2. Что побудило вас на создание проекта?

Основатели сервиса работали с обменом задолго до появления Биткоина, но решили изменить направление на информационный сервис.

3. Сколько человек работает в вашей команде?

Постоянно работают 10 человек. Это программисты, поддержка клиентов, PR, копирайтеры. Также мы привлекаем фрилансеров, партнеров.

4. Как вы оценивайте свое положение на рынке и чем вы отличайтесь от конкурентов?

Я думаю, что среди подобных сервисов мониторингов обменников наш сервис находится на втором месте по трафику и 100% на первом месте с точки зрения функций.

Чтобы полностью описать отличия от других подобных сервисов, мне понадобиться несколько страниц. Поэтому опишу только основные преимущества:

Перед включением в рейтинг обменник подвергается очень тщательному тестированию по более чем 30 параметрам. Исследуются отзывы о сайте, репутация владельцев, делаются реальные тестовые обмены. Но я не могу описать полную процедуру тестирования, так как это может представлять определенный интерес для мошенников.

6.   Какие меры вы принимайте к партнеру обменнику, если он не выплатил деньги клиенту?

Сначала наши модераторы вникают в суть проблемы. Часто проблемы возникают на стороне платежных систем или банков. Например, большая загрузка мемпула и долгие транзакии Биткоина. Многие люди все еще не понимают что такое транзакиция Биткоин и почему она может долго идти. Если проблема на стороне обменника - такой сайт выключается из активного рейтинга.

Далее мы мониторим ситуацию, оставляем отзывы о сложившейся ситуации с обменником на форумах. Можем также перенести обменник в черный список. Для обменника это очень плохо, поскольку поисковые системы быстро подхватывает новую информацию с нашего сайта и в поисковой выдаче появляется информация о мошенничестве со стороны обменника. Это портит репутацию недобросовестному обменнику.

Также применяются и другие методы.

7.   Как пандемия COVID-19 повлияла на ваш бизнес?

К сожалению, пандемия сказалась практически на всех отраслях. Есть два серьезных изменения. Многие люди потеряли оффлайн работу и переходят в онлайн, т.е. становится больше фрилансеров, поэтому для стран бывшего советского союза идет некоторое увеличение потребности вывода электронных валют таких как вебмани, яндекс, пейпал. С другой стороны мы наблюдаем значительное снижение активности инвесторов в криптовалютных проектах.

8.   Вы можете назвать объем торговых операций за месяц всех ваших партнеров-обменников?

Предположительно это сотни миллионов долларов.

9.   Ваше мнение о проекте российского закона «О цифровых финансовых активах»?

Я бы охарактеризовал этот закон как "вредный". Мы приветствуем попытки любого правительства включить криптовалюту, токены, ico в правовое русло, но, конечно, не таким образом. Во-первых, этот закон прямо запрещает прием криптовалюты. Если у вас есть небольшое кафе и вы ранее могли принимать платежи в BTC - это станет вне закона. Во-вторых, после принятия этого закона все обменники на территории России станут также вне закона. До конца не понятно как это коснется бирж криптовалюты, которые юридически не относятся к Российской Федерации. Складывается впечатление, что этот закон лишь основа для последующих регулятивных актов. 

10.   У вас есть лицензии для работы с криптовалютами? Планируйте ли вы их получение?

Наш сервис - представление информации о курсах на торговых площадках и мы непосредственно не предоставляем услуги обмена, поэтому лицензия нам не нужна.

11.   Какие нововведения ждут ваших клиентов в ближайшем году?

I can not describe the full testing procedure as this may be of interest to scammers.

6. What measures do you take to the exchange partner if he has not paid the money to the client?

First, our moderators delve into the essence of the problem. Often problems arise on the side of payment systems or banks. For example, loading of a mempool and long transactions of Bitcoin. Many people still do not understand what Bitcoin transaction is and why it can go for a long time. If the problem is on the side of the exchanger, such a site is turned off from the active rating.

Next, we monitor the situation, leave feedback on the current situation with exchanger on the forums. We can also transfer the exchanger to the black list. 7. How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected your business?

Unfortunately, the pandemic affected almost all sectors. There are two grave changes. Many people have lost offline work and are going online, i.e. there are more freelancers, so for the countries of the former Soviet Union there is a slight increase in the need to withdraw electronic currencies such as webmoney, Yandex, paypal. On the other hand, we are seeing a significant decrease in investor activity in cryptocurrency projects.

9. What is your opinion on the draft Russian law "On digital financial assets"?

I would characterize this law as harmful.

We welcome attempts by any government to include cryptocurrency, tokens, ico in the legal framework, but not in this way. First, this law explicitly prohibits the acceptance of cryptocurrencies. If you have a small cafe and you could previously accept payments at the BTC, this will become illegal. Secondly, after the adoption of this law, all exchangers in Russia will also become outlawed. It is not completely clear how this will affect cryptocurrency exchanges, which do not legally belong to the Russian Federation. It seems that this law is only the basis for subsequent regulatory acts.

10. Do you have cryptocurrency licenses? Do you plan to receive them?
