^Before we get too deep into corporate law:

Of the $2,000,000.00 on offer, exactly $98.47 was raised. ( https://blockchain.info/address/15Q2MN962s3sRSYSFiRkgNgD1NFzBTgHTe )

I'm sure SEC helicopters aren't circling over OP's shack just yet.

And buy orders of those 31 shares are in the order book to refund investors.

^Nothing new, it's Mr. Slaughter's MO.

CoinDesk article: http://www.coindesk.com/mining-hardware-companies-miners-roundup/

TL;DR after CoinDesk guy asked for a refund:
Quote
The cheque was sent back with an accompanying letter clearly stating the correct spelling of the recipient’s name, just to be sure.

However, mid-March a new cheque arrived containing the same misspelling and, this time, it wasn’t signed either. At this point I started to wonder whether these errors were being done on purpose to delay the refund.

Declining my request to have the funds wired to my bank account instead, VMC will now be sending a third cheque (after receiving the unsigned one back from me).

So, maybe with some luck, some four to five months after applying for a refund, I will actually get my money back.

curious how or why it took almost two months for the cheque to arrive? he should really be sending via registered mail for tracking and verification of delivery

For the same reason the reviewer at CoinDesk got a bunch of bad checks:  http://www.coindesk.com/mining-hardware-companies-miners-roundup/

...Just because our site is using Drupal 7 with a free theme that somehow means we don't have a team or web development experience?...

Yeah OP, pretty much.

Minerpart:  PM the mods of your containment thread and tell them to take you back.  Tell them NotLambchop said it's OK.
Or chat them up on #ActM.

At what point does Havelock de-list? Maybe they'll just continue to collect more commissions as this thing trades down to 0.
...

I asked the same question re: NeoBee, got no answer.
The funny thing is intervention by Havelock is the last thing MS "investors" want.
If Havelock halts trading, "investors" are left holding teh bag.

@Havelock:  Perhaps add "Q" to the ticker, denoting Mintspare's uncertain future?  MSQ?

I hope KNC are going to go from B+ to "Holy shit, did you see that garbage they just shipped to customers that were all completely broken?". Badly packaged, but also very badly designed.

You realize that dogie is forced to grade on a curve, right?  How useful would this thread be if all the grades were "F-"?

I believe that Seedcoin Fund I investors are waiting for tangible results from the crypto startups we have invested into.
...

The thing is, your "investors" aren't "waiting."  They're selling.  Or trying to.

Why didn't you buy a castle yet?  Undecided

For the same reason he didn't dress up like a poor kid's idea of success & pose in front of a 70s Rolls?

I smell jealous fuckboys lol

So wait, that's the sort of thing you dream about?  Trailerpark notion of success?

Did I say so? No
What Risto does with his money is none of your business, is it now?

I'm simply enjoying the show.  You value him for his financial acumen, while I enjoy his ability to make me grin.  Different strokes, that's all.

Hear, hear. He was not maybe the absolute, end of the game, forever, most genius around, but he certainly was more of a genius than those who did not buy at 10.

^by that measure, the guy who won a few mil in a lottery is the greatest genius of all.

P.S:  If the guy who won the lottery gives you investment advice, and you take it ...you're world's second biggest genius.

It could have been luck, but it wasn't. Read his scriptures.

SCRIPTURES? Cheesy  I'm surprised you didn't capitalize "His."

As I saw it, I'm smoking Romeo y Julieta Petit Churchills, have a 27" Mac screen on mahogany table, solid silver ashtray, same shoes as in the picture, and thinking of the next (III) Supernode meeting in Malla in June. So, it is kind of affirmative, don't you think?

Just try to keep out of the nuthouse this time though :-)

It is a secret, but I tell you just this one time: the nuthouse is a place for dissidents...

It's also a place for folks whose delusions of grandeur have gotten the best of them Undecided

Enjoy your midget Churchills.

Why all the hate to Risto suddenly? He contributes a lot more then most of the members here. Yes he made a bad call, so what? He made a lot more good calls then most of you, and he will make them again in the future Kiss

If you mean "$10,000 by tomorrow" type of stuff than yeah, he's contributed plenty.  Also the lels, don't forget teh lels.

I have plenty of empathy for the mentally ill, but stop deifying mania.
