7121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Crypto - Part 1 - Top Websites to Find Crypto Jobs on: February 21, 2020, 11:12:08 PM
If the payment of rewards will be in DAI and BAT. I think bounty hunters should look into such platforms.
It's all that they need to avoid those own-tokens paying bounties that they'll soon find out to become worthless. But with the blogging or content creation, this is a challenging task for those who wants to make a living out of it.
7122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who among us here has been addicted but successfully cured addiction? on: February 21, 2020, 10:49:01 PM
Many people are trying to get away from gambling addiction, but some of them don't know how to do that. Passion for playing gambling will be there if we don't try hard to leave the gambling place because gambling will attract us to keep playing. We must try to prevent the addicting because if it's not, we will be hard to cure the addiction. We might see in the real-life, many people still trying to stay away from gambling even if they feel it is hard to do.
In our case, we don't actually have to leave the place, we only have to close our browsers and just leave our computers. But living as a gambler might put you attached to it and curing the addiction will lead you to several solutions if the others doesn't work.
If you're going to the most dangerous effect of gambling and it's already happening in your life, think of your family or the people that are depending on you.
Closing the browser and leaving the computer is difficult if you still have a lot of time to spend there, the only way you can leave it all is to have another activity, so you will force yourself to close the browser and leave the computer , always increasing social activities to have a busier routine will certainly help you to escape gambling more easily.
Well, it's your choice actually if you still have a lot of time to spend. This is all about time management now if that's the case.
And you need to be wiser around when you're managing your time so that you can avoid further losses or even gambling activity.
7123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Places To Hold Initial Coin Offerings on: February 21, 2020, 10:27:56 PM
Ico and IEO are dead ends atleast for now. Only something really revolutionary new tech will get traction from ICO. The IcO scamming and bad project offerings have faded away thanks to the great almighty bear market!

I am looking forward for SECURITY TOKEN OFFERING STO market maturity.
They still can't see that fact that IEO and ICO market is totally dry and dying as soon as possible. With the STO, I think it will just do the same unless it's being supported for at least 2-5 years then we can say that it's going better.
But as soon as it's not yet matured, we can have a thought that its fate will be as the same as the first two.
7124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: February 21, 2020, 10:04:56 PM
With the 2019 Corona Virus or Covid-19 still not under control, I would stay away from crowded places like Casinos for now specially casinos are often flocked by foreigners however, without the danger of being expose to corona virus I would mingle with people in casinos regardless of race or where they came from. Its a good way to meet different people and learn from them too.
Hey, this is a very good and valid point. I have never thought of it to be honest. Since it's a quick spreading virus, I guess it's the best to stay now to our homes and probably enjoy the ease from gambling with comfort.
A crowded place should be avoided for the people who are conscious when mostly there are actual news that's happening now. Health and safety first.
7125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have some funds to invest-- How do I make a good decision? on: February 21, 2020, 09:44:16 PM
We have hundreds of threads asking for the same question. Using the search will find you those threads but you don't have to look for that much what to invest if you still have this one very coin in your portfolio.
- BTC
I guess they are not satisfied with other people's threads and it is better to ask for themselves. Yeah, but I'll try to suggest it.
however, to make the right decision, you need to do research first. whether it's about a new coin, or an old one. try to do research on the coins I mentioned below
BTC
ETH
BNB
BSV
BCH

EOS
LTC
and the top 20 CMC coins
many people invest in the coins that I have mentioned today.
I will cross out the two bitcoin fork coins. Many don't think that it's a good investment because it's claiming the position of bitcoin. And do you agree with that idea they have in their minds?
I don't think that it's been a good idea to invest and support those so I say no to those two forks.
7126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would make you stop gambling? on: February 21, 2020, 09:21:36 PM
I would stop when I don't have enough money to gamble,
I don't want to ask for money just to continue on gambling and I would also stop when I feel that it is already taking up most of my money.
It's not also my attitude to ask money so that I can gamble. I'm more than happy to gamble with my own money because I know how I got it and I can do whatever I can with it.
I'll stop also if I don't have budget to gamble anymore. It is a sign that there's no need to continue and stop for the moment when there's nothing left anymore.
7127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ⚡Bitcoin and Ethereum's Energy Consumption⚡ on: February 21, 2020, 08:56:37 PM
After ETH 2.0 it energy consumption will be much lower
Yeah because it will become now a proof of stake but we still can't say that it will be like that the way it is.
After ETH 2.0 it energy consumption will be much lower
Well let's see if it actually works out or it flops and a fork comes and saves everything with continuing it as a proof of work. I'm hoping it works but honestly who the hell knows.
Yeah. We can't tell what will be the exact result of it and it's being delayed and we've been waiting for the updates.

