7061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If india bans Cryptocurrency as per the draft law, What happens to the community on: June 09, 2019, 06:31:52 PM
I’ve been reading a bit about cryptocurrency in India, and what I’ve read so far points in the direction of the current situation not been that easy as it is, let alone with the potential, yet to be approved, law on cryptocurrency prohibition. Currently it seems the people in India need to use mainly P2P crypto trading sites such as (Bitbns, Wazirk, CoinDCX, KoindexLoop, Localbitcoins, Coinmama, Purse, Changelly and so on (see: Best Indian Bitcoin Websites To Buy Bitcoins [Mega List – 2019]).  Regular centralized exchanges such as Coinome y Zebpay have recently seized there activity in India.

In 2018, the Reserve Bank of India prohibited banks from offering their services and accounts to cryptocurrency exchanges, therefore driving a shift towards P2P solutions. These of course are not fully anonymous, and could be at any moment required by the Indian authorities to pass on information as to their customers and TXs (screenshots in the above referenced thread show how even some P2P TXs leave trace on the system).

Going a step further may lead people to move on to other more anonymous solutions such as Wasabi Wallet for BTC, or a shift towards Monero and ZCash. Usage of VPNs can further help to evade any ban while (if chosen properly) should provide privacy. The real issue may reside in the FIAT to Crypto to FIAT swaps, since they would need to be completely opaque from the system. Also raising or even maintaining awareness in a clandestine type of situation is not going to be easy.

It would be interesting to receive input here from residents in India.

If money is a big issue here, then never connect to an Indian They do not want to spend money on things that do not fancy them unless they have the investment. To be precise they will never use VPN as they can still be traced, I am not from India but, I have to spend a considerable amount there. as an Investment in India and Indians. I am sure they have invested a lot on Bitcoin," they are smart".

What they will do to earn a profit?

They will use the back door. They know what they want, the government does not. I doubt this draft solve any Crypto issue. This is somewhat the same to a Chinese Ban

Yes, I think it is possible, the best thing to do is to use any wallet (hot or cold) that does not require any kind of KYC, like verification of email address and personal docs.

Trading cryptos on exchanges that never ask you for your details/KYC. Deleting your personal profile on all social media outlets. Opening up a Foreign currency Bank account within India. What do you think? will this info help the community

Yes, I think it is a Good Idea but, what about bank account KYC as for all kinds of bank account you have to go through KYC.

I don't think the draft would pass as such. Even if it did, India would not be able to enforce the law completely. Even though users may not be able to trade with their bank accounts. There would still be P2P trading and bitcoin cryptocurrency would be further popular and accesible to the people.

I just read a few days back that P2P trading has stopped in India, I am referring to localbitcoins. They are not accepting any requests.

I will never recommend anyone to invest in XRP because it is centralized and who need XRP when you have Bitcoin. Bitcoin is the best bet if you want your investment to go to the moon.

The price of XRP was above $1 in 2017 when Bitcoin set a new all-time high and I believe it will again go above $1 when Bitcoin goes beyond $19000. Before that I doubt.
7065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bogap.com offering white label bitcoin casinos to qualified people. on: June 08, 2019, 04:09:34 AM
Interesting offer. I did visit their website and saw the classified on the homepage. One of my friend is interested to start his own Bitcoin Casino. I have forwarded the email address mentioned on the homepage to my friend. Let's see what kind of cost and partnership they have in their mind. I did not find any customer reviews on their website or any tieup they have.
7066  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice.com – The World's Best Fully Featured Casino. Play or Invest! on: June 08, 2019, 04:02:28 AM
Why all games too laggy on my side when animations turned on?

Im on a desktop having Core i5 5th gen plus GTX 1060 card.Tried to play Plinko using up that 1 FRD faucet but it got stuck.

It is not always the system issue, it can be a server issue or might be a database issue on the backend side. It is still a new  gambling website and when more games are played or if there is a high traffic volume things can get laggy sometimes.
7067  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: looking for a legit outlet that I can purchase Litecoins with Bitcoins on: June 07, 2019, 03:49:09 AM

7068  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency In The Gambling Industry: All You Need To Know About Bitcoin on: June 05, 2019, 04:11:41 PM
There is only one reasons why Bitcoin/cryptocurrency gambling is a HIT

No one knows you (Anonymous account/transaction)
It is hard for anyone to trace you with you Public wallet address and determine your transaction. Although KYC is a must now days in certain countries but, how they (government) will determine it is an online casino Public wallet address that you are sending your Bitcoins.

There are few more reasons - like lots of Giveaways (what I have been getting from Stake.com) and bonus. Faster deposit and withdrawal and awesome support. These are some of the things that make Gambling more pleasant and fun.

7069  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is all this "Satoshi" drama? on: June 05, 2019, 01:08:29 PM
When your coin has failed to become the real Bitcoin?

When your prediction about Bitcoin price fails numerous times and you want to avoid the pain of eating you own D**k.

What would you do to keep yourself in the news?

Start claiming something new and that's what they both are doing and actually they are very good in creating Fake News.

This is evident with the number of followers they have and the mass coverage they get from online media as well as the crypto community.

7070  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most-traded stablecoin - Tether - is now available on CoinDeal on: June 05, 2019, 01:01:21 PM
In a market where volatility and uncertainty always prevails, the best option to save your money is to transfer it to a stable coin of your choice. At the moment there are 8 major stable coin in the market. if you need to decide which one to invest in then you can check  - https://stablecoinindex.com/.

