Is there proof of VMC having ever issued a refund? if so I must be watching the wrong thread.  I have been waiting since January for my refund and have had no contact other than empty replies and broken promises in both public and private communications.  Please demote;

With Avalon  Batch 1 and 2 they built trust. With Batch 3 and chip sales they cashed out their gained trust!

You guys were just in too deep to keep emotions out of it when considering Avalon. They did nothing wrong on batch 3 or chip orders - that you can get even remotely close to proving. The only outstanding issues is the trade ins.

And that the guy everyone hates isn't anything more than an investor/shareholder for the last ~7-8 months. Because no one is willing to give them a chance any more, they've essentially withdrawn from Western markets. That's what you get, so that's just one more choice you have less.

VMC : of the 31 cards sold. Only 3 are up and running 2 of which being to a close associate of vmc.

 The rest of them are either DOA, not been delivered or in their own farm. Also, refunds have not been sent despite promised put out. Buyers have simply been scammed and then lied to.

You realize that dogie is forced to grade on a curve, right?  How useful would this thread be if all the grades were "F-"?

I never suggested F- for all. I suggest that a massive failure like this entitles them to a downgrade, probably bumping someone else up a bit. So you still have your curve, but it's more reflective of what's actually happening right now. Meh.

VMC, active mining and kenneth slaughter are all under investigation by the Missouri Securities Division.

There is also now a class action gathering exercise to recover stolen and misappropriated funds by VMC and active mining. ..By the same company that filed the bfl class action suit.