7129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Advice for year 2020 on: February 20, 2020, 11:49:46 PM
A good advise, however know that before going into crypto investment, you shall take the risk, you won't be able to earn if you won't take the risk. It's either you would success to earn or take the lesson of loss.
It's the golden rule in investments. No risk, no reward. But you need to be careful of high reward but no risk investments. Bitcoin is a high risk and high reward kind of investment and others don't treat it as an investment.
So, if you will take bitcoin as an investment, this is the safest option for this year due to the block halving reward. Avoid the shilling of different altcoins but if you want it, learn and research.
7130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ⚡Bitcoin and Ethereum's Energy Consumption⚡ on: February 20, 2020, 11:23:01 PM
Most people will simply buy bitcoin and sell when it increases to make passive money, instead of running a miner.
Someone who's not capable on investing on miners and his location isn't ideal for mining, this is the best option. But do you think miners will continue mining if there's no benefit from them?
If I have the capacity and the best location, I will not have a second thought of investing into it. I guess these mining farms does have a source for alternative energy.

The concentration with a crowded place really breaks if you're easily distracted from the people that surrounds you. The comfort of playing at home is much the choice of most gamblers that wants it more relaxing and quiet. But some tend to prefer the crowded one if they want to seek for attention and that could happen if they're winning with their bets or if they start to become popular inside the casino.

Some probably also prefer the crowd just to socialize. while others prefer the online ones to avoid distraction and noise. I tend to think that the reserved ones will avoid crowded casinos. The fun-seeking & sociable ones will prefer the noise and crowds.
Yes.
They like to socialize and there are gamblers that doesn't like the online thing in casinos but they prefer to hang out with new people and socialize more. We have different likes and it's the reality for the types of gamblers that we have.

And are there many advanced hardwallets you are aware of? Cause talking about me, I wouldn't say that there are some unqiue ones, even though market is overcrowded with many abstract solutions

Well, the most advanced one these days is GetHashWallet. Team is basically offering secured and private hardware wallet. The wallet is non-programmable, so no worries here, and easy to use. What I also really love - the product is going for arrow certification and guys are about to hold fundraising campaign on Indiegogo. Of course, I also recommend you to have a closer look, pretty sure that you will be impressed
Gethashwallet? I have never heard of this hardware wallet.
Listen.
The best hardware wallets can be found on: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet?step=5&platform=hardware
The 3 leading known hardware wallets that are competing today are.
  • Ledger
  • Trezor
  • Keepkey

7135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why bounty budget is becoming too much low? on: February 20, 2020, 09:02:17 PM
The million bounty pool was good until last.
Sometimes bounties with low allocation are the best because they always pay easily without the fear of dumpers, no way the price will get dragged down with low reward
True the low pool bounties are the best right now. The ones that is promising millions of dollars can't be determined anymore if they will be the same like before but to the hunters, they can now see what bounty has a higher chance to pay.

7137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC to VDS, the Baton to Change World Financial Landscape on: February 19, 2020, 10:35:57 PM
Don't post consecutively on the same day. Please also be noted that you have made the same announcement.
This; VDS, the Plug-in of Bitcoin
No need to make one for this.
Actually they're not published on the same day. I'll take your advice though about the same announcement.
It doesn't matter as long as it's published you should stick to one thread for the same topic/project, you should be aware of that. And also, don't post all together after your own post. Read these rules:
12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours.[2]

21. Old bumps should be deleted. [2]

32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.
7138  Economy / Economics / Re: Using of Blockchain in Election on: February 19, 2020, 10:09:59 PM
At the very first view of it, we can see the good points of it but until it hasn't been tested and tried, we will not see the other implications of it.
There's pros and cons of it but we would like to see a partial trial of it or probably with an official election even from company's board of election to see how the results are and then next to the possible true election of government officials.

A manager can easily detect fraud if he's long in the industry while the investors, they are the ones that are at risk because they can hardly find what's legit and not. And this applies to the aspiring investors that only wants to make money from these ICOs.
Well, I don't think it's no longer important because the ICO industry is dying.
7140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: February 19, 2020, 09:06:55 PM
Seems that many want to stay at home and play not with the crowded casinos.
I'll go with the crowd who says that they don't want to go with the crowded casinos anymore if there's an option to play without the need of having to go out.
For me its better to play in an uncrowded place because yoi can decide without hesitation or have clearly mind when playing. Also when you play in crowded casino , its not easy to concentrate to your playing because of too noisy around you. So playing at home is one of the good place beside you dont need to go out, then it can give more comfortable feeling to play.
The concentration with a crowded place really breaks if you're easily distracted from the people that surrounds you. The comfort of playing at home is much the choice of most gamblers that wants it more relaxing and quiet.
