Everyone one who is saving their bitcoins for longer time are known from the fact that they will earn a profit in the future when the price of bitcoin will increase. I will not use yobit if the devs decided to list edgless on that such exchange. Bittrex or Polo are best exchanges for an ethereum contract coin. Because they can provide a good trading volume. Even the three digit value is good for users to profit out of it. Again we got an opportunity to stand above $1000, but soon after crossing $1050 it has started to decrease and now seems to be around $1020. So not sure how long we hold four digit value.
We seem to be in a tight band where bitcoin does not move much, it goes up a little and then it goes down a little bit too, it seems the current dilemma between segwit and BU seems to be taking its toll among the investors since there does not seem to be much movement at the moment. Theres really a reason why bitcoin price does move like that and its not surprising anymore since bitcoin price is volatile from the start.I would like to say that price might drop anytime on 3-digits as of this year because of the events that is happening on crypto ecosystem we cant conclude to say goodbye on 3 digits since possibilities on coming back to that price range is still there. I believe Bitcoin won't fall very much, maybe it can reach to $900, but it's going very well now... I thought the price could fall more when that talk about hardfork started, but it didn't have so much flutuation. Even this happen it's good somehow, we can enjoy the 3 digits to buy the currency cheap, but I'm not sure we will see Bitcoin on 3 digits house for much time this year or in the future. It will not, Currently the bitcoin on the steady way. We are not seeing more volatility of the bitcoin chart in this day. looks like those people are busy to make more pump on the altcoin. Well there is a simple philosophy in trading especially when you are in profit you should take profit and exit in volatile market rather than getting too much greedy to earn more profit and then end up with some or no profit or nay be in a loss.

I think SEC is also trying to learn from us and I guess bitcoin is still not matured enough for them. Two rejections gave us their message. However, time is on our side and they will soon realize this.

In a way you are correct, since there is no point in worrying about what it was we need to worry about what we can do now, but at the same time you don’t want to buy when the price is at the top because then it will be difficult to obtain any profits at all. Yeah its never smart idea to buy when price is high as it will kill your profits and its always good to buy when price drops and sell them when price goes higher and that is the best way to make profits and most of the traders are making profits in the same way. That just a common thing. But the problem is very difficult to expect about the bottom dip rather than just try to buy on the lower price, We want to gain maximum profit through buying on the bottom dip. I guess if it was a useless point in this time, a lot of people are knows about that but how to do that? |

To be fair, ethereum has been doing unexpectedly well recently. I remember saying it would never recover from the etc fiasco. How wrong I was, since ethereum has generally been pretty stable, I doubt anyone's pumped a billion dollars worth of it. Also, the integration on dark net markets also probably helps.
Many people don't have an expectation about ETH, the only thing many people find when the bitcoin price decreases and the value of the other altcoin price will increase. ETH growth is unexpected, the market cap of ETH is really high. It's really wrong, a lot of the bag holders are having a high expectation about ethereum itself. Consider too many the ethereum supporters in this day, looks like it pushes the growth of the ethereum itself. But this really unpredictable thing, the big pump of the ethereum has changed a lot for the ethereum itself. A lot of the ethereum supporters just try to spread the word about the ethereum into the unfamiliar person. This can't be categorized as FUD or something like that. |

I have a theory that some entity is buying the bitcoins on some less popular exchanges not to increase the price. Later on the same entity is droping the same bitcoins on popular exchanges to artificialy lower the price.
I think this theory is completely wrong, whoever do this will eventually loss so much and what can be incentive to them for doing this.  Price on local trading platform may have vast difference than in popular exchangers supporting multiple countries because of different factors and supply of bitcoin is one important factor. During demonitization of indian big notes, price on indian trading platform was 10%+ higher than normal market rate. I get the same assumption too. Considering local exchanges price are way higher than the popular exchanges, i do not get the point why people will buy on the more expensive exchange and drop it to the more popular but lower market price. It is plain lost in fund if someone do that. And I think traders are not that dumb to buy at higher rate and then sell it to lower rate exchanges. SSome of the local exchanges are having the strong support to keep the price is not down for a lot. I don't think so, Have you ever seen the people are doing a wrong arbitrage like that? The possible thing if they are wanting to take the advantages of the market movements. I mean about the popular volume will give high traffic for the bitcoin transaction. I might be thought if isn't possible to do arbitrage trading among the popular and the local exchange. Some of the local exchange will tell you to prove your identity. |

Sometimes I blame myself because I always ignore bitcoin but thanks to my curiosity I landed here. I always see it on our forum many times but I did not bother to check it and for me that is my big loss. But I'm still thankful because it's not too late to invest on bitcoin and I know that I am on the right track. But it seems too late for you to invest in the bitcoin in this time, On the 2016 and the price of bitcoin around $600-800 which mean there were a lot of the possibilities for you to get a lot of the return for your investment amount.