Tether is still the best stablecoin than other present in the market.
7071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Documentaries (12 Of My Favorites) on: June 05, 2019, 09:10:25 AM
I do not think reading about an actual product can help anyone, never the less it is the choice of an individual, how he/she wants to learn. I learned a lot about Bitcoin and Blockchain by being active on multiple forums. I have never read any of those listed documentary, neither do I plan to in future. I always believe in learning from those who have the experience and the specialty about a particular subject. In this case it is Bitcoin and for me Bitcointalk Community has been the the Best Book and the Best Teacher.
7072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I read 250 comments of people saying what they learned from investing in crypto on: June 05, 2019, 09:04:22 AM
Nice works. Some of them I strongly disagree and some I strongly agree. Here is the list and the answers to those

"Don't expect that the coin with best fundamentals will bring the best gains. People don't care about fundamentals, they don't care about tech. They buy the hype and the coin with most announcements of announcements".

But, these are the coins that outperform the market expectation in long term. If you are a HODLer than these are the coins to invest.

"Don't invest anything significant in random low cap projects, even if you like them. Always approach low cap projects like you would some shady penny stock and expect that anything you invest could be lost in the blink of an eye"

This is not true always Bounty0x (BNTY), Latoken are some of the successful lowcap projects.

"The bull market makes you feel like a genius because every coin you buy goes up, but only the subsequent bear market will show which of your picks were actually solid"

Absolutely correct, if you had invested in crypto mid of 2017 then 2018 was the time when you had known which of those were actually solid projects.

"Even with all that hype in 2017/2018, it's not too late to join this game and make profits. We are still early on"

If you had entered the market in March of 2019, by now you would have made a decent amount of profit. It is never too late to enter.

Patience is the goal, if you want to achieve success in Cryptocurrency.
7073  Economy / Exchanges / Re: USD, KRW, GBP withdrawals via Skrill are available on CoinDeal on: June 04, 2019, 04:16:47 PM
A Good news Indeed!!!

Skrill is a Global payment processor and with coindeal able to add skrill as an alternative payment option is great for crypto community. The charges for withdrawal are a bit higher. That's okay if they are allowing  USD, KRW and GBP.
7074  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your "hype percentage"? on: June 04, 2019, 07:26:08 AM
Best thing to do is not to listen to those hypes. Almost all telegram groups, which are meant for pump are shitty groups and are created to Scam you, I have been added to them automatically more than once, it is better to avoid and delete them. Believe in actual facts and always calculate the figures, do your research first. Maths does not work always.
7075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Social media network Voice is designed on EOS platform on: June 04, 2019, 06:16:27 AM
EOS is one of many Ethereum alternatives. It's aim is to be the fastest, cheapest and most scalable smart contract blockchain in the world. As a result, it wants to win a large percentage of Ethereum’s market share. It is currently one of the Biggest competitors of Ethereum and with the launch of stable coin it will become more competitive.
7076  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think Bitcoin has some limitations and should improve Bitcoin more? on: June 04, 2019, 06:08:54 AM
That is why a lot is being done with Bitcoin Lightning Network. The biggest problem with Bitcoin is scalability and if Bitcoin is ever to become a fully-fledged alternative to currently existing payment systems, it will obviously need to be able to compete with them. As of now, it’s not even close. To understand more you need to compare Bitcoin’s minuscule 7 transactions per second to Visa’s average of 24,000, and its peak capacity of around 50,000 transactions per second. There is a big difference. But, with Lightning Network things are changing gradually.
7077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin (BTC) Bulls Near Exhaustion on: June 03, 2019, 12:53:20 AM
I think the market still has some juice left. Bitcoin is facing stiff resistance at $9000 level but is still holding on to $8500 level. If the price goes beyond $8000 level then Bull run has ended, which at the moment is not happening. As Bitcoin price has been tested more than once at $8500 level. I still believe that Bitcoin will go beyond $10000 in the month of June and then you can expect price correction. Until then hodl and stay calm.
7078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin Society (with ReligionlessFAITH) (You can still have other faiths) on: June 03, 2019, 12:36:34 AM
Technically you are part of the Cryptocurrency Society as you are dealing and holding Cryptos. About starting a Faith, I am not sure whether that is a Good Idea. If you go to any part of this world there will always be the law of the land, so I do not think going to Canada will solve your problem. Hey! but, it is your dream and I would suggest you start with the basics, why not ask your friends and family first (those who believe in Bitcoin).
7079  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Fiat (Real life test ) on: June 02, 2019, 03:22:25 PM
I am pretty much confused with your story. This is not a game, money involved and there are people in this forum who have been doing cryptocurrency business for a long time. How and from where did you transfer those 4 Bitcoin.

It would be nice and more clear to everyone if you can tell us your source of transfer and the exchange used to complete the deal. $40.00 from where? and Who? . This is a complete scam nobody can charge you so much except the grey market and a bunch of fraudster.

Check this link and you will understand the charge/fee - https://bitcoinfees.info/

7080  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin appears on Excel, Microsoft implicitly admits Bitcoin is currency? on: June 02, 2019, 03:04:48 PM
That is indeed a great News. News related to Bitcoin adoption always bring cheers to the market. I did read this article four days back. The link to the article - https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-microsoft-adds-excel-currency/

It is a new addition to the currency symbol in excel. Now the path for Bitcoin to go mainstream has opened and already started, as Excel is one of the most used Software from Microsoft's office edition. Good news for traders, it will easy to maintain records now. I wonder when will Google add Bitcoin to Google sheets?
