some matches. Man city is one of the few teams that have a great squad with talented players that are on and off the field. I would've preferred a City draw though. It would've meant Liverpool would have less games to win.

Wtf are you talking about past his prime?  Lol.  He's the second highest goal scorer in the league (with Vardy just leading by one goal).

https://www.soccerstats.com/scorers.asp?league=england
We are talking about how lucky he was in (missing) penalty kicks obviously Tongue

Man United did it and it secured the 5th rank temporarily, and for Arsenal they are leading until now with 2-1. Arsenal never fails you even while you are tipping a text! 2-2 in the first half between Arsenal and Everton
7047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 23, 2020, 12:29:33 AM
Seems emergency Corona virus at Italy, Inter-Sampdoria, Verona-Cagliari and Atalanta-Sassuolo (Serie A matches) will be cancelled.

I hope you are there be on safe.
pray
Yes, saw this news in several websites. Many Serie A but also Serie B and C are postponed and things isn't clear yet for Inter in next Thursday game in Europa League...
7048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: February 23, 2020, 12:18:53 AM
It means they have not good attackers who have a smart instinct to score. The best choice for a pure striker is only Benzema, and we all know he is not a really good finisher. The last season they have Ronaldo as the most effective finisher but now no one at the squad as an effective finisher. Real Madrid needs Aguero, Kane, Lewandowski, or Aubameyang.
Real Madrid needs a player as effective as Ronaldo or a bunch of new players that can play football together flawlessly...
This Saturday defeat will make things by far worse for Real Madrid in the next Sunday game VS Barcelona. Playing VS a good team with a lot of pressure is a big mistake imo
7049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 22, 2020, 08:01:45 PM
Scoring from penalty Kicks was never a thing for Aguero. How Pep still picks him up to talk them is beyond my understanding  Huh
With Players like Kevin De bruyne and Mahrez on the pitch, why is Aguero still given Pen duties?
Reassuring him that his performance is ALWAYS stable and he can do it Tongue
BTW the worst thing that can happens is that your substitute score the only goal just minutes after you are out. Too bad!
7050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: February 22, 2020, 07:16:10 PM
Pressure on Real Madrid is high to maintain the first position especially after this awesome 5-0 from Barcelona, and of course El Classico will show who is better
7051  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 22, 2020, 07:05:14 PM
Come on City! Still 0 - 0.
I could not watch the first half but seeing the 2nd half now. From the statistics I see they are playing better than Leicester but still goalless. How? City 2 - 1 to is too much to expect now LOL
Missing a penalty kick is really awful and devastating. Few attacks from Leicester but without being a real danger...
We can see a draw 0-0 or at best 1-0 from a side or another. All depends from defenders mistakes!

Edit : indeed 1-0 for City right now

Posting in duplicated^n topic over and over is silly especially if someone has mentioned this just after OP.

Also, move this to the Speculation section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=57.0

The move button is on the bottom left corner of this page.

Can i suggest to move it to the archival instead..

Just came here to post this from the Getafe vs Ajax match: https://twitter.com/nocontextfooty/status/1230576685206114304

I watched it live and i honestly couldn't believe Babel did that LOL i have never seen anything like this and it's freaking hilarious hahahaha Grin Tongue
Yes, every single social media is talking about this  Grin

Ajax loss 2:0 make their situation very complicated before second game. Getafe is solid team and they can defend this score.
Indeed. Ajax will have a hard week + many pressure = bad situation and winning next game with + 2 goals will be very hard

Didn't expexted such big Wolves win against Espanyol. Ok, maybe Espanyol is one of worst La Liga teams this season, but with new manager they were improving, so I expected more from them. Now all questions already answered before second leg.
Same didn't watch the game and i was kinda surprised with the score.

Other games more or less ended without surprises. Honestly, is it anyone surprised about MU draw? Because this season they weren't able to beat much worse teams than Brugge.
I could expect a surprise from Arsenal in every game but from ManU in this game, well..better to not place a bet for those teams imo
7054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: February 20, 2020, 09:04:36 PM
Didn't expect to see Ajax losing its game with 2 goals and without scoring at least 1 goal...
Man United... Better to not place a bet in this team..
Now wonder know how Arsenal game will end
7055  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 20, 2020, 08:57:15 PM
I personally encourage Man City..
Sheffield United (or any team in the 6th rank) likes this  Tongue

I hope the spirit of Man City players can recover a bit even though the sanctions (sanctions from UEFA) imposed on them IMO are very reasonable to make them despair.
Until now City seems to recover well from this drama but we can confirm it after Leicester game this weekend
7056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 19, 2020, 10:09:20 PM
West Ham 1-0 down, they’re 3rd from bottom in the league so currently in the relegation area. Their next game is against Liverpool who will be angry after losing in the CL. I do fear for West Ham, I think they’re going down.
Barely all West Ham remaining games are VS big teams except 3 vs the last teams which is very awkward situation. If they could make it and remain here it will a big surprise.
7057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 19, 2020, 10:02:01 PM
For today games, yes Tottenham one is more interesting but I think Leipzig will win 1-0 or maybe 2-1. Yesterday surprises may occurs also in Atalanta game? Tongue
Now this is one of the rare times i give something correct lol Tongue
For Atalanta game, i do not know whether the surprise was the four Atalanta goals or maybe the goal of honor of Valencia...
BTW we have interesting games in the coming week and good revenge games in the next month  Wink
7058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 19, 2020, 09:26:50 PM
for today's games I am of the opinion that tottenham will win the game against RB Leipzig.
Until now 1-0 for Leipzig  Smiley

If tottenham does not make any mistake (something like a foul that originates a penalty...
Now that's an obvious wallhack of the space and time continuum or something  Grin

and I also bet that Atalanta will win against Valencia. I hope I don't have any big unpleasant surprises tonight.
Ouep Atalanta is beating hardly poor Valencia (which just scored) 4-1
7059  Economy / Speculation / Re: Need to be more cautious than ever on: February 19, 2020, 10:29:24 AM
Guys, It's time we need to be more cautious and avoid panic sell or massive buy we might see more of these market fluctuations which might be tempting as well as bothering. Please consider a broader picture before making any decision and consult with fellow peers rather than falling for a bull trap or panic sell, lets learn from our mistakes we made in the past.
People will never learn nor listen.
Passing from 5 digits to 4 digits price will make always people look crazy and think it is the end of the world and they should save themselves by selling even without a proper gain margin. There is also some people who bought bitcoin at +$13k and who lost any hope to get their back so selling just +$10k is better than nothing for them.
Personally I will keep holding until we will talk about satoshi/USD not bitcoin/USD  Cool
7060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: February 19, 2020, 10:19:41 AM
Simeon's extraordinary coach deserves to win the cup, A brave man is standing on his feet to guide the players Roll Eyes He can influence fans' enthusiasm and ask them for more chants and chants and this makes you feel that he runs the entire stadium !!! Grin I think this guy can bring down Big Liverpool. We'll wait for the return match.
Dortmund achieved the victory as expected as well,He will definitely cross to the next round.
Yeah ATM is a good team and Simeone is a good manager too but better to not underestimate Liverpool also. They could come back easily, that's applicable also for PSG. 1 goal difference is not reassuring at all in both games.

Liverpool's situation is really not good, they will play at a disadvantage and if Atletico de Madrid scores 1 goal at Liverpool's home and then just keep defending until the game ends, Liverpool may lose the game. Anyway the game that catches my attention today is this:

Tottenham - RB Leipzig

I wonder how tottenham will perform in today's match Grin
Yes Liverpool is in an awkward situation but they have to deal with it.
For today games, yes Tottenham one is more interesting but I think Leipzig will win 1-0 or maybe 2-1. Yesterday surprises may occurs also in Atalanta game? Tongue
